Our waiter John was amazing. We don’t typically get someone with a good sense of humor. He was right on top of everything and listened to make sure he didn’t interrupt the conversation. Superb! To top it off the manager played trivia with us. A perfect distraction for our table. Thank you!!
Love this restaurant, but had a few timing issues that threw the evening off. Received our side salad with dinner, so the entre got cold. Just make sure to ask for side salad before entre and the experience will be worth the rrip.
Seating was very close together and uncomfortable. Food had little to no flavor - horrible experience all round
The service was excellent.
Grilled fish tacos were above average. The Porchini mushrooms were tasty.
not my first visit. wish the menu was larger with more choices. I seem to remember it used to have more options. food was a little salty and portions were average, not huge. Prices are a little on the high side based on the competition.
Firebirds is one of our favorite restaurants.. Sean the manager is awesome as well as Kelsey and John. We always sit at the bar and get the same service you will get at a table.
The food isn’t bad for the price. We dine here regularly. The quality is about the same as an outback or Texas road house. Every time we eat there they forget an entree or a salad. It has become somewhat of a joke now as to what we won’t get this time...
Went here with my husband and 3 year old. The service was fantastic. The food was delicious and the black diamond martini was a real treat. Would recommend to eat here.
The food is always great. The wait staff are always ready to help and the manager checks to make sure everything is good. It is about a 20 minute drive but it is worth it. I have recommended it for people who like really good prim rib.
It was my birthday and we went as a family. Everyone, including my kids, enjoyed the lobster queso. Everyone enjoyed their entree’s, but my initial filet and shrimp was over cooked. They were very apologetic and stayed to make sure my refired meal was the correct temperature. They also took care of my meal for the inconvenience and that was greatly appreciated! The kids meals were expensive and my kids did not enjoy the macaroni at all and I agree, it was tasteless and cheese was absent. I would definitely go back but without the kids as we can get a better value and food they would enjoy more elsewhere.
We had a reservation through open table.Got there a little early, they seated us at a 4 top. When I asked if we could have a booth I was told that they were reserved and for parties of more than 2. We sat at the table , noticed several booths w 2 or 3 . Also , no one was ever seated at the booths while we ate. I didnt complain while we were there due to the fact that I just wanted an enjoyable meal w my son before he went back to school. The food was good but that experience certainly soured my opinion. It will probably weigh heavy on my choice of restaurants next time.Sometimes the way a situation is handled is everything. Too bad.
First visit to Firebirds with family and friends. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Will visit again.
Kitchen staff didn’t seem to have their act together. Sending out cold food. Had better in the past.
Everything falling off, it was great when it first opened, now it’s getting tired, in all respects
We had awesome service with Lucky. She was incredibly attentive and accommodating.
Really enjoy this eatery. Service always good and the food is consistently tasty. Would recommend you get there early if you're going for lunch.
The steak I chose was nice and tender, had a nice amount of fat on it which is always a treat for the texture and flavor. Cooked on a wood fired grill was really great.
I found the amount of seasoning packed onto the meat was overpowering and made what would have been an excellent stake salty and peppery to where that was the flavor I experienced, not the enhancement to the flavor of the beef.
The atmosphere was nice, not loud and the lighting was adequate with nice color and light level that enhanced the experience.
The service was acceptable for an eatery of this caliber, and our meal was brought out to us surprisingly quickly, it was priced in line with what was served.
So on my next visit I'll see if they will cut back on the salt and pepper pack that was overpowering on what seemed to be a really nice piece of beef.
The food is always great here as well as the service. If your food is not right, they will fix it immediately.
Went there to celebrate our anniversary. Ordered Prime Rib for both of us, because that is one of the best meats at this place. After about 1/2 hour later, the manager came over to announce that they ran out of prime rib. He also indicated that he will take care of our meal ordered anything else from the menu. Replaced the prime ribs with filet mignon and grilled scallops. Both of our meals came out and very good. The waitress told us that here is no bill to give even after I asked a couple of times. Even the desert was not billed. Turn out to be a very cheap meal, just some money for the girl as tips. Will try to go back to get out prime ribs soon.
We often enjoy Firebirds for weekend lunch and occasionally for dinner. The Delmonico Steak Sandwich is a favorite, along with the Chicken Tortilla Soup. The deviled eggs are a tasty appetizer, as are the Sliders. We love the "fully loaded" baked potato and were sorry they were taken off the lunch menu. We appreciate very much what is done for Veteran's Day. We had excellent fillet dinners this year on Veteran's Day and the server was both gracious and competent
The menu here is excellent, and all the selections are very well prepared and served. Every experience I have had here has been pleasant and if anyone leaves still hungry, you didn't finish the selection.
Jason took care of us when our food didn't come as quickly as he thought it should have. They ran out of Prime Rib and no one told the wait staff until like 45 minutes later, SO we had our meal for $0.00. Very nice jester.. Thanks again Jason
It was Veterans Day, so the restaurant was very busy. Noise level was very high but we still enjoyed ourselves very much. Unfortunately they ran out of baked potatoes and one meal that was ordered came out overcooked, but overall everything was very good. They apologized for the over cooked meal and replaced. Firebirds is one of my favorite places, we will be back.
Special Veterans diner. Good value Thank you
Prime rib was a little tough and at 6:15 the kitchen was already out of rare Prime rib and the medium rare was more medium. The potato and mushrooms were very good.
Very nice they honor veterans on Veterans Day and Memorial Day. Nice Happy hour drinks very good food and an excellent wait staff. I had recommended this restaurant for her and her husband who also had an excellent experience and enjoyed their meals.
We had great service (attentive but not annoying). The food as always was terrific. I was impressed that the manager made it a point to stop and chat at every table and also thank the men for their service.
Thanks to Firebirds for the Veterans Day 2 for 1 special.
Great food and friends to enjoy it with.
Ashlynn was great.
We came for my son's birthday dinner. We were a party of 5. 3 ordered Prime Rib. I ordered rib eye "rare to med rare". I say it like that because if the cook leans one direction its to let them know I prefer it on the rarer side. It came medium+. Flagged the server to let her know there was a problem. She seem to acknowledge this error immediately and even joked about it "shouldn't take too long" (reference to the doneness). After about 12-15 minutes, and much urging on my part for the rest of our group to go ahead and eat, the "manager" dropped the new platter in front of me. The rest of my table were more than 1/2 way done their meal. No apology, just "why don't you cut it to make sure its done right this time." I cut it, it wasn't medium and mostly 85% or more COLD, in other words, this restaurant doesn't know how to do rare. its either Medium or raw. I declined to send it back again. No one came back to ask if we were ok. When they came to clear dishes, non one asked why 75% of my steak was not eaten. One in our group drank 4-5 glasses of water, each one was like pulling teeth, had to flag someone to bring it. The check was $175. She got a $15 tip and while she probably felt ripped off, it is actually I who felt ripped off. The only reason she didn't get nothing is because I've worked as a server and bartender, and been in the restaurant business 30+ years. Additionally the quality of beef is below any quality for charging $28 for just a slab of meat and one side. I've gotten better in diners! I am as frustrated with the restaurant as I am with the people who frequent this place. There should've been some offer to discount or comp my meal as it was clearly not close to satisfaction. Even if it was, that the only steak at our table that had to be cooked was done so poorly that we couldn't finish our meal as a group? No apology or acknowledgement of that fact? Shame on them.
Food was tasty. But entrees only include only 1 side.
The avg. entree is ~$30.00. An additional veg is $6.00 - way too much.
If you have lactose (milk) problems - please note that all desserts contain milk.
As usual, from the moment you enter Firebirds, from service drinks, food. All excellent .
They have a wide variety of drinks as well as varied food options, from land to garden as well as sea.
We have food allergies and they pay special attention which means we can truly enjoy our experience.
Service is usually stellar. This time, not so much. Ordered a burger to share with my girl, so they sliced it in half and left it under the heat lamp to keep warm for ten minutes while “waiting for fries.”
I refused the order when it showed up and we left. Manager didn’t seem fazed a bit by this.
Met a friend for my birthday
Received an email featuring the ribs for $18. Greatest deal ever! Will return before deal expires. Highly recommend this particular one. GMs are in the ball and ready to please. Thanks!
Had a wonderful time. Great good. Super service. Highly recommend.
Good food and great wings. Also enjoyed the double diamond drink
We went to Firebirds for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. We were seated immediately. Our server Cody was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful with any questions we had. Food came quickly and was delicious! The yummy desserts were the perfect way to top off our meals.
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE NOISE LEVEL. IT WAS SO DIFFICULT TO CARRY ON A CONVERSATION DUE TO THE AMBIENT HIGH NOISE LEVEL. FRIDAY AFTER 5:00P IS NOT THE TIME FOR FRIENDS GET TOGETHER FOR DINNER.
IF IT IS THIS NOISY ON FRIDAY, THEN I WOULD HESITATE GOING THERE ON A SATURDAY..
Food's almost always outstanding and service is first class.
