FIRE by Visconti's At Pybus Market
One of our favorite places to go. Love hanging out on the deck.
The service was extremely slow. We sat at the table at least 10 mins before the waiter came to greet us and take a drink order.
Solid restaurant in the busy Pybus market, with tasty pasta offerings and excellent roasted brussels sprouts. Good for people watching.
This was my first visit here. I wanted a very casual place to relax from traveling, eat good food and enjoy a beverage. They have a TV behind their counter to keep the sports lovers happy; I was able to watch part of a pro football game during my meal. I had an open fire pizza and it was excellent! The dough is made fresh daily and the crust was cooked perfectly. The ratio of toppings and sauce was point on and not overwhelming. I’ve made this establishment a regular place to support when I travel to Wenatchee. The waitresses are very knowledgeable about the items on their menu and appear to be very happy working there. Every guest I have brought there has left with the same experiences. Please keep up the greatness.
Great food and fun location. Our server was awesome! Definitely going back.
Our server was incredible, I wish I could remember her name. She went above and beyond:). Food was good, atmosphere was charged, lots going on!
We had such a good meal and experience we came back the second day for lunch. Only issue was the manager told the server to remind us that is was not ok to eat the cupcake bought from next door. Seriously its a farmers market. Was really awkward thereafter.
Not that I need an explanation but seriously what manager does that???
I travel on business to Wenatchee as this is my second visit to Fire and will plan on returning in the future.
Venue is casual and comfortable. Food is fresh, tasty and consistently high quality.
With area re-gentrified, Fire is a convenient walk from hotel and Pybus Market.
Food was very good. Service could I have been a lot better. I got almonds and and olives to eat with my fingers, but was not given a napkin . The time between appetizers and ordering the main course was too long, and it took forever to get my bill. However, the waiter was very pleasant.
We had a delicious dinner here, while in Town between Christmas and NY's. Interestingly, I had made a reservation on Open Table, but the waiter said he did not receive it, and questioned me on it. But we did not have to wait long. My husband and I split a beet salad, which was delicious. My son and friend shared a Cesar salad, which they said was very good. My husband had ordered some small bites, which were excellent. All our pizza's were very good. And my glass of wine was so yummy, I wrote down what I had. The place is in the very cozy Market Hall. It was smaller than I envisioned, but surprisingly for it being the Holidays, not that busy. I would definitely go back here. Not sure what happened with the reservation.
Great wood fired pizza and small plates of charcuterie. We went on a Friday evening and there is live music at the Pybus Market. Good for casual dining.
Daniel Carr's latest culinary adventure spotlights his acclaimed work with charcuterie and is a perfect inside Wenatchee's fun and vibrant Pybus Market. The wood-fired pizzas pair deliciously with the juice from the various local wineries he showcases and supports. It's a great place for a casual business meeting, and diners can either get out of the summer heat or enjoy the sunshine while sitting on the back patio that's a stone's throw from Columbia River and the Apple Capitol Recreational Loop Trail.
