First time there since they have opened. I know it is getting more expensive to eat out but besides the salads that were great and so was the eggplant lasagna. The appetizers were small in portion even though they did state how many to expect the portions were extremely small for the cost. Red wine list disappointing for a Italian restaurant Not sure we will be back. Disappointing
Love the outside. Came for my birthday and Father's Day, both times a great time with great service and tasty food.
The restaurant is very comfortable on the inside with padded seats - I mention this because a lot of the trendy restaurants in the area seem to favor hard wooden chairs. I noticed there is a lot of covered outdoor seating too. I ordered the baked eggs and although the dish was good it was not wonderful - not going out for brunch for. I’ve had better marinara sauce elsewhere and the mozzarella seemed to be mixed-in shreds rather than chunks of melty cheese. It is served by itself (no salad or other greenery) with some basic bread on the side, and is quite wet - not a problem in itself, but I had to ask for the waiter to bring a spoon. Not a major big deal but let’s just say it wasn’t a flawless experience. Apart from the spoon issue, the service was very attentive from first entering and getting seated, throughout the meal.
Wow!! Brunch was incredible!! We celebrated Father’s Day and the Father’s birthday. The outdoor area was private. The service was excellent. The food was unbelievably good. Highly recommend!
A wonderful brunch menu. The kids love the pancakes and the Buisciuts and Gravy Pizza was amazing!
First restaurant experience with our daughter and grand-daughter. I used online reservation and requested outside and time. It was glorious. The Saturday brunch menu was so good. We took takeout for dinner which would have been better at the restaurant but still superb. Thank you Fire & Feast crew!
Great stone fruit salad, burratta be and pasta. I didn't try the pizza but one at our table did and loved it. Service was above expectations. I would give 5 stars but my pasta was warm and slightly under cooked. Despite that, great addition to Edmonds and a great experience.
Great food, drinks & service!! 10s, 10s, 10s across the boards!
We enjoyed the Bolognese with burrata but the risotto had raw garlic and did not taste good. We were a bit dissapointed with a few other details and flavors of the food. The desserts were great but we were a little let down by the entire experience, esspecially for the price.
Although my party took a while to get ourselves organized (people getting up to go to the bathroom, get something from their car, etc.), the wait staff was very patient, attentive, and friendly. The food was delicious, though we all remarked that our dishes were a little oversalted. We had the risotto, the lamb, the halibut, a margherita pizza (my relative who's very choosy about pizza loved this pizza), and the Caesar salad. All very good. The wine was great, especially for the price, and although the restaurant had run out of tiramisu, the cannoli was a tasty substitute. It was not loud in the restaurant, though it was pleasantly busy. The music was nice and the lighting was dim (bring your flashlight apps and your glasses to read the menu if you're seated inside).
Such a lovely restaurant with amazing food. Highly recommend the Il Faux Sho drink on a hot day and the lamb pappardelle was diving! Super friendly staff capped it all off for a really enjoyable experience.
Second time in. The food choices are minimal. It’s just not a great meal and I won’t come back. Every restaurant has pizza….. gets old - half of menu is pizza you can get at fast food take out. Increase menu selection and I would consider coming back.
Jake was awesome! Love his recommendations, since this is our first time. We ordered Fritos di mate antipasto, bucatini with meat ball, risotto with scallops and tiramisu. Appetizer was excelente with fried seafood, soft shell crab (female), fennel and others, it was well-balanced, along with two tasty aioli. Bucatini, I thought it was slightly overcooked and sauce doesn’t stick with the pasta, i.e. pasta was tasteless without sauce. Creamy risotto live up with its name, very tasty indeed, the scallops was amazing. I have high expectation on tiramisu, my wife’s favorite dessert, however it came short, since there’s water as we fork down, so tasted like it’s watered down. Overall, it was great venue, awesome service and excellent food. Great resilient with full capacity on its way. Cheers! Oh and the Montucky cold snack - clean, bubbly and relatively strong! Will be back for more tiramisu!
Prices too high! Was very uncomfortable sitting in street. I made outdoor reservations but no place to request not being in street. Expected food to be more flavorful. Waiter was excellent.
The dishes were slightly over salted and lacked vegetables. It’s a carb load. They need to look at their dishes nutritional value and adjust.
Our experience wasn't the best. My sister is salt intolerant and the dish she ordered tasted like a full shaker of salt had been added. They told us the cook wasn't supposed to add extra salt since it was already a salty dish. They promptly made a new order which was still salty. Had my sister been able to read the menu (font was super small and restaurant was dark) and if the dishes listed on the menu had a brief explanation (in English) about the dish, she would have ordered something less salty. She said she just ordered something since she didn't really know what the different dishes had in them. It was her birthday celebration and they informed us they didn't do courtesy desserts. A small scoop of gelato with a candle in it wouldn't set the restaurant back to much, would it? The pizza I ordered was very good but I'm glad I looked online earlier to figure out what the ingredients were.
They went out of their way to accommodate a last minute guest on my reservation. Our table was ready when we arrived, our waiter was friendly and the food was fantastic! Halibut - perfectly cooked and a veggie GF pizza that was beautiful! I can’t wait to go back.
We sat outside in the “Covid tent” so no the best ambiance- but food and service made up for it.
Sitting inside post Covid will be better or an enhanced out door area...
Charcuterie selection was one of the best we've ever had! Lamb pappardelle was awesome, but scallop risotto was too salty. We'll be back to try more!
Second time eating here and it is outstanding!!
First time eating here and it was wonderful. Portion sizes were appropriate for the cost and the flavors were amazing!!
Requested to sit outside, which we did, but the ambiance was not great. Shed/barn like.
I am vegan and the waitress looked stumped when I asked her for a recommendation. I asked about their website stating non dairy cheese and she had to check. Came back to confirm they had that and then the ONLY vegan option on the menu was to create the Premavera pizza as such (non dairy cheese, no pesto). I never have a problem getting a vegan meal 99% of the time I eat out. I feel they need to “get with the program”.
I should also mention that there is not much for vegetarians either. Even the tasty sounding pea salad had meat in it. The peach arugula salad, speck added. Why??? For a $14 salad, I would feel wasteful paying that for a vegetarian option.
Fantastic! The food was fabulous from the pizza, to salads everything was unique and tasty! We will be back!
Delicious food and great service!! Such a great time and a beautiful day to sit outside!
Excellent happy hour food, friendly service, good value. We will be back!
Great food and nice outdoor seating!
I only ordered one thing but that one thing was memorable - an English pea salad which had “a lot going on” - with chicken added. The salad was ample, the greens fresh, the dressing tasty, and the added chicken was apparently briefly fried (not in batter) so it was tastier than some of the grilled chicken bits that are often put into salads as add-ons. The menu has tremendous variety and I will look forward to trying additional dishes. It should also be mentioned that the service was attentive and excellent despite the fact that I was a lone senior in an otherwise quite busy environment. So based on my one experience I highly recommend it.
Excellent service and food! Overall relaxed but elevated atmosphere. We will definitely be going back!
This was our first time at Fire and Feast. After booking the reservation I called to check on Gluten Free options. The women who answered was the most prepared to answer that question that I have ever encountered. And the good news is that they do a very good job of offering a variety of options across the menu. I only rated our service a little low as I think our server was a little new but he was attentive. The pasta based meals were the highlight.
Table was in a dark spot, tone down bass on sound system. Other than that, great.
Great food and service. Our server was very attentive and made our experience a positive one. We will definitely be back!
We didn't enjoy the pizza as much as other reviewers did. Was expecting more of a crispy, wood fired crust. This pizza crust was thicker. Toppings were tasty. The lamb pasta dish was better.
We had delicious meals of lamb pasta and eggplant lasagna! The lamb was so tender and seasoned well.
Thank you for hosting us for brunch today.
It was refreshing to go out and have an actual outdoor dinner after getting both shots of the COVID-19 vaccine. Loved the intimate setup and 100% would go again. Ask for the "Monkey Wrench" blended wine.
Excellent bread assortment and main entree. We ordered the strawberry/rhubarb tart for dessert. Hardly any fruit on this tasty tart.
Great service and delicious food. The adherence to Covid protocols was great and much appreciated. We had a wonderful night.
The best place in greater Seattle right now for an a la carte, artistic and thoughtfully composed brunch. The challenge for the kitchen given predictable increases in business will be to avoid taking short cuts in ingredients, preparation and composition. You’ll want to
discover this weekend brunch asap!
Best atmosphere best food best service in town!!
