The food was excellent as well as the service. There were a lot of truck drivers having dinner so it was a little noisy, but not terrible.

I went to fire and ice a couple weeks ago, and had one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever eaten. I brought back family members this week to share with them what I found. They had completely changed their menu, the new buns that they are using are literally so dry they fall apart in your hands. The meat had very little toppings and was extremely dry as well. I went back for what was a great experience before just to find a switch the menu and now it’s not even worth the drive across town.

The meal was superb in both taste and appearance. The ambience of the restaurant was very unique and refreshing. The staff were very friendly, to the point and helpful. Overall a great experience and I will not only be going back but have recommended Fire & Ice to several people.

The photos on this site are NOT from this restaurant. The food was awful…. I have had better meals at Waffle House. I mean how do you mess up Green beans. There is no way I would ever step foot or recommend this place to anyone. Completely awful!

We thought this was a very fancy restaurant but it’s inside of a hotel and has a more casual feel to it. Food was good, the shrimp cocktail was nothing to write home about. I had the lobster and it was very tender.

We all 3 had side salads and it took 45 min before we were served them and then our food came out right afterwards. The server did not check on us very much and I saw her standing by the bar chatting with coworkers several times for long periods. Was looking at her to try to get her attention so I could ask for an update on our sales but she never caught the hint to come over to our table. The food was was overpriced so I had high expectations for it to be amazing and it was very dry and bland. Very disappointed and unimpressed. Will not be back.

Food and service were excellent! Fire and ice theme was quite honestly lost on me. If you are seated away from the bar (which most people are) it makes no sense. Typical conference center venue but the food was wonderful

I did not know it was inside the hotel. The food was mediocre. OpenTable said all entrees under $30. Steaks were $45+ Very limited menu in my opinion. Will not go again.

My husband and I took my mom out for her birthday. Everything was absolutely amazing and on top of that. She got a free dessert. Which was to die for. The brownie was so warm and gooey! Will definitely be back!

I was disappointed in the atmosphere and the bar was closed for renovations. Sure could use a complete remodel. They should splurge a little bit and get some more professional looking signs to tell you where to even go! And what is up with the long narrow hallway?

The Shrimp Marinara was mediocre - very bland and tasteless. The rest of the meal was really good. However, their blender was broken and the drink menu was limited. The drinks we did have were HORRIBLE. I would say stick to something that comes out of a bottle - you'll be safe.

Restaurant is under major construction!!! We were in town for my daughters college graduation and wanted a unique dinning experience. Avoid this restaurant. The website and employees' did not mention this when making reservations. Atmosphere is horrible while under construction. Dinning room was a bunch of open seating with plywood walls. Small bar is open outside the restaurant next to the pool. Everyone who walked up to the hostess check-in was shocked at what the dinning room looked like. Complete false advertisement. Food was ok, nothing special. We wanted to just walk out but since it was graduation weekend for Missouri State all the restaurants where packed. It may be nice when the remodel is done but defiantly not worth it right now and since they did not mention the construction I will never go back. Totally disappointed Tom Scanlon
