   The menu items were priced very unreasonable. The dumplings that were $17.99 came with about 7 small dumplings that tasted ok. But The wings were great

   Food took time to come after order. But worth waiting for. Awesome and authentic food. Will return.

   Getting drinks during your meal was impossible and I had to go to the bar myself about three times. Very poor experience.

   The food, drinks, and service we received was outstanding! The table we were sat at was very unbalanced and the women's bathroom sink wasn't properly connected to the drain, so water ran all over the bathroom floor.

   We made a reservation through open table for 6:30 on Saturday evening. When we arrived, we stood at the hostess stand for at least 5 minutes without ever being acknowledged by any staff. The place was full over football fans yelling and milling about. This place should not offer reservations when they are a sports bar and don’t have any place for you to sit when you arrive. I really wanted to try their food, but not in that crazy environment. We couldn’t hear each other speak! We left without eating, after being ignored. Very disappointed.

   When my wife and I arrived, we noticed that the menu was a fraction of what was listed on the website. The food choices were so scarce that we left before ordering. I hope they can improve as it seemed like a good place to watch sports.

    Relatively unique menu so opted to give it a try. Basically a sports bar atmosphere which isn’t typically my kind of place to go for dinner since I prefer more of a quiet and lower volume atmosphere and not much of sports fan per se. That being said, the food was fantastic and tasted awesome. Hard to believe such good food from basically a sport bar type of place. The service was excellent and sorry to say, because of COVID, the place wasn’t very busy at all. Then driving home we drove by an Olive Garden which was packed with cars in the lot. Not sure why people waste their time and hard earned money on these franchise style chain restaurants that serve you mass produced food that comes off a freezer truck. Anyway, Fire & Ice was legit and very tasty food that has some hard to find ethnic cuisine that was very high quality. My father-in-law is from India and knows authentic ethnic food when he tastes it and he dined with us here and loved the food. Highly recommend this place to eat at for a few reasons: 1. You like authentic ethnic food 2. You looking to eat at or at least don’t mind it being a sports bar 3. You want to support a privately owned restaurant that needs your business 4. You are tired of eating at and supporting these huge franchise style restaurants that serve only mediocre tasting food with mediocre service that doesn’t taste nearly as good as something you can make from home or get at a better quality restaurant like Fire & Ice. Do yourself a favor and check out Fire & Ice, their food is top notch!!!
