It was great. Didn’t realize hosts were upstairs on second level but otherwise everything was fine.
OK for the kids, not for grownups!
On a cold night, my party of five was seated in a booth by the window (lacking silverware). It was horribly cold and drafty, and I noticed many other patrons sitting with coats on. I asked to switch to a nearby table not by a window and was told a) it was reserved for another party; b) only tables by windows were available; and c) once I got to the grill I would warm up. Really? That's the response? I didn't realize that being warm for part of the time and freezing for the rest is an acceptable way to treat patrons. Eating dinner while wearing a big, puffy coat is not reasonable. And waiting for a spoon while our soup gets cold is also not reasonable. The menus still sitting on the table don't work with a bowl of soup...
Standing in line waiting for the grill, the woman next to me struck up a conversation beginning with "Ugh, I hate this place. My husband's on the other side. The kids think it's great!" As pleasant as she was, I don't go to dinner to talk to strangers, I want to enjoy time with my family! But everyone is up and down at different times (another reason why a booth is ridiculous), not really eating together. The novelty is down while the price is up. I might send the kids on their own but I'm done.
As a family we go out once a year for family fun and dinner. I tried Fire & Ice once before with my husband and loved it, so we figured our family would too! We made reservations for the five of us after a show. That part worked out great!
Dinner not so much! Very very crowded! Plates were not emptied from our table, drinks were very slow to come. I waited over 15 minutes for a glass of red wine. The server said the bar was backed up, no excuses, or even comp for that! The only job the server had was to clear table and get drinks, we got our own food.
Then they have an ice cream bar, that is right there in front of the kids, but it is $6 extra, why?
Not going back, quite a disappointment, Service was horrible!
I used to love this place, but unfortunately the quality of the food/cooking has changed a lot. The wait staff and bar drinks were amazing still, and the atmosphere was still fun.
Went for my daughters birthday like we do every year. Our server was awsome! I do think it is pricey but it’s my daughters favorite place so we go. It would be a great deal if you are a big eater but for us we are not😊
Fire + Ice never disappoints. Vibrant and fun atmosphere. There's something for everyone. We had a great time and we will be back! Creative dining concept!
They have a policy about incomplete parties. We got there and it was empty for an early dinner at 5p...they still wouldn’t seat us despite it being empty!
The food was phenomenal and our server was excellent, just don’t try to get there without the whole group!
The waiter Pedro was excellent!! We had a party of six and he offered excellent customer service with such a great personality!!!
Dope as hell, I am very fat
We were seated at a table next to a window that had a hole in it, the hole was patched up with napkins...it was cold ice cold and uncomfortable to the point of requiring hats and jackets. The place is definitely showing its age.
