I love coming to Fire and Ice and I especially love watching them make the food on the grill. The people are friendly and attentive. They sent me a birthday coupon for a free dinner

Went out for birthday dinner, there were 6 of us, made reservation for a table and still had to wait till full party arrives till we could be seated. Below at the bar was a fun time, played guessing game for the name of the bartender. Up above had tons of fun with james the waiter who even got the grillers and all who stood around the grill to sing me and my friend happy birthday. Giid food. Great time. Definitely will be going back. 20 - 25 bucks for all you can eat. 6 buck dessert. One bowl serving 8 bucks. Cant go wrong with all tge give for choices.

It's one of the best spots to get freshly made food right in front of you (literally). The only downside is that you'd have to wait about 10min for every plate! Of course it's all worth it though.

the food is good but very limited. I like picking my own ingredients but do not like that people can touch the food and they do, I saw it.

Coming to Boston from Maine, we don't have a fire and ice restaurant. When we heard about this, we knew we had to try it out. Our experience was more than satisfactory. The experience itself is worth every penny. The waiter we had was very friendly, I wish I could remember his name, because he definitely deserves the recognition. I do remember that he was training a new employee. Also, the man that cooked our food for us was super friendly and made the experience memorable for our son, he loved watching this man cook. Overall, our experience was one of the best of our trip! You need to bring your chains to Bangor! (: thank you so much for great food and great service!

Fire and Ice was a fantastic time, with great food. We made reservations for 5pm but were kindly accomodated an hour early after taking the DownEaster to Boston from New Hampshire. The mongolian bbq style buffet has so much to offer with a wide array of vefetables and meets to choose from with the great chefs cooking live in front of you on the rounded grill, it was certainly a great time had by us both prior to the Red Sox game. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the polite and punctual service of the staff, it was a great dinner, Thank you.

It was a really exciting eating experience where we choose all our ingredients and watched them being cooked. I feel the price was very good value for money and we could eat as much or as little as we wanted.

The experience is also super cool and because you create your own food it really fit with my friend's low carb diet. Not a great place for those with food allergies though. It's also always a bit loud so if you're looking for a quiet meal, this isn't it. The food was great and the ice cream bar was totally worth the extra six dollars.

By far the worst experience. Went there for 815 was seated around our scheduled time. Our server who was assigned to us NEVER came and a different served saw us sitting there fiddling our thumbs and decided to try and help. Towards the end of our night we sat at our table WITHOUT any drinks or a check for roughly 35-40 minutes. Completely unacceptable. I don't see myself coming back again due to the lack of service and common courtesy.

I like a lot the concept but the food wasn't well cooked. It was only one person cooking so I don't know if that was the problem. For lunch they have a good price but it's not worth to pay the price of the dinner.

Our waitress was AWESOME! Very attentive! My only complaint was that we had a reservation for 7:30 and we weren't seated until almost 8! The host seemed uninterested in our wait and we had to keep asking for the status as opposed to him updating us.

Chose for visit by out-of-town friends with 16-year-old with simple tastes. Enough variety of food for everyone, and quantity unlimited. Near enough to Public Garden, Commons, and Beacon Hill for nice Sunday tour/stroll between Park St. station and restaurant.

Loud and dirty. Even my kids thought it was dirty, and they are teenage boys!!!! Also, the vegetable selection was seriously lacking. I am gluten free, and put out ten sauces, I think only two were GF. Very limited overall selection for someone with food sensitivities.

Food was fresh and quite tasty. Gets cooked quickly right in front of you. However, cooks were quite rude. Put my bowl to far to the left on counter and was told that's the wrong spot, move it over. Really? Like it matters. No class with these guys. The bathroom was downright nasty, food all over the place. Watch where you step. Won't be back anytime soon.

Food was great. The ambiance was very cool and comfortable. The employees were very friendly especially our waitress. I would definitely go back again numerous times. Great value as well for how much you pay per person for the buffet. Highly recommended

The food was good and it was fun watching them cook it. Our waitress was slow and we had to go looking for her twice. It was very hot in the room due to the open grill. Parking was horrible but to be expected. I'd refer this place but not for a large group. I probable wouldn't return myself. The service was not good, no one even smiled.

Amazing, amazing food and options. The chefs were fantastic and very friendly, our waiter was great----very friendly, very fast/efficient and was also able to recommend some other local spots for us, I wish I remembered his name! Could not possibly recommend this restaurant highly enough, I absolutely loved it!

Has potential in concept, but not well ran, dirty, confusing and not worth the money. The foods are cooked too closely together, which means a vegan can end up with meat in their meal. Also too confusing of a process overall and too cramped of a location to facilitate this Mongolian concept.

This is a price fixed all you can eat. You pick out the food on a salad bar type setting and then it is cooked while you watch on a hibachi type grill.

The floors were filthy; the staff was indifferent. It was like a factory assembly line for food. It was extremely loud.

I have not been here in over 14 years, I was a little annoyed that after I changed my reservation size the staff asked me to call and see if the others would be arriving even though I stated they would not and could my seating arrangements be changed and having to wait 30 extra minutes.
I very happy with the waiter, the grill staff and they vibe of the resturant as well as the freshness and variety of food. I left my credit card in the check book and to my surprise no one from the resturant has called me to tell me.

The food here was much better than expected and our server was great- but kept very busy.
It was loud and there were two busloads of campers so there was a long line for all the food which is in different spots - so you had to wait in multiple lines including getting your food cooked. We were a party of 8 - put in an alcove with a round table with no ventilation - and
seeing that the food is buffet - if anyone got up - everyone had to get up to let them out.
Good place for young people - not relaxing - but the food was good and the staff all pleasant.

Brought friends from out of town. The service was deplorable. Several times we had to get up and find our waitress. We waited 40 minutes to get our drinks. After dinner we ordered ice cream and had to wait a half hour to get it. The food was good but the service was awful.
