It was Mother’s Day so we expected it to be crowded but they did not have enough staff to handle the crowd. They had one hostess checking people in which made the check in area crowded and chaotic. The ladies room needed desperate attention, there were empty toilet paper and paper towel dispensers with rolls just strewn about and trash all over the floors. The waiter was initially attentive, but when we were ready to leave he was no where to be found so after about 20 minutes I went to the host stand and he said he would find him. After another 10 minutes I flagged a man that looked like the manager he managed to deliver our bill. The food was excellent as always, but I will avoid Fire & Ice on holidays.

Decent. When booking my reservation, I requested that we have a booth instead of a table in the middle. We get there, and we are sat in a crowded middle table - ridiculous. We asked the server and she said “we try to accommodate” like wtf. Food was good - wish there were more food options but for the size, it’s decent. Would recommend

We try our absolute hardest to honor all requests made, however on holidays like Mother’s Day reservations fill up quickly and space can be limited. Food was very slow as they struggled to get omelets cooked and burnt the ingredients before putting egg onto grill. Pancake was delicious but cook was struggling with crepes. Restaraunt needs updating as the both we were in was ripped and repaired with duct tape that stuck to my leg when getting up. Overall it appeared dirty and there was grease on ceilings near grill that hadn’t been cleaned in some time. This is probably the 6th time I’ve been here and we have enjoyed it in the past, but won’t be in a hurry to go back.

It’s a great option for selecting exactly what you want to eat. Many options of meat, vegetables and grains. The service was excellent. Our only complaint was it was a little loud and the ambiance could be nicer. We would recommend this restaurant.

Tourist trap that happens to have ok food and great service. Our waitress was great, coming by to check often. It was so hot in there everyone was complaining about it. Food was ok. Lots of options but it all tastes the same as it’s on the grill way to long. The restaurant is not very clean and the bathrooms were marginally clean. Kids liked the experience. We probably will not be back though. For the price it’s not wonderful.

Went here for the first time on Friday night with friends. We had a reservation but two of the party of four arrived about 15 minutes early and were able to get seated right away since it was quite empty. Getting drinks was slow and we waited for the other two in our group to arrive before eating. While we were waiting we asked to be moved to a different table, but were told we couldn't be accommodated since they had a large group arriving soon. Our other guests arrived and they quickly had us get food before the large group arrived. They had a nice assortment of options to choose from and watching the food being prepared was fun. By the time we got situated with our first round of food the large party of middle school aged kids arrived, about 40-50 of them. We were seated very close to them, but they did not spill over onto the table we had requested and there was ample seating in other areas of the restaurant the entire time we were there. Getting our second round of food took much longer due to the large group and we were standing 2-3 deep waiting to get to the cooking area. They had an ice cream sundae toppings bar, but the ice cream had to purchased separately which we did just because we wanted to splurge. The ice cream was well worth it and overall the experience was good. Food was really good and I'd like to try it again in hopes of not running into a large group of middle schoolers.

actually a very good place to pick your own items, and watch them being cooked. Price is very reasonable for what you receive. You move along several areas of different veggies, meats, and condiments. build your own meal, and watch it being cooked. a very nice and different experience from just sitting, and ordering off a menu, but make sure you take your larger bowl for the veggies, and smaller bowl for your meats!

I went to Boston location, I had high expectations. We dressed up for dinner and felt over dressed. The floor was greasy and the cooks were not pleased to take our plates to cook which made us uncomfortable and chose not to go back for seconds. Overall the food was good and a different type of experience. I would like to try a different location and see if I can get a better experience

All my family members are vegetarian. We all checked in at 12:45pm where the food cooked for initial ordered were perfectly made but later the orders were over cooked mostly burned. We had similar experience last time. We thought that’s due to rush hour but our expectations is to have an evenly cooked food.

I like to eat... so thats what I did! I really enjoyed picking what I wanted and eating the things I liked and knowing what I was eating. I hate when I order something and it has onions on it but the menu or server don't tell u... I H8 ONIONS! Our group overall had a great experience and would deffinatly come back, as a matter of fact... myself and another friend from the same party were tempted to come back the next night as we were attending a show at the John Hancock hall right across from the restaurant. Thanx for a great experience

Jasmine and her brother were very accommodating to us as the 1st place she moved us was incredibly hot and crowded. I enjoyed my 1st plate which was spicy and mexican inspired. The 2nd plate i had i decided to do a shrimp and chicken alfredo but they burned the pasta and it tasted like old burnt pieces from the grille and wasn't very appetizing. overall a good experience but next time i'd make sure they cook the pasta last

The grill was overwhelmed which caused the food to get over cooked the pasta and rice ended up crunchy. The process was a little too chaotic for me lots of people wandering all over the Buffett. It was also very hot in the restaurant even our waitress said she was hot. I most likely wouldn’t return. Would rather a nice comfortable, calm atmosphere.

Made reservation ahead of time for my son birthday; requested a booth if possible or table not in center of dining room. Many warnings during reservation process to be on time... would not hold reservation ... etc. We arrived and were asked to wait ... table not ready. Waited >15 minutes and then they sat 7 adults at table hardly fit party 6. No booth despite booths available. When I pointed out we had 5 teenage boys .. including our son who is 6’6’ athletic build! We had to go back to host station because they did not even wait at table to seat us... the hostess walked over & said, “Oh” and turned the tiny two-top tables horizontally and pointed to chair we could get for 7th place. Now we had same 3tables turned sideways with place settings balancing plate between uneven tables. The manager supported this decision while we watched smaller parties who arrived after us without reservations being seated at larger tables & even booths !!! Waitress lovely & apologized but her hands were tied. Soda machine broken .. kids could have water or cranberry juice !! No one apologized for the fiasco nor made ANY effort to acknowledge my sons birthday. The night would have been a total bust if my son wasn’t such a good sport with understanding friends. We were always big fans but the place is a disaster, decor run down not very clean. Look elsewhere!

The one complaint I have is that we tipped our waiter $50.00 in cash on what appeared to be a $240.00 bill for a party of 9. Very generous and more than 20 %... we were stunned to find that an additional gratuity of $32.00 and some change was added to our bill without notice, the notice was on the final slip to sign not on the bill. An $82+ tip on what was a $190.00 bill (minus the gratuity and tax) is a little crazy that is nearly a 50% tip on the bill. How awkward for us, we did not feel comfortable asking for part of the cash tip back. That is not an appropriate position to put your patrons in. Unacceptable really.
