This was our second time dining here and it's absolutely one of our favorite places while in Hershey!!! Food is always delicious and staff is super friendly!!

Food was tasteless and barely warm. Our waitress was annoyed that she was serving us. Go to Revelry upstairs instead.

Food was delicious, lamb chops and ribs done perfectly, salads was fresh. Our waiter Andrew was prompt, friendly, courteous and excellent.

Our waitress was the absolute BEST!!! I have never had such great service as I did from her at any restaurant. I was in the area for a concert at the Theatre and made the reservations online, there are no complaints except for the Hostess. We arrived 4 minutes early and were told we had to wait until the actual time I reserved, there was no reason for this as the place was almost empty. Once seated, everything was perfect! We spent about $60, our waitress was left a $40 tip because of her incredible service. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Hershey Lodge does a great job with the small things. Excellent hospitality, wonderful staff that greets you and expresses a real desire to make your experience special. Food was excellent! Enjoyed celebrating a birthday with you.

Excellent, courteous, thoughtful service was provided By our waitress who also offered great suggestions for cocktails and dessert. Nice surroundings with relatively low noise levels Very tasty dinner entrees simply prepared with just right amount of seasoning

Good food and excellent service. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with the fire place too. Had both dinner and breakfast at the Fire & Grain !
