De la part des éditeur·rice·s d'OpenTable: Ce qui n'était au départ qu'un désir de recréer un plat de rue apprécié dans son enfance a permis à Giovanni Mascagni, originaire de Florence, d'obtenir un Bib Gourmand MICHELIN. En journée, son restaurant du quartier chinois propose des pains de type focaccia (schiacciata) farcis de prosciutto di Parma et de bœuf bresaola. Venez en soirée pour un aperitivo chaleureux avec des plats à partager et des cocktails de style florentin.
