Fiori’s serves wonderful food! The seemed to be short handed and we understood. We enjoyed our meals. This was our 4th visit and each time the food is superb.
Love Fiori’s! Excellent food, staff and relaxed ambiance makes for an enjoyable dining experience.
This was our third trip to Fiori’s. The first time was great. Second time, the service was awful but we understand that it’s tough to find staff so we excused our experience and gave it another shot last night. The food took a VERY long time to come out so we ordered more drinks and then it took forever to get drinks! The guys ended up going to the bar to get their drinks. We went with another couple. The meals for the men came out before the ladies and they didn’t dive in because they were waiting for the ladies to get their food. After 10 minutes, we made them dig it so it didn’t get any colder. My husband got the chicken parm and it was dry and he said it was equivalent to the Olive Garden. One of our guests got the filet which was excellent. My meal wasn’t that hot. I have a feeling it sat out for awhile. The glasses were never removed from our table. I could go on and on. Have found a much better experience and meal at Mio Nonno’s and Bistecca for the same price point. We will not be back.
We’ve been here three times. The first two were very nice and pleasant. The third not so much. It was so loud the four of us barely spoke the entire time because we could not hear one another. The food came out at different times and was not as well presented and tasty as usual. We had to wave down our server ever time we needed her. Hate to say it but it wasn’t a good experience. May try one more time before fully marking them off our list.
The food was very good and the ambience is nice. It is very loud and the service is slow and full of mistakes.
Our server was great but the pizza was soggy and the eggplant parm was not what I would call eggplant parmigiana. We will not be going back to Fiori.
Two things we wanted were not on the menu. The veal dish and fish dish were both overcooked and the service was very slow. This was a very different experience from the first time we ate there. We probably not return to this restaurant.
We really got lucky on this one. We weren't even aware of Fiori until just over a week ago. Tried to make a reservation at Salerno's for New Year's Day dinner, but found they were not open. Did an Open Table search for another Italian restaurant near us and stumbled upon Fiori. How lucky can you get? The short rib couldn't have been better and the service and atmosphere superb. So glad to have happened upon this wonderful Italian restaurant, which is now on our favorite restaurants list.
Great menu with lots of homemade pasta dishes. Loved it!
The service was great, the ambiance was pleasant and the entire restaurant was very clean. The noise was a bit loud, but that is due only to the small size of the location. The food and drink is overpriced in my opinion. Bit that may be due to inflation.
We like this place very much. The food is very good and the service is also great!
Early reservation & they weren’t busy yet, but the food took a long time to arrive. We didn’t mind because we were reuniting with old friends, & the chef sent us a charcuterie board while we waited. It was delicious & we and our guests loved the whole experience. The live music was great! This is one of our favorite restaurants!
Probably my favorite Italian restaurant in Flower Mound. Food & service is always outstanding. Thinking of going there on Christmas Eve if they're open. Wonderful place.
Nice neighborhood restaurant with reasonably priced fresh food.
Awesome service and great food!
The food is delicious and homemade! The atmosphere is quaint and warm. We enjoy sitting down and dining and enjoy a pizza and glass of wine at the bar! The prices are fair and the value of food high. Definitely worth stopping by!!
Best Italian in flower mound. Always fresh and homemade!
Love this restaurant and staff!
Great food & service
Food was cold at service had to go back.
One order not as requested- very pasty pasta.
Server not doing the job, needs to top water, clear dishes.
An embarrassment for us as we had out of town guests for a special visit.
Free deserts do not make up for a poor dinner.
We celebrated my Mom’s birthday. The atmosphere is very quaint and quiet. We started with the stuffed mushrooms. They were small but packed big flavor and served 8 on the plate. The entrees were all delicious. Can’t wait to go back.
Outstanding food and service!
This is the second time in six months that we have eaten at Fiori. Let me start with the good. The food! It is very good. There were seven of us tonight and everyone enjoyed their food. I like the fact that they offer a vegan and a gluten free menu. Both dishes I have had off that menu have been good. They also offered our son-in-law a free dessert as we were there for his birthday.
The down side, and and I realize this is an issue in other establishments, was the SLOW service! We were there almost two hours. The first 20 minutes we waited on drinks. When I went to the bar to inquire about our drinks, as i could not find our waitress, the bartender was googling how to make a Bloody Mary and a Cosmo. Clearly, he was Inexperienced. Our food took about 40 minutes. to arrive. More than once, I had to ask for bread, our check and to go boxes. Not once did the waitress apologize for the slow service. Many times, she was no where to be found.
Fiori, your food is good. My recommendation is to work with your staff on some basic customer service skills and educate your bartenders!
This restaurant is awesome. Food is great. Decor is unique and romantic. And there are not enough stars to praise our server. She was knowledgeable, checked on us often and was as sweet as could be.
Loved our server, she told us we would be receiving great service at the start of our meal and did not disappoint. She was such a joy. Food was excellent as always. My boyfriend got the Garbagool pizza and I got the Vodka pasta with Italian sausage. We love coming here!
Excellent service and food! Great wine selection.
Lovely birthday dinner with family. Food is scrumptious!
Limited menu. Generous portions. The online menu shows choices for the bruschetta; we didn't have a choice. There were 3 large slices of bread with toppings. One topping was tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. The tomatoes were cherry tomatoes which had a tendancy to roll off the bread. The mozzarella was hard to find! The other 2 toppings were sweet, more like dessert.
The chicken piccata with mashed potatoes was good. The chicken parmigiana with pasta was over-cooked. The asparagus and carrots were too hard to cut with the table knife.
Our waiter was hard to find. After he brought the bill, we waited 15 minutes for him to come back. We will not go back.
Extremely loud and red source is to sweet!!!
This is our second time at Fiori's. We went back for the Caesar Salad and bread. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is excellent. The tables are nicely spaced and our server John was very attentive. We had the house Chianti which is very decent and went well with the salad. This Caesar Salad is not typical or boring. It is amazing and the dressing is bursting with a lemony brightness that is hard to describe. It also has pickled red onions and homemade croutons. My husband made it a meal by adding grilled chicken. The house made bread is delicious with all its crusty goodness ready to dip in the olive oil with a splash of aged balsamic vinegar. We will be back- its our new favorite.
On the night we went, the very poor ambiance failed to make the dinner worth it. The pasta is well made and quite good. The wine list is decent for the area, and some of the cocktails are first rate.
That said, on the evening we went, we sat down at 7:45 p.m. and almost every table had multiple children--as the evening went on, well past 9:00, several of these children cried or ran around untended or were otherwise unruly. If that's the restaurant Fiori wants to be, then fine, but it makes for an awful ambiance if you want to have dinner and drinks among adults. This certainly isn't the place for that, which is disappointing, considering how their menu and bar indicate a more adult setting.
Unfortunately the pasta and drinks, fine as they were, don't make up for eating among screaming children, which no members of staff seemed bothered to address, so we won't be back. I don't recommend.
Great food and service! We will definitely be going back.
Service was great. Ambiance is great. Dinner was really good, pasta just needed to be hotter.
Good food, great wine selection. Excellent server.
We were looking for a spot in between our friends place and ours and found this gem. We live in Frisco and would not think twice about driving over again soon. Well balanced menu, great range of prices, nice wine menu, and great ambiance. The bread as a table starter was some of the best I’ve had. We shared the calamari with our friends, they split the salmon and artichokes between them, and we split the wedge and a filet. Our steak was perfectly cooked, the balsamic reduction really complemented the meat and the mashed potatoes. The onions on the wedge were pickled, eliminating the bite that red onions normally have while adding a delightful flavor to complement the Gorgonzola dressing. We enjoyed two fantastic bottles of wine, and polished of our evening with the bread pudding. Our waiter John, had only recently started, but you would have thought he had been there from the start. Impeccable service in addition to an unforgettable meal. We will definitely be back!
This was our first time down here and it was not a good experience. Our starters came out after the salads had just been served and then as we were eating both the entrées were delivered. We felt very rushed and indicated that but apparently no manager was either told or bothered to come and talk to us about it. The starters in salads were good two of the three meals were average including the lasagna and the chicken Parmesan. The desserts were excellent and so was a coffee. Will not go again
One of our new faves!!! Amazing all around.
We were dining for my birthday and my step dad's birthday. The hospitality of our waitress and the whole staff was stellar. What a great birthday dinner! Thank you
Good dinner last night and service was equally as good. Bread is SO GOOD!
Wonderful menu selection and wine list. The service was personable and attentive. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to future experiences such as our first.
