Fioretta is reminiscent of a new-age Copacabana, celebrating old-world Italian cuisine with an opulent twist, a steady flow of impressive cocktails and wine, world-class live entertainment, and a glamorous vibe cast over the entire experience.

Seamlessly blending steakhouse fare with elevated versions of old-world Italian cuisine with help from Italian-American Chef, Joe Rizza. The menu pays homage to the Italian immigrants who graciously first introduced Americans to southern Italian classics. Fioretta’s custom-built solid-fuel hearth and open kitchen allows Rizza and his culinary team to impart superb flavor, char and texture to each dish. The menu strives to strike the perfect balance between nostalgia and innovation.

Wouldn't recommend the 'Velvet Room' dining option, very small room with tables crammed in. Very close to the tables next to you and very loud. Would only dine here in the bar area or the main dining room.

Everything was good except for me and my wife’s steak. We’ve had some exceptional steaks and other great places but these mis the mark. Hers was very red and mines was not good at all. We just made it work because it was my Birthday. Probably won’t go back.

1st & foremost when making the reservations, I read the dress code posted on their website. The part that states basically to dress sophisticated & no revealing clothing. Well looking around I felt I could of been at a strip club. 2nd, the valet was some unprofessional kid dressed as like a hobo who was too busy talking to what seemed to be friends to notice us said “pay $35 and ur car will be parked upfront & u will be 1st to leave or select one of the options & be last to leave”. The beet salad was probably the worst I have ever had. My filet that cost $60 tasted a lot better than the $100 ribeye steak. That definitely left a bad taste in our mouth. The surcharge was ridiculous but ok. Overall never going back. Many steakhouses to choose from that have a lot better atmosphere, service & food. Total rip-off.

Fantastic dinner from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was packed with flavor. Robert was our server and he went above and beyond to make the experience great. Friendly, professional, and on point with everything.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fioretta in Fulton Market, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The ambiance is warm, intimate, and effortlessly romantic—perfect for a date night or special occasion. The attention to detail in both the decor and the service really sets the tone for a memorable evening. As for the food—absolutely incredible. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and prepared with care. Highly recommend Fioretta if you’re looking for a mix of great food, elegant atmosphere, and a bit of romance in the heart of Chicago.
