   We loved all the food. It was amazing. They have the best salads, risottos and pastas. Delicious cocktails. Willow was our sever and super nice.

   We had a grandchildren with us and they totally enjoyed all the meals (I believe we had all the pastas!) and appetizers! Great server, too!

    Loved it! It was fun to dine here, especially bc I was a server at park chow when it was in the same space. The decor is great! Our server was awesome, the food was great, drinks were fast. Really good experience!

    Our waitress was not happy working which gave a negative impression in our interaction. As positive folks, we have compassion for her that she was not feeling well. Food and wait staff who took our payments were very friendly.

    Great food, really nice wait staff. It get very loud upstairs sometimes. Highly recommend Fiorella. Been there 4 times this year and happy every time. And you MUST try the Chocolate Budino dessert. It's orgasmic!

    We wanted lunch for five over 3 generations, ranging from grand nephew to our 80 yr old selves. We found it right in our neighborhood. Food was terrific with youngest ordering chicken wings and chicken sandwich while we ordered terrific pasta. Chicken wings were outstanding as was pasta. Strongly recommend!

    Fiorello was good but not great. The noise level was beyond tolerable. For that reason I'll probably not return. I thought being on the rooftop would be better than down stairs but both were very noisy. I did like that service was slow and I did not feel rushed. The pear salad was delicious. Otherwise the food was good but not yet great. I think they have great potential and wish them the best.

    Tasty and quick! We went for restaurant week but found that it was going to be too much food, so just ordered a la carte. The house red wine is fabulous.

    This was our first time to Fiorella Sunset. We took advantage of San Francisco Week fixed price menu special. The food was outstanding, authentic, and affordable. They threw in a Negroni cocktail as part of the deal which was great.

    Came for restaurant week: appetizers, cocktails, and dessert were great but pizza was severely undercooked and risotto had absolutely no flavor/ looked and tasted like it was made by a child. Furthermore, we were cozy at a table downstairs and a manager moved us to a table upstairs that was next to a party so loud that the waiter could not hear us order and brought us the wrong pizza. Furthermore, the waiter was very sweet but the manager almost seemed to relish moving us to the worse table and it was extremely off putting. Overall not a great experience and will not be coming back.

    Had requested a romantic table with reservation but got stuck in a kind of loud, high traffic area. Server interrupted an obviously intimate moment to clear things from the table. It took a while for some of our order to arrive and then we also felt rushed along. It was, however, a busy night during restaurant week. So I’ll cut them some slack.

    Came here for SF restaurant week. The dinner experience was $45 each person. It includes a mini negroni, an appetizer, entree, and dessert. The food was good. The value is good. The ambience is good. But the noise level was really high. I can barely hear my date. Service could be improved albeit it was a busy night.

    The food is always good and consistent. Staff are friendly and attentive. The outside dining area is warm with overhead shades and heat lamps. It is family friendly and a neighborhood gem!

    I really enjoyed Fiorella! My bf and I went to get dinner before our show and it was wonderful. We made a reservation, arrived 15 minutes early, and was sat promptly. They restaurant was in their busy dinner rush but it did not affect service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The food was definitely my favorite. We shared the squash fritti and mushroom salad which were both superb. We also each ordered a pasta, which was classic and delicious. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to grab a quality Italian dinner casual or date night!

    I wasn't keen on eating there as one who suffers from acid re-flux and tomato sauce is my enemy, however we ordered several things without tomato sauce and had a lovely meal. Our waiter was excellent!

    This is the perfect ambience for a brunch date. The only reason I lowered the food score was because they were out of prosciutto and the only other breakfast meat they had was sausage. The sausage was good, just a little tough. But 100% would go back!

    Really great addition to the Sunset. Good menu and the food and service is strong. Liked the arancini, LOVED the eggplant crostini with a suprising tomato layer underneath. Great pasta and pizza. My gin cocktail was good, not great, but pretty. Parking difficult, even the lot nearby is consistently full.

    We were a group of nine and the waiter wasn't super experienced but was very nice. Had some frustrations with getting drinks and then misunderstanding a small part of the order but food is good and the atmosphere is lovely and I would go again. I would have just hoped that a large table would have been served by a more experienced waiter- but all in all a good meal.
