   The service was ok but the area they sat us in was was cramped and louder than other areas in the restaurant. I left a comment that it was my daughter’s birthday. They didn’t bother to notice that I gave them the heads up. Last time it was for my wife’s birthday. They ignored that too. The poor attention to detail has me less than excited to return.

   Weekend brunch, 4 of us, we all ate different entrees; I enjoyed my Eggs in Purgatory, described on the menu as "spicy," but not overly so. As we walked in to the street-level dining area, the restaurant was crowded and noisier than I would prefer, but we had a reservation for the upstairs patio which was much quieter and pleasant. Do not pass up the creamsicle dessert, which all 4 of us enjoyed. Recommended.

   It was just ok. Upon entering they says we had 1 hour 45 to dine but restaurant was not busy when we left. Food quality was not as good as the last time I was there.

    We had delicious Salciccia pizza and a wonderful OG Salad. The wine recommendation was perfect and my dining companion said her cocktail was one of the best ever. Service was terrific, even on a busy night when the restaurant was full and had several big parties. A big shout out to Anita for being a wonderful server and so knowledgable about the wine and menu too. We will be back very soon!

    One member of our party ordered a separate entree (not pizza) due to dietary restrictions that we were told would take a little while to cook. No problem with that. However we were all done eating our appetizers and pizza entrees when we finally were checked on by the staff and we got to ask about the progress. At this point we were told that they were out of that dish. It happens, but our friend was sitting there hungry for an hour waiting for food that was never going to show. Sadly the staff wasn’t very apologetic about it. Never had a terrible experience here before but also not super.

    We like our neighborhood Fiorella Sunset. The food is good, and the portions are more than adequate. The pricing could be lower, but given the times, fair enough. We understand that experienced restaurant help is hard to find, and expect that the staff will evolve. The noise level is too high.

    I don't know what this restaurants seating policy is, but it's always a mess. Hosts manage to seat you at the saddest tables and deny requests for other spots. Most importantly though, the food is always always always mediocre. Not bad exactly, basically inoffensive, but definitely not good. This place is maybe a decent family place, like maybe with kids, etc., but it's kinda vibed and priced like something yummier. Been to Fiorella about 15 times, and never once had a satisfying meal. I'm sure we'll be back cuz neighborhood convenience etc., but everytime we eat here we promise it'll be the last time.

    We had great service and recommendations at Fiorella last night. Three friends met up and enjoyed great cocktails, wine and all the food was excellent, fresh and seasonal. The only thing I noticed that I have not had a problem with before was the noise level. Maybe it was our seats but I had a hard time hearing my friends. And the wooden banquette could use a cushion!

    Restaurant Week for dinner was a great deal for the meal we had. Food was tasty but the ambiance downstairs lacks as compared to upstairs . I should have requested an upstairs table when I made the reservation as they were not able to accommodate us when we asked as we checked in. My date and I had to yell to hear each other over everyone else’s loud conversations.

    Perfect corner table upstairs where we enjoyed various cocktails and yummy food. We also added the restaurant week prefix menu and it had amazing choices even catering to my vegetarian friend. Must have the rigatoncini bolognese and the vanilla gelato with chocolate magic shells! Our server Isabelle was attentive and friendly. This place is an amazing neighborhood spot very close to the museums and botanical gardens.

    Didn't have the best experience here. We were seated upstairs at the only table where there was no heater and there was a very cold draft hitting our table. We asked if we could be seated at another open table but were told we couldn't because it was reserved even though nobody was sitting there at the time. They could have switched the table. Our food took a long time to come out and we had to ask the waiter to bring out the food as soon as it was ready since it was taking so long. Our appetizer came out after our mains. The manager comped our bill by 10%. They could add a heater next to the table that is cold so their customers aren't sitting in the cold. Not the best experience and they could do better.

    Our first cocktails were forgotten for 25 minutes. Each of our three diners got their main at a different time and had time to fully eat their main before the next person got it… they had totally forgotten the third main and had to have it made from scratch, kind of ridiculous. Cocktails after that took quite some time as well. I had mentioned there was a birthday and asked to be on upstairs terrace un advance. They neglected both requests. The host was completely apathetic when I told her this. We were still outside on street level patio but, not what we had asked for. I called three times beforehand to check about this and no one answered the phone. Maybe they just opened or have growing pains but no one working inside seemed very happy to be there… I asked the bartender where the bathrooms were and he answered with “Yeah one sec, what?!” Our server however, was great and we tipped him well. He was especially attentive to the differently abled couple at the table next to us which was very nice to see. Overall, food was ok-ish but place was pretty lame. I would not make this my top choice for a terrace meal and wouldn’t go back to be honest.

    I went to try this restaurant I saw on IG. Unpleasant surprise!!! Long wait for our order to get served. The Tuscan Kale and Mushroom Soft Scramble has no mushroom and the scrambled egg was very salty, dry, and overcooked. The fried potatoes look like a leftover served cold and dry. The waitress didn't read back the order and ended up missing an order. The orange juice has a lot of ice. The coffee was served cold. The Salsiccia Pizza has very few toppings and sausage in the middle. The side of it was empty. Waiters are not friendly (two guys bringing the food) doesn't even smile or establish eye contact. Not a pleasant experience :-(

    We have yet to have a bad experience at Fiorella and find ourselves there weekly! Love the pasta and pizza, but really the risotto and chicken wings are amazing! Awesome staff but it does get busy so book in advance even a few hours in advance.
