Fiorella is a Neigborhood Italian restaurant in the heart of the Richmond district. We serve wood fired pizza, pasta, antipasti & Italian vino in a casual neighborhood setting.
The food was amazing. The service was great. the ambience is so homey. I loved sitting on the patio. I will definitely be back :)
Great place for late night eats! Service was excellent, we loved the server's recommendation. Would love to try their patio someday - it's probably not as loud as being inside - it was a strain to have a conversation.
Delicious Italian food at reasonable prices. Excellent pizzas and elevated salads. We loved the burrata pizza and the stewed octopus appetizer was a big hit at our table.
Best pizza crust!! Salads and sides are always good. Love this spot, wish it wasn’t so popular, can be a wait if you haven’t made a reservation.
Always great food and great service.
We enjoy dining at Fiorella they food and service have always been top notch. However, on this particular visit we felt that the service wasn't as great as past visits. We sat at the bar and our server was not very attentive, he seemed busy however, he turned down assistance twice from a newer employee.
Fiorella is always a great experience. Nice people and yummy food.
Reliably good food and service here. The pizza is amazing and wine list reasonable. Be sure to get a reservation!
Fiorella is always great but Tuesday is burger night and they have one of the best burgers in town. It's made in the wood fired pizza oven which gives it a unique and absolutely delicious flavor.
Loved the service and food! Will definitely return.
Love the pizzas! And the roasted squash was so memorable!
Excellent appetizers and pizza. This is a very casual dining place, great food and service.
The pizza, salads, wine list and service were excellent. Looking forward to another visit.
Everything was delicious. Spent $115 with tax and tip for 2 adults and 3 children, no drinks. That was expected.
This place is a hidden gem in The Richmond district. Delicious food, good quality ingredients, great service and wine selection! Highly recommend this place!
Fantastic food and great place. Fun to be able to see them cookin' in the kitchen also. The wood burning oven is beautiful and bigger than it looks in pictures. Service was on point and then some!
Waiter was rude and condescending; made the experience not repeatable. The food, however, was good enough for a return visit IF one could be sure not to have to deal with the waiter(s).
I love this place! The servers are always friendly and will happily recommend a wine or a dish.
Everything we tried was very good. Loved the burrata pie , pasta di pepe tasty. Meatballs got the thumbs up from the wife .Wish I lived back in the city would be a regular.
Give the Chef who’s a Bruins fan a big raise.
Outstanding food and great service. Marco has his team humming at an impressive level.
The food was good and the service was great. A very good neighborhood place.
Long wait, mediocre pizza.
Everything was working well, until we waited for our entree. Mind you, we were in the restaurant by 5p. Our meal order was established in total by 5:30p. And so, we waited. We waited a whole hour and a half for our pizza. We saw at least 25 pizzas going out of the restaurant. I couldn’t believe they would let in house customers wait for their meals. Absolutely, poor integration of call-Ins and in-house orders.
We weren’t the only ones waiting. After seeing 20 pizzas going out, we mentioned it to our waiter. He said he spoke to management, but a customer shouldn’t have to wait an hour and a half for their dinner. They comp us about $20 off the meal. I would have preferred a timely deliverance of my dinner.
Right off the bat, the woman behind the counter in the kitchen shouted that they were not open even though it was one minute before opening and the door was wide open The waiter lacked any bit of courtesy and seemed disinterested in his table. Pizza was good while the pasta was ok. I was expecting a much better experience after watching check please episode.
The pizzas are delicious! Also loved the selection of reasonably priced Italian wines. Great service!
Great experience. Food was amazing!
Great food, perfectly cooked pasta.
The value of this place has gone down hill. I had a suggested glass of wine because the wine I ordered was unavailable. $18. Hmmmm
The appetizers were good. Blue lake beans, yummy, chicken wings were ok, tomato salad delicious but overpriced.
We split a pizza Tiny but good, and shrimp pasta (suggested by our server). The pasta dish was good but also over priced for a bowl of pasta with a couple of cut up shrimp in it. Overall, what used to be a nice neighborhood pizza place has turned a place where the food is mediocre and the prices are ridiculous
Really loud, but really good. Only problem is that it took over an hour for our pizza to arrive on a Friday night. The staff couldn't have been nicer though. But it did take forever.
What a joyous experience! We enjoyed a pre-theater dinner at Fiorella; our server was attentive and helped us get out in time.
Well rounded menu, fresh ingredients simply prepared. Don’t miss the chopped salad and octopus-fantastic! Wine list was pricey $15.-18 per glass. We had a 9. refreshing cocktail instead.
Non-pizza food was okay. Pizza is the food to get here
Lovely meal - one of the true highlights of the Richmond and especially Clement Street. Pizzas are great as well as pork ribs and chicken wings. Cacio e Pepe quite nice. Definitely try one of the varying fritti. Salads lovely and quite flavorful. Only negative - kitchen seems a bit overwhelmed by takeout / Caviar order volume (along with a full house it seems nightly), so I would suggest that you order pizzas as soon as you can after you sit down and be mellow about when dishes arrive. Staff are very friendly and helpful but also feel stretched a bit by the popularity. 100 percent recommend.
3rd visit. Brought family visiting from NY. They loved. Gives New Haven Pizza a run for their money.
Delicious food, worth planning to go there, very nice people.
I thought that the food and decor were lovely for a date. However, the only downside was that the contained sound made it hard to talk.
Thin crust artisan pizza and extraordinary pasta. Order the meat balls and grill octopus for apps. This place never disappoints
Brunch on covered outdoor patio was very lovely; tables spaced nicely apart; food was delicious and fresh.
