Fine service, good Italian, decent price. Not what I want it to be but I don’t have any major complaints either
Such an adorable back patio! Service was prompt and friendly. Food was excellent. I will be back sometime soon, and will be recommending this place to friends.
Fiorella was great as always and they were very diligent about their COVID guidelines and precautions. I was very happy that with a reservation we got seating in the back dining area rather than the front side walk area. Although the sidewalk area has been really nicely decorated.
Outdoor dining is open and we were happy to snag a reservation! Guidelines around Covid safety are clear and staff is cautious. Food and service were just as great as usual, so we were happy to enjoy ourselves as "normal".
Wonderful outdoor dining area, really great service. Food was not overly creative but tasty and good comfort food.
Our waiter was wonderful! And we love that there is corkage.
Best outdoor Covid dining experience so far. Our table was ready at our reservation time. I appreciate the easy reservation process as walk in options can be annoying during this Covid time. Team was very kind and helpful. Food was delicious!
We loved the food, prices were just a little steep.
Things are different now, but Fiorella, you’ve always brought us happiness with your food and outstanding service! We look forward to coming in for dinner again soon.
We made a reservation for 2 people at 7PM in their outdoor patio area at the back of the restaurant. They were so welcoming and so very careful. Everyone had masks on and we were so impressed with how the servers disinfected the tables. The tables were set quite a ways apart so we felt safe. We had a wonderful pizza (Salsiccia pie) and the Pasta cacio e Pepe. Both dishes were delicious. We also enjoyed a Spritz before our meal and some wine during. It was our first time out since the Shelter at Home took place in March and we really, really enjoyed ourselves. The staff of the restaurant thanked us many times for coming.
Delicious and reasonably priced! Great little outdoor patio with heaters and a covering. It felt very safe. They have a long list of COVID precautions and are taking it really seriously.
Great food and service!
We were really looking forward to dining at Fiorella for some time now. We live in the neighborhood and finally decided to make a reservation when a friend was in town. Our experience from start to finish, was less than satisfactory. It started with a unfriendly greeting by the host who immediately gave us a time cap on when we could last order food. We were ushered to the outside area even though it was a cold night, and told we could move inside when it was less crowded and they had room for us, even though we made a reservation. Our waiter then came to the table, he immediately acted as though we were an inconvenience. We repeatedly felt like we were being rushed along in our dinner. Despite the poor customer service, the food was incredible. Maybe it was the stress of current events, but I probably would just order food to go next time.
Love the food but it does get a little noisy at times.
Everything is always delicious. Service is always warm, welcoming, and very efficient.
One of our favorite restaurants.
We had a great experience at Fiorella. The service was excellent!
My husband and I had a lovely date night here!
Host and wait staff were very accommodating because I was 20mins late looking for parking. Can't thank them enough for not giving me a hard time. Food was really good and we finished everything! Will absolutely recommend to friends and coworkers. I work near the Polk location so I'm optimistic it'll be the same experience.
One of my favorite places in San Francisco
Food is always amazing, never disappoints. Service is either a hit or miss. If seated at the bar you’ll have a great time, if you’re at a table your experience depends on your server. We have had meals we ordered forgotten and servers overwhelmed and busy not always being able to provide the best service
Birthday. The octopus was a little chewy. The bottarga didn’t seem to complement the Brussels sprouts. The crab pasta was fantastic!
This was definitely an off night at Fiorella. The tables on the patio were wobbly- and no one seem to be able to fix them. The gem salad and the fungi pizza were up to standard but the meatballs were slightly rubbery with thin sauce and the Brussels sprouts were just mediocre - they use to spoil me every time- their prices imply more stability in quality
Friend recommended this restaurant and we were more than satisfied. when first visited. In two days we went there again and tried other dishes. So delicious! And service was great, waiting time was short, waiters were super friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to go there again.
Excellent pizza, lake Naples. Great menu and great service.
Good casual place with good foods
The pizza was delicious! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Also the staff was so sweet and patient with us. Great value!
Fiorella is one of our favorite places for dinner! The food is so incredible, makes us feel like we are eating in Italy. Would recommend 150%
Atmosphere was spare and very loud. Food was excellent (salad) and very good (pizza). Nice, young crowd. Service was very good, if slightly inattentive because of the rush of business. All in all, for what it is, and represents itself to be it's an A-. Objectively, it might be a B+. In any event, we'll be back.
Friendly service, good, cozy experience. Remember the margherta pizza being a little cheesier , cocktail was a small but strong, thought I booked an indoor table but got outdoors
The food was great and we had a good time.
I recommend sitting outside as the inside tends to feel crowded and noisy. Also make a reservation there isn’t a lot of waiting room inside.
Our server was excellent as well as the busser they came around regularly to check on us and provide new plates.
Try the Salsiccia and Paradise pie 10/10
We were seated immediately on arrival. Our waitress (a young lady with pigtails) was attentive and accommodating, props to her. Three of us ordered pizza. I ordered Neopolitan which arrived promptly but it was so spicy I had to order another pizza without the spices. I found the crust to be wonderful and reminiscent of pizza dough I have had in Italy. The toppings, however, were miniscule and totally forgettable. I asked for cheese on my pizza and couldn't even find it. We ordered the butter lettuce salad which was wonderful and enough for each of us to have a small portion (would order again in a heartbeat). We did not order drinks ($4.50 for a Tejava is really outrageous). We ordered one of each of the desserts - the budino was delicious with the hazelnut topping, the tiramisu was tasty and visually appealing. I would go there again, but not for pizza. A salad and dessert, perhaps.
Great time, great service.
I would recommend the margarita pizza, but, it was too expensive for the serving size and lack of flavor depth on the other dishes....especially the pasta.
We came for the fourth anniversary celebration. We live close by and love Fiorella! Parking always sucks but it is worth it.
Service is always great, the food is amazing and the wine list is great. We had the white pizza anniversary special which they should always have, the chicken wings are amazing, the charred little gems had so much promise but was bland compared to how wonderful the chicken liver crostini was.
Even though we sat on the outdoor patio on a cold San Francisco night we were warm enough after a glass of wine to take our coats off.
Totally worth it!
We had an amazing time at Fiorello! Waited just a few minutes (10) after our reservation time but worth the wait. The waiter was warm and friendly, the appetizers and entrees were scrumptious. If only we saved room for dessert! Next time.
Ordered Nono’s Meatballs, Spaghetti alla Cacio e Pepe, and Bucatini alla Pomodoro.
Had a lovely brunch here on a Sunday. Attentive and kind wait staff, very tasty eggs, potatoes, coffee and a yummy dessert.
Excellent food, excellent value, excellent waitstaff. Was a little disappointed that the patio was unavailable after I had reserved it.
