    Fantastic food, thoughtful service and OOOH the chocolate business. We sat outside and had a great birthday party for a friend. Would highly recommend this great restuarant to others and will go back.

    Mediocre food and not the best service. Sat outside and the restaurant allowed my friend’s purse to be stolen while we were sitting on the patio. Rude about the experience after not having the best food or service to start with, and confusion after they let a strange woman be seated behind us. Admitted they felt something off about her and then she proceeded to steal the purse. Offered no help or compensation even though they admitted they were in the wrong for seating her in the first place. Disappointing and will not be back.

    Their parklet is nice so dogs can accompany their owners and when the weather is better, it must be beautiful ambience. While there were heaters, it was still extremely cold out there! Server Raphael was very kind and nice and recommended us a bottle of wine instead of separate glasses. Food was awesome and would definitely order their pastas again!!

    Loved this place, great atmosphere, superb food beautifully presented, BEST chicken wings EVER, no wonder there’s not Nando’s near, they’d never sell up against this excellence! Lovely staff, great decor, really loved this place❤️

    There was a Catapillar in my salad. The waitress or host not sure what her position was more coincerned about the catpillar than myself and husband. They did take it off the bill, but still the reaction of her was very odd.

    Super sweet staff working hard and smiling a lot. I had the risotto and it was soooo yummy, but I wish I had more fava beans. Manhattan was well balanced but very sweet, will be back soooon!!! Thank you team

    Went with 2 out of town friends. Everyone loved the food. Tight space full of people on a weekend night. Great wine list with lots of different options and a pretty good value. Would come again and take friends for a fun casual spot.

    Amazing experience! Came here for the brunch, the french toast sticks were so soft and warm! The cinnamon roll was super gooey and perfect! We also had the blood orange bellini drinks. I don’t normally like blood orange but they were really good! I also highly recommend George’s smashed potatoes, they were the highlight of the meal. The staff was the best and were on top of everything and super friendly. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

    This is our favorite go-to sport for traditional Italian fare, and it definitely delivers on flavor. The menu boasts a variety of mouthwatering dishes, from classic pasta dishes like spaghetti carbonara to wood-fired pizzas topped with fresh ingredients. A nice wine list and friendly service keep us coming back.

    Hostess very kind and made our experience even better. She was thoughtful about where to seat us and kept us informed when waiting on our table to open up (we had reservations). Wait staff great, always smiling and thoughtful. Food was all amazing. It arrived to the table piping hot. My teenage daughter wanted to return the next night. Thanks for a great experience. Oh, we also enjoyed using the InKind app, super convenient and easy to use. We will be back!

    I always feel like an Italian spot would have to do a lot to wow me because pizza can be very overdone especially in SF but this pizza WOW’d be. The arancini was so good, the artichoke with grilled olives (didn’t even know that was a thing) were amazing with the aioli and I’m already planning my trip back. I loved it!

    the staff was overwhelmed so i will be gentle on that front but the food really has changed. They need more than 2 entrees and my chicken really tasted bland. The bolognese was sent back as it was unedible. We were overall disappointed.

    Very good value on neighborhood night albeit limited menu. Regular night menu is great. Can be quite blustery when we choose to eat outside with our pup; dress for WARMTH!

    We loved the large selection of delicious vegetable-focused options. Everything so fresh and seasonal. It was a special occasion meal and everyone in our was happy with it. We were glad to be able to have an outdoor table.

    This is my favorite pizza and cacio e pepe restaurant in the city. After living in Rome for several years and growing up in Chicago - pizza means something to me; luckily it means the same to Fiorella. Truly delicious pizza and magical cacio e pepe!
