Great food and great service. I would highly recommend dropping in for some high quality Italian food.
Incredible spot for delicious Italian. Make sure to get the bolognese. You won’t regret it.
we sat outdoors
Very enjoyable early evening Christmas Eve dinner. The entire team was terrific.
It was so cold that it was nearly impossible to enjoy our meal. The doors were wide open on a very cold evening. I wore my leather gloves to eat. I wouldn't recommend eating there even though the food was very good.
We were able to snag a last minute reservation at this spot while visiting San Francisco. So glad we did. Everything was so yummy and staff was so sweet. Loved it all.
Our server was fantastic! Great service and wonderful food. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
The parklet was well heated an inviting and the service was prompt and welcoming. We shared a delicious butternut squash caponata and then had ribs and the pasta a la vodka for our mains. Both were scrumptious and I really appreciate that the restaurant has gluten free pasta options. Now they just need to add gluten free pizza!
Very cold inside restaurant — we were unfortunately seated near the big takeout window. Arancini I was dry. Loved our waitress — she was great about recommending dishes. The vodka pasta was better than expected!
A staple Italian place with a fun vibe, so good
Really great food and large portions! Little chilly inside with the doors open but highly recommend
Simple, good quality food. Nice wine, great waiter, good overall experience.
Good neighborhood place. Pasta was good - cacio e pepe and tomato pasta were our choices along with a gem salad. We'll be back . . .
Friendly neighborhood restaurant with a menu that changes regularly. Pasta, pizza, roast chicken, bread, and salads are excellent. Staff is well informed about what is being served. It is, however, very noisy. The parklet is attractive and heating lamps help when it is cold.
Vacation in san fran with my wife and we loved the pizza and service. Definitely coming back.
Pizza and entrees are second to none… great casual place to enjoy delicious food and wine with good friends
Their food is to die for!! The Budino is a must for dessert
Another excellent meal. This time we had grilled squash, green salad with fennel, gluten free vodka pasta and clam pizza. All of it super flavorful and well prepared. We come here after every Warrior weekend game and love the consistently good food and super nice staff.
It was a great dinner. The funghi pizza was to die for, so was the pasta and citrus salad. We had requested a different table, not close to the door, and was told no, it was reserved for one hour+ later. Didn't make a lot of sense and it remained empty for the duration of our dinner.
Fiorella has a great house red wine and their pepper pie was really delicious. We will be back. Yum.
This was my first time eating here. I live in the area and my friend was visiting. Overall, we enjoyed our food. It was pricey for what we got. We were there under 90 minutes which is the time allotted for two people during the pandemic. I felt rushed because someone was coming over every few minutes to ask if we were still working on our meals. Other than that, it was nice but it is not a good value for what I thought was a simple pizza and pasta place.
Split a pasta and pizza and really enjoyed both! Service was great and food was divine.
Great casual spot with fantastic comfort food. Pasta was off the charts with one of the richest marinara's I have every tasted and the pizza was light, crusty perfection. But best of all was the staff. Super attentive, prompt and when they had a small hiccup with our order in the kitchen, were quick to correct it every way they could. Thanks Fiorella!
Delicious dinner. We had the gluten free pasta with bolognese sauce, pasta perfectly done and sauce was so scrumptious. We shared the beans with kale, very tasty also. My husband had the pizza with wild mushrooms. He said it was perfect.
Always delish, always a neighborhood fav.
The food wasn’t the greatest. Not a great menu. Pasta wasn’t good. The pear salad was awful. Service was great
outstanding service from hostess to waitstaff and busers. Great descriptions and fantastic flavors - loed the squash caponata and pies were are delicious.
I wanted to like it more. Cute venue but both pastas we ordered were excessively salty and undercooked. Wine selection was tiny and not good.
Blah food average pizza. Prefer DelaRosa or Delfina
Great table and service. asked for a birthday dessert as a surprise and they came out with it right on cue. Will definitely be going back, as the food was delicious!
Dinner was to celebrate a birthday which I indicated on the reservation but staff had no clue. We were 6 persons stuck at the farthest back table against the wall, felt claustrophobic. Hostess acts like she wants to be accommodating but she is not. Chicken Milanese is deep fried and tasted burned. Pastas were delicious. Our waitress was outstanding. We came from Colorado for this birthday dinner and were disappointed with seating in the back corner and that the restaurant did not have a clue about the special occasion. Next time we’ll celebrate at a different Italian restaurant.
Great staff, great food, thank god for figs
Delicious pizza and pasta.
Overall it was an ok experience. The service wasn’t terrible or anything like that but I think the attention to details about service was missing from my experience last night. Overall I’ll come and try other dishes.
Consistently friendly and informative service. Every dish is very good. Fresh ingredients, nice presentation, and great flavor. Anything you get is great!
Great service - our server was Janet who was quick and courteous with great suggestions. Food was excellent. I brought my kids who enjoyed it too.
The food, wine, service was AMAZING!!! One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.
Food was delicious and completely worth the wait. Went on a Friday night and it was definitely busy but surprisingly not too noisy
Great food, awesome service. Liz was our waitress and was friendly and efficient. The gal working at the front went an extra step and tapped my sons coloring paper to the table so it would fly away. So kind and much appreciated!
I went to Fiorella Polk Street for a 6pm dinner on a Friday with my mom, and we had a wonderful time. Despite the fact that the restaurant is very understaffed, our waitress always checked in on us. The food was also quite delicious. We had a great time!
