   I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Fiorella in National Harbor was incredibly disappointing. I made a reservation in advance and specifically noted that we were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday and high school graduation—an important milestone for our family. Unfortunately, there was not even a single acknowledgment from our server, Tiffany, throughout the entire evening. Service was inattentive and unreasonably slow. Tiffany barely checked in with us, and it felt like we were an afterthought despite the special occasion. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, which only added to the frustration. Given the occasion and the reputation of this restaurant, we expected a much higher level of hospitality. Sadly, Fiorella failed to deliver. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend it to others looking for a memorable dining experience.

   The food was great. The size was not as big, but it was enough! Usually, my partner and I have a lot of leftovers to take home, but we managed to finish the two entrees. The lady who waited us was SUPER THOUGHTFUL!! We were in a hurry to catch a show and she was so quick about everything, and the cobb salad she recommended was awesome!

   the lasagna was the best.... fettuccine alfredo was delish but the lasagna won hands down. $4.95 for a small glass of soda was upsetting....

   I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, which was absolutely disgusting. It looked great, but the chicken was rancid, so I couldn't even eat the first piece. The only reason I'm giving the restaurant two stars is because my server was excellent.

   Yummy food, really super great service, friendly staff! We were there Christmas Day and everything was perfect!!!! If I had to add constructive feedback it would be to just update the furniture. That’s it! It’s otherwise a super great restaurant and I have a full happy belly! We are a family with 2 small children and fared very well. No complaints at all. I highly recommend Fiorella Italian Kitchen!

   Our family went on Christmas day and found it to be a festive and lively place. The food was reasonably priced and very good. We appreciated all the servers that worked on Christmas Day, and found our service to be very good. Our waiter was really hustling all around his tables and I thought he did a great job.

    There is a lot of great choices on the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet (mostly because we dined on a holiday, but I am certain if we dined on a normal day it would’ve been lively and energetic). Our server was wonderful, and the food was great. The pizzas are great to share among 2 people as they are individual pizzas with 6 sizeable slices. The pastas a generous portion and fit the price. They do add gratuity (tip) to the bill & leave you the option to add more. Overall the experience was wonderful and I would recommend and go again.
