   My husband said the batter on his fish and chips was not completely cooked. On top of that, one of the vegetarian options was fish! I do not eat meat or fish!

   Our group of 4 enjoyed everything about our evening! Our server was great, very responsive, the food was delicious (cauliflower bites, honey garlic bites, fish and chips, fish tacos with sweet potato fries, steak frites, chicken bacon club with lattice fries). We also enjoyed the entertainment from JoJo, he was amazing, and even played the audience's requests too. Thank you to everyone at Fionn MacCool's for making our getaway to Orillia with the beautiful winter wonderland backdrop so wonderful!

   We were very happy with the service and food. We were seated very quickly and our waitress was quick and pleasant. The food was perfect. Thank you so much.

    Our server was very slow. I order the mini yorkies and have always loved them, however, this time there was no ground beef in them whatsoever and tried to hide it with lots of mashed potatoe on top.

    Patio was full, inside was empty. Over restaurant wasn’t that busy. Waited well over an hour for appetizers. Other tables arrived, ate and left before we received any food. Waitress kept forgetting to bring us items. Had to ask for several items multiple times. Dinner took over 2 1/2 hours. Was not impressed as we were with family. Ruined our evening. As it made us late for other plans

    Everything was great service and food. The only complaint would be the Vegetarian menu needs to be amended. Fish tacos are vegetarian what you serve under vegetarian fish tacos are vegan. Vegetarian eat fish vegan’s do not.

    Had a reservation for our anniversary got seated at a very small table by the bar and the kitchen was entrance so it was loud and very busy by our table . We waited over an hour for our dinner

    Made a reservation on open table, they said they didn’t have it but accommodated within a few minutes. The Menu changed and there’s some great new things but the portions are so small now. We had the new tandoori fajitas and the Fionns nachos with the braised beef. Beef was almost non existent - nachos said they feed 4 and it was 2 people at best. They came on a small 1/2 oven tray and it was two layers with nothing on the bottom. Asked for extra cheese and it was comparable to normal cheese at other restaurants. I never ever finish my dinner and I could finish the fajitas no problem. Everything tasted great but it’s not the old Fionns we love and are used to. Seems like they’re really trying to cut costs or maybe it’s a new owner. Server was great, restaurant is nice and clean but we won’t be returning.

    We had a fantastic experience at Fionn! Our reservation got mixed up and the hostess was so apologetic. They found us a table very quickly and deducted money from our bill for the inconvenience. The level of customer service here was incredible. The food and drinks were served within a responsible amount of time given the business of the restaurant. We highly recommend Fionn Maccool in Orillia Friendly staff and good food Thanks again to our great waitress, hostess and management who were helping on this busy day! We will be back again when we are In the area 🍀

    My only complaint was watching a customer walk around with no face mask and no one said anything to him. Not following covid 19 so because of that I won’t be back nor will I recommend this a safe place to visit

    The service was excellent, the food was okay. My bacon cheeseburger was too dense and a bit dry. It is like the meat patty was over compressed.

    Patio is quite nice. Food is meh. "Crispy" cauliflower, is not crispy at all. Although our server was lovely, you had to ask for everything from water (I never did receive) to all condiments for your meal.

    Beautiful patio, excellent food, quiet, followed Covid-19 standards to a T. The Server unfortunately was not very good at checking in, and quite slow.
