Server was very friendly. It was busy but not very loud at all.

Service was quick and friendly. My meal was great; warm and tasty. However my wife's burger was a little raw in the centre and her cauliflower appetizer was on the cold side. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I had a reservation for indoor seating because it was supposed to be cold. When we arrived, they told us we had to wait to be seated inside. After a while of waiting, we were told we could sit outside and start ordering, and they would bring us indoors as soon as a table opened up. They sat us at a table far away from a heater, and promised to move us to the heater as soon as that table opened up. Two of those tables opened up within 10 minutes, and they instead moved people that had arrived after us into the heated area. By the time we got our food, my hands were so cold that I could barely pick it up to eat, and the food quickly became too cold to enjoy. Although we continued to ask about being moved somewhere warmer, no one ever did anything about it. After we asked for our bill, they brought a heater over to the table next to us, so clearly they had the option to make us at least a little more comfortable but we were not a priority. Besides the cold, parts of my meal were wrong and we were never offered another drink or more food. If I make a reservation, I expect there to be a spot reserved for me or at least tell me straight up that you won’t be able to accommodate me. I would not have agreed to sit outside if I had known I would be spending the duration of my meal there and I would have preferred to go home. It was not worth my time or money.

Experience was excellent considering the circumstances. Staff were very pleasant, food was hot and very good, over All no complaints.

No vegan options other than a Lightlife patty and lettuce ... really need to step up the vegan options. It’s not hard to source bread/buns with no sad ingredients.

I was offer a free appetizer on line early in the day and made a staff member aware and did not receive the free appetizer.

Server was lovely (personality), but terrible. It took what seemed like FOREVER...
Food was awful, overcooked and very little considering the cost. (i.e. I had a Rueben and the meat was hard like beef jerky and was barely there). I have also had a Rueben at State & Main, and it was like comparing apples to oranges - State & Main was far, far superior.
Will not return to Fionn MacCool's.

Good food, great service. Nice fettuccine Alfredo and great spinach and artichoke dip that the whole family enjoyed.

Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. We were seated quickly. Food and drinks came at an acceptable speed. The atmosphere was good.

This was the second time I've been to Fion MacCool's. The service was great and the food was delicious. Very reasonably priced as well. My only complaint is that the Garlic Cheddies are no longer on the menu however I will still be a returning customer.

We had a terrible experience this past weekend. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived for our 6:30 seating at about less than half capacity for COVID reasons. We totally understand that things are not as they were and expect that service may be impacted - but not to this extent.

We waited to have our drink orders taken for around 30 minutes after being seated and another 15-20 for our drinks to arrive. We had been seated for over an hour before our food orders were taken and another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Everyone's food was just 'ok'. By this time, our guests were quite unhappy with the service that was provided - or lack thereof. It was entirely disappointing and we will not be returning. Dinner service should never take over 2 hours from seating to the bill - I am not sure what else there is to say.

We enjoy going to Finn’s for their blarney chips and drinks.

Calamari was excellent. As was the fish and chips. Waitress could not have been better. She was helpful for the selections on tap, specials and menu items. Quick, courteous and attentive to details.

Seating was a bit uncomfortable outside, the chairs just weren't conducive to eating at a table. Otherwise the staff was extremely friendly, services was great, and the food was great.

Food was over done and one of the meals was a fish and chips and the size of one piece of fish was very small. I’m not one to usually complain, but when you order one piece, you would like it to be substantial in size. Service was great though!!

Our server was both happy to be there and very knowledgeable about the food and drink, helping my friend select a meal and helping me find a new beer that enjoyed based off my go to beer. I apologize, but I cannot remember his name right now, I believe he was the opening server for the day.
