   Excellent menu. We all loved our meals. Perfect restaurant for a celebration. We also enjoyed our breakfast the previous morning.

   My experience at Finial at Grandover was memorable. The food was exceptionally delicious. While the service could have been more efficient, the overall quality and atmosphere more than compensated for it.

   Seated right away. Hannah our server was excellent. Very attentative but not overbearing. Food was excellent.

   We all loved our food! A delicious take on Southern cuisine in a lovely atmosphere. Absolutely wouod recommend. Do get the Crab Cake Beignets!

   Service began pretty slowly but improved a little. Server was polite but not overtly friendly. We also saw other staff walking around like they were just hating being there so that was a downer. The menu selection was excellent and the food did not disappoint; it was so very good.

   This was a very unfortunate visit. Everything that could go wrong did. Party of 8 sat for 15+ minutes before being acknowledged. Drink orders took another 15 because they "ran out of wine glasses". Placed appetizer order and then waited over 1 hour for only half to arrive (after we alerted waitstaff of no food). This food was presented poorly and cold. Main courses showed up and food was subpar at best plus salmon was basically raw (ordered medium) Our reservation was 715 and we did not leave until after 945 ( also most in party will still hungry) This was a business meeting and this experience left was very embarrising considering the expectations that we had for this evening

   Food selections, especially the seafood, were really, really, really good. It was as if someone asked me to write a menu of my favorite seafood and I did.

   Beautiful setting and excellent service created a great atmosphere, but we were somewhat disappointed with the dishes we ordered. While the experience was still enjoyable overall, we hope the food will improve to better match the high standards set by the ambiance and staff.

    The server was not very knowledgeable of the menu and was poor at making any recommendations. We started with appetizers that were very good. We shared a lobster bisque and the deep fried deviled eggs. The two of us had two very different dinner entrees of which both were also good. The waiting times and temps were acceptable. Our issue came with the ordering of a bottle of wine. We ordered a bottle of Russian River Pinot Noir. We were given a blend and when we questioned it, the manager tried to sell me that the bottle was composed grapes from the Russian River region. The bottle we were served was a blend from Santa Barbara County, Monterey County and Sonoma County. Monterey and Santa Barbara counties are not part of the Russian River region. I went further to confirm with J Cellars who later confirmed that the bottle is truly a blend and not a Russian River Pinot. The fact that my intelligence and love for Russian River Pinots were both insulated completely took away from the experience. If this manager and server are on duty, I would recommend a burger shop down the road.
