Some things never go out of style. Good company is one of them. So, come join us!
wonderful weekend brunch spot! great food, very good service and nice atmosphere.
The food was amazing! We also had great service. Definitely recommend the bravas and Brussels. The Brie cheese was delicious. Charcuterie boards were very nice
Girls night dinner and we had such a good time! Our server was excellent and knowledgeable. The food was good, nothing spectacular, but sufficient for the price. My only suggestion is to improve the beer selection. Overall a very good experience!
Had cocktails and a charcuterie board. The cocktails were good and 1/2 price due to happy hour. The cheeses on the charcuterie board were good and plentiful but the meats were not very good or of any quantity to justify the price. Go for a cheese board and cocktails!
Jean was there. It appears that everyone with finch and fifth knows Jean as our waitress told us her name and everyone was stopping to talk to her. She was sitting next to us and could be beards over the rest of the noise in the place which was pretty loud to begin with. Comment from waitress was she had a lot to drink. Think staff could have done something to remove this obvious disruption from the rest of the guests
Excellent food. Small menu but nice variety. Good charcuterie. Was a bit of an older crowd when we were there...but that's likely locals which is a good sign.
First visit there was for brunch. Really nice ambience. It's a pretty small, intimate place, so it seems like reservations might be a wise thing at all time (we had them, thankfully). We had a new server who forgot to put in our appetizer order and then brought us some boiled peanuts we hadn't ordered (we thought they were free and ate them -- oops, got billed for them later) and who forgot to put in an appetizer that we actually did order. But she was so sweet and caring otherwise that honestly we didn't care. A manager (owner?) came over and chatted with us, and when we told her about the forgotten app she sincerely apologized, said the app would be free of charge and brought it out to us anyway, which was really sweet. Seemed like a lot of great people on staff there. Watched an employee making the cheese plates with such great care and love -- made me want one of those (will have to get one next time). We enjoyed our food and liked the bloody marys, too. Will definitely return.
We had a wonderful brunch at Finch and Fifth on Sunday. There were 7 in our party and everyone enjoyed their meal. The pimento cheese was a great beginning. Personally, I had the Caesar Salad with skewered shrimp. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. Several people had the eggs cooked their way. Others had the Monte Cristo sandwich, French toast and biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious!
We traveled from Atlanta to meet my daughter here for a birthday brunch. Service was slow, my eggs Benedict was cold when it finally came out and my daughter's chicken was almost raw. We decided to order dessert because we were still hungry from not eating our meals. After 25 minutes I had to go find the waitress and just cancel. We were told that it was just an extra busy day for them. Not a good reason to serve under cooked chicken to anyone. We will not be back.
The easiest dish to prepare was the absolute best: meats and cheese. The lamb chops were pretty good, would have been better as a thinner cut to get a crispier, stronger flavor (one-bone size) and you could have put more on the plate; Caesar salad was like from a fast food facility--in a small soup bowl?
Good but limited lunch menu. Excellent service and good ambience. It is a nice place for lunch, but overpriced for what you get. Better spot for dinner.
Love this place
My husband and I LOVE this restaurant - it's one of our favorites! The cocktail drinks are awesome and we always love just building a Charcuterie board and eating on that. My last visit - I brought a friend to help celebrate her birthday. We loved the food and drinks, however one of her drinks tasted like soap - I don't think the mule mug was rinsed out good enough. But......our waitress Lizzie (who was awesome) took care of it - replaced her drink and went the extra mile and gave us our dessert for free!!! Thank you, Lizzie and thank you, Finch and Fifth. We will certainly be returning many more times.
Best brunch I’ve had in a VERY long time!
Always love finch and fifth. The food is amazing and the service is even better. I had a spicy marg and we shared a charcuterie and cheese board!
I’ve always had a great experience here but feel I must tell or a recent experience in hopes the the owners here will not allow this to continue. A young lady brought a small dog into the restraint and this small dog sat in her lap and proceeded to lick and eat from her owners plate. I love animals and have 4 on my own. This is unacceptable inside a restaurant. I’m going to give the staff and wait staff the benefit of the doubt that they did not know and did not see this happen but I certainly hope that if they did this will not become acceptable. If I does, I’ll find another place to dine.
Excellent atmosphere, food was outstanding ! Well plated and perfect temperature. Timely and correctly . Would recommend to all .
Good food marred by bad service and restaurant manager who would not acknowledge.
One entree came out 20 minutes after the others and was incorrect.
Not good value for the money. The $20 burger is tiny and dry. For $13 I can get a giant burger at WBK, one that is juicy and tasty. Drinks are a little expensive too. But the burger. If you’re going to charge $20 , it better be amazing and it should fit the bun.
A very nice lunch spot. Overpriced, but really good food and good service.
BEST BRUNCH IN TOWN! Every time. Hands down.
Also, Melanie is bae.
I had the Tuna that was on special and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. the low-lighted atmosphere provided an intimate dining experience. I would definitely come back again.
Very impressed with this place. Great food and great atmosphere. Great and knowledgeable service.
Great service Great Food
Great food and venue for fellowship. Really enjoyed the pork chop and look forward to coming back for the scallops! Service was excellent! Noise level was a little high for a high end restaurant. Hope we can dine outdoors as soon as it warms up a bit!
Brunch was lovely! The special cocktails are really great as well.
Great vibe and food. We ordered a nice cheese board, a lot of food, cocktails, wine, desserts... We were celebrating a special event. It would have been nice if the restaurant would have acknowledged that with a complimentary dessert or??? Something about that always makes you feel special and like you matter as a patron. Oh well...
A treat every time we go! Love the cheese selection and the biscuits.
Great food and atmosphere. We come here on a regular basis and it never disappoints.
Will be back again, great food, creative menu and nice atmosphere!
Excellent! Cannot wait to return...the tomato pie is to die for...
Always a great experience!!
Great meal and great service! Excellent Drinks! We will definitely be back!
the Truffle burger is amazing!!!
Server Matt took excellent care of us! Happy hour drinks were great and the food was fantastic. I had the Truffle burger and Linda had the Mahi. The only drawback were the tables at the entrance. Not as warm and cozy as in the back room. We'll be back!
Another wonderful date night at Finch & 5th! Best drinks in Augusta! So glad Happy Hour is until 7pm😁
This is a great brunch atmosphere on Saturday and Sunday. The food options are delicious. Each time I have ordered something different and have not been disappointed. Good variety of food. Wait staff is attentive.
I would like to see them offer sugar-free syrup and perhaps a sunscreen for the front entrance as those front tables or to sunny.
