Duck was excellent, but did not like the Pumpkin side.
All around good meal. Great menu options - not inexpensive, but relatively good value. Attentive service - good spot for a business lunch
Absolutely wonderful service and meal quality. Everything nicely timed and we were not rushed through the courses. Definitely a highlight of our Boston trip.
The meals were not very good i got the short rib and my wife got the black bass
This was our Thanksgiving dinner, and the food was plentiful, traditional, and delicious. Service was attentive and prompt. The wine was very good but only served by the glass.
A must-go! Tuna tacos and variety of excellent appetizers. Wow, just incredible food, service and ambiance. Would highly recommend the raw bar as well.
Service was pretty slow particularly from the bar. We almost left because we waited 10 minutes to give our first drink order. It was very busy. Glad we stayed because the food was outstanding! The wine list is adventurous too
Food was great. Service was excellent.
Really wonderful dinner at Fin Point on a Saturday night - only two complaints were that the octopus appetizer was quite over salted (albeit the dish overall was delicious) and our waiter, though really very pleasant and accommodating, was a tad too eager in waiting on our table (I.e. asking if we’re ready every 2 minutes and cleaning up around us towards the end of the dinner). However these are two minor points and the food and service overall was outstanding and we would definitely return!
Food was amazing! Service was good - they were very nice about birthday celebrations.
Fin Point location is very convenient. Staff was very responsive when our party grew from a reservation of 4 to a party of 6, despite being a busy night. Oysters were excellent!
For a dinner, I wouldn't recommend this establishment. The service, while friendly, it slow due to overwork, and completely forgot our drink order. So the management is really to blame here, not the wait staff themselves. Food was good, not amazing, but better than average. The food presentation was also above average. All in all, with as many options as Boston has, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a dinner experience.
Excellent food but service was slow. My order of wine was completely forgotten and only brought to me after I followed up twice. Noise level was very high.
Same as always. Friendly, prompt service, food good, noise too much, but clears out fast after 1 o’clock.
Wonderful experience! Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating, even helped us with celebrating our mom’s birthday by bringing out champagne and a DELICIOUS chocolate dessert. Great experience!
Had a very enjoyable meal with my son (23),his friends and a close family couple with their 2 children as well.
They seated us at a table for 10 in the back room which was perfect for us. No rush and we spent 3 lovely hours catching up.
Excellent meal, very accommodating on the menu adaptions (gluten free, minor substitutions). Even redoing one entree when my husband realized what he thought was a salad was actually a flatbread pizza. The promptly redid it and it was excellent.
A bit noisy but it was sat night right before Halloween! Staff was very professional and service was very well done. Oysters, appetizers and entrees were excellent.
The ambiance is well done - abstract fish and artwork, along with a private dining room that was cozy. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because i felt like for the space, the ceiling should be a tad higher. But not much you can do with a hotel above you, and frankly this is a very personal observations and probably not relevant to most! Fin Point is a great choice if you are close to the seaport district and worth a trip from another part of town.
My husband and I came out for date night and overall, really enjoyed the food. The food and drink was autumn themed which made everything really fun! I had the sangria which was not mixed very well and the first drink was a mouthful of syrup but it was a decent drink after it was mixed. We ordered the salmon and scallops, both which were really good.
Dining service was disappointingly very slow
Great seafood restaurant, bar & lounge that is attched to the Hilton Faneuil in the Financial district.
Delicious food and excellent service!!
Great service, attentive but not overbearing. Oysters expensive but worth it. Chicken dish is one of the best preparations I have had. Swordfish also very good. No complaints!
The service was great and the food was pretty good
I was one guy at the bar and they screwed up my entire meal from start to finish over a two hour period. Completely unacceptable, and I wanted it to be good so bad, cause i was stuck in Boston for the night. The beer on tap was good though.
Great food and service. Will definitely return when I am in town again.
The food was wonderful, starting with this little beet salad that was just amazing. I had the salmon which was also excellent. It was just a little overpriced in my opinion. Everything was al a carte, like the beet salad was $17 and my husbands bowl of clam chowder was $12.
And then we also didn’t appreciate being sat all the way in the back corner of the restaurant, on a little 2 top, next to the fire hydrant when the place was barely half full! We just got up and reseated ourselves.
Food was absolutely delicious. From the Clam Chowder (which we compared favorably to our favorite eatery in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf) to the Steak Spring Rolls appetizer, as well as the main courses of Salmon and also Shrimp dinners, all tasted fantastic! I will mention that their online menu is quite different from the menu we ordered from in the restaurant. Also, while OpenTable displays the price as "$$" I thought it was closer to "$$$" at $127 for the three of us (though we only had two entreés). So, while the food was excellent, it would have to be a special occasion for me to return, but that's my preference for dining expense.
Delicious lunch and lively atmosphere - almost a bit too loud at times (we were in the center of the room). Gracious service - despite running late, they held our table for us. An enjoyable venue for a business lunch.
Amazing corn appetizers!!
Excellent seafood!! The Raw Bar was our favorite. Fast service and nice ambiance. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Excellent service all around.
Amazing dinner with great ambiance.
The place is very nice, the service is great. Food is delicious
Amazing food, service and ambiance. A hidden gem in Boston. We loved it.
An above average hotel restaurant. Food and cocktails were well crafted, ingredients were fresh, chef technique was good but not exceptional, a bit high priced, satisfying portions, attentive service. Bathrooms were an unclean malodorous disaster.
Food was delicious and our server was excellent; attentive but knew when to leave us be! Of course, it's Boston prices, but we had a great meal and a nice time!
On a recent trip to Boston we decided to try this restaurant. It was WONDERFUL! The food was delicious and the service was perfect. I left a generous gratuity to reflect the excellent service and the server went out of his way to personally thank me for the gratuity, which was very nice. :) I highly recommend the restaurant!
Really good food, service was slow but think we got caught in a shift change.
Great overall dining experience.
