Sign of elevator said use satire. Two of 3 diners had difficulty with stairs & considered leaving. Asked hostess when to expect the elevator back in service. She told us the elevator was working. Signs should have been removed prior to opening. Bacon on eggs Benedict was burned & very salty. View was spectacular but wouldn't return.

Service was unbelievably slow. Took over 2 hours for entrees to come out - we were on the verge of walking out. Waitress was very nice but clearly overwhelmed and distraught. Food was just okay. They gave us a free drink eventually after we told them that we were planning to leave if the dinner didn’t come out soon, then they brought out 2 free desserts for table after dinner. Music was VERY loud and, combined with the echoing warehouse acoustics, we had to shout to hear each other. We won’t be going back.

Fin and Brew has always been a favorite of ours but last night's dinner was disappointing to say the least. The seasonings and composition of our duck were unappealing and the seafood kare kare was bland. None of the dessert choices were items we wanted to order. It felt like the food preparation was done by a different, less talented chef.

Went to Fin & Brew for Sunday Brunch..nice menu..I ordered the Prime rib sandwich with Mushrooms & Onions on Baguette - it was Delicious..my wife had Avocado toast w/ two eggs and she enjoyed it..we shared plate of Buttermilk pancakes with Homemade Maple syrup very tasty...cannot wait to go back and try the Eggs Benedict...The view as we sipped our Flavorful Bloody Mary's of the Hudson River and Hudson Valley was spectacular...

Clearly the Restuarant is now focused on cocktails versus food. We waited 90 minutes for our main course which was fair at best. After complaining our drinks were comped but the overall experience was horrible. Very disappointing since we used to enjoy the food here. If you want a lovely sunset and drinks it’s a good location, if you want dinner, eat somewhere else.

Service is really top notch. Professional and accommodating. The food and wine selection were quite good. We enjoyed an array of seafood. The biggest negative is that somebody thought it a good idea to pump club music into the venue - at a noticeable volume. Not conducive to a relaxing enjoyable meal.

Excellent meal at Fin and Brew. Good drinks and beer from the brewery. Mussels appetizer is fantastic. I wanted to drink the broth!! Fresh oysters, nice shrimp on the raw selections. Had the fisherman’s stew and Duck. Both were excellent and cooked well. And the view of the harbor and marina on a nice summer night!! The chef came out and we had a great conversation. Thanks Mike and Mike for a nice evening.

I went with my girlfriend for the lovely view. I should have checked the menu first. We were very unhappy with the menu. We don't mind paying $40-50 for an entree but none of the entrees came with a starch. NO potatoes, pasta, etc. Only meat and a vegetable. We thought this was a terrible practice. My friend wanted to order the steak, but said she preferred it with a potato, and the server said they did not serve starches as a side dish. We then got up and left, and went to another restaurant which was fantastic. Fin & Brew should really rethink their menu.

The view from the terrace was stunning! We expected burgers and salads and yet the menu was eclectic, interesting, sophisticated and unexpected. The food was delicious, and the service was professional & attentive. Can't wait to go back!

It was our first time back after they reopened post-Covid and we're wondering why we waited so long. Dinner on the outdoor patio, watching the sun set, cannot be beat. The new menu is great. Do not skip the "Not So Crunchy Potatoes". We all had seafood/sushi, but the table next to us had the curried lamb tart and it's definitely on my list for our next visit. Besides a full cocktail menu, they also offer all of the beers from River Outpost Brewing (just downstairs).

Our waitress was very forgetful. We would ask her for drinks or other items and she would not bring them until reminded. At one point after waiting for an item for a long while we were lied to in order to cover her mistake. We also noticed that others were getting better versions of the dish we ordered. We had ordered the fava bean sourdough toast. When it came out we received a few fava beans on a 1/4 inch piece of toast. 10 mins later our neighbors received an appetizing looking fava bean toast on 1 inch of bread with many beans. The same with my risotto. I received maybe a cup of risotto (which was delicious) while another neighboring table got more than twice that and piled high with greens when I only got a tiny pinch of greens. The differences in these portions was quite notable. We love this restaurant but sadly this experience was very sub-par and we’ll think twice before coming back.

We had a group of 12 and they got us set at a nice table by the windows. Service was outstanding, as was the food and drinks. The owner even came over to make sure everything was to our expectations. We are out of town visitors so I took a chance, and it met or exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

Mothers Day so busy and limited menu but food was fantastic, views of the Hudson River and nice people. The service was rough; took a while to get a waitress and then once we had one a while for drinks snd good and then once food arrived; she checked in but then never was to be found. The bus boy cleaned our table before we even saw her and when she asked if we wanted dessert we were ready to go and denied it; we had sat long enough. But I hear the desserts are amazing and the food was excellent. Highly recommend, as I said it was Mother’s Day and crowded…

Not kid friendly, extremely slow service with servers that have little or no understanding of the menu or the nature of the beers/wines available. Menu reads much better than the actual food items taste. You are essentially going there for the view, and paying New York City prices accordingly. Stay away!!

From the staff to the drinks, food and desserts it was all such an amazing experience. Then chef Mike came around and checked on everyone's dining experience. Hands down one of the best spots. Will be back again!!!

A place to have a nice Sunday brunch overlooking the Hudson. We've eaten here before as the food is consistently good and reasonably priced. Following the meal, a nice walk along the River Walk concluded a nice afternoon. Highly recommended.

Pre-pandemic had a terrible experience and swore we'd never go back to Fin & Brew. Flash forward - it was restaurant week and we had been given a gift card so we thought we'd try it again. So very glad we did!! Our server was fabulous, the food and drink was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The menu was surprisingly extensive and varied (restaurant week menus aren't always). We had a wonderful time and will be back!
