Very nice Italian restaurant with great service. We picked the location as we stayed across the street and could not be happier. The staff was welcoming and attentive. We had great conversations with a few of the waiters which made the evening feel like we were out with friends. I recommend this place as the food tastes like food you get in Italy. No added ingredients to traditional dishes. Sometimes that is hard to find in America.
Service was excellent. Best in South Beach
Nice outdoor seating with good view and food was very good.
Food was absolutely excellent, the servers was super nice and attentive.
Awesome like always! Food was amazing and great service
Extremely poor food presentation, food not warm enough and lack of freshness ... few choices on wine.
Amazing service! Diego and the team were incredibly attentive, providing frequent water and coffee refills. Great location to sit outside and watch the world go by. Will definitely return.
Absolutely LOVED coming here for brunch that my girls and I came 3 days in a row. Diego was our server all 3 times and he was awesome!! Such great hospitality, great food, and outstanding service.
We came for a date night and enjoyed some of the best pasta of Miami!! Simply delicious!!
We loooooved the outdoor seating! Our servers were great and they treated us like royalty!
The chicken is incredible and I’m happy hour
Got stuck in pouring rain with food being drenched with water, waiter offered to remake food, which was nice, but it was definitely overpriced for what we got.
Made a reservation and had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated. Nonetheless, the staff and food were simply amazing and I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Miami.
Great service and food was delicious
the food was 10/10! went for a romantic dinner and aside from the street noise everything was perfect. Our waiter was very hospitable, and so welcoming.
Very good food and service, also the distancing between seat were good due to the current pandemic AND they gave us complimentary mimosas! Will go again when visiting Miami.
Went for dinner the other evening after having this place on my list for some time. Apparently due to the curfew, their last reservation is 830 pm but OpenTable didn’t reflect this so they allowed us to sit a bit after that as long as we were done by curfew. Service was quick. We had the charred eggplant dip (really delicious and more filling than one would think), roasted Brussel sprouts (undercooked and not really roasted- they probably didn’t have enough time to cook them properly which is understandable but then we should’ve been warned about prep time), and the cacio y pepe pasta (soooo good!). They give a 20% discount to Miami locals which was great.
All in all a great stop and recommended. As a side note- there were many tourists going in and out of the hotel the restaurant is in without masks, which is against regulations. Have some respect for our beautiful city, it’s workers and people, and put your mask on.
My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of state. We live in a suburban area near Boston. We decided to make reservations for our last night there to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. We loved everything from the ambience, to the food, the the service. Everything was excellent. The only thing that bothered us a little bit was a girl was screaming at the top of her lungs at this gentleman that was staying there. The girl was cursing up a storm. This ruined the mood for the rest of our experience at the restaurant. Overall, best dinner date we’ve had in a long time.
Terrible food :/
We made the reservation on open table which confirmed that the restaurant was open and when we went there the restaurant was closed we were very disappointed
I dined here on Saturday with some friends for my birthday. It was excellent.
Staff and service and food all great
very poor service with a very long wait for the food. And when it came, the food was just mediocre.
Great location. Eggs were overcooked though. Kinda pricey for the portion size
The service was polite but amateurish. Food was decent but not to the level I would expect from a Michael Schwartz restaurant. The lighting was very bright and gave off a coffee shop vibe. Other than for the location, I would probably not return.
The service was great! With a happy birthday son included
Après une heure d’attente on nous a servi le plus mauvais repas italien que j’aie jamais mangé en 60 ans. A éviter absolument!
The food was great but the service was really spotty an inconsistent. We stayed at the hotel connected to the restaurant and ordered one of their signature drinks at the bar the first night. The next day we ordered the same drink and it was totally different. We tried again a third time and had a drink different from each of the first two. The same thing happened with classic drinks like an old fashioned. The pasta was yummy, but it took over half an hour from turning down dessert to actually getting our check. This could be a great place if the staff had some training.
Our waiter on Christmas Eve was so nice and super careful with my family member’s food allergies - we really appreciate it so much! I don’t remember his name but definitely want to shout him out for great service. Everyone had a great experience and we can’t wait to come back next time we visit!
Food is excellent...and their happy hour deal is great. Outdoor patio is nice and quiet compared to the other places on Collins
The food is decent but awful atmosphere- inside is bright as a doctors office, no charm. Ordered a martini - told they don’t have bartenders and don’t know how to make a martini. The food is decent but not amazing - don’t come here if you’re looking for a nice night out on South Beach.
On the recommendation of Miami Spice we choose this restaurant . On line the menu was very appealing . Imagine our surprise when we arrived and the menu had changed . We don’t eat meat and the fish main course was removed and substituted with chicken Parmesan. There was a delicious mushroom risotto but their linguini with pecorino arrived cold and very salty . The first course was uninspiring. We were disappointed they had removed the stuffed squash blossoms and the dessert were not very good . The decor inside is lovely and the wait staff was very accommodating .
The food was very salty.
We just had breakfast before checkout. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was good. Nothing extraordinary but good enough.
Love. Love. Love. Miami Spice menu is fantastic. Great ambiance, great music, great food, great service.
Business lunch with a customer and we decided to try numerous appetizers and share them. Everything was delicious though my favorite was probably the ribs. The service was excellent as well. I'd certainly go back.
Set inside an adorable restored Art Deco boutique hotel, Fi’lia serves up delicious hearty Italian. We dined on a Saturday night and opted for the Miami Spice menu. Tuna tartare was was a bit bland, no pizzazz really. The cheese stuffed zucchini was amazing, the tomato based sauce it’s served with is tangy with a nice subtle pepper kick. We both chose the tagliatelle bolognese, amazingly hearty & filling, a very generous portion - perfect dish. Panna cotta & chocolate mousse were a nice way to close the meal. Francesa was attentive & prompt, exactly what we look for when dining out. This Spice was a hit & we’ll be back to try to standard menu next time.
Great experience over all!
The chef was amazing as the food quality was outstanding.
Hotel lobby restaurant. A bit over priced, even for Miami standards.
