Using only the best local & imported Italian products, Filante Woodfire Pizzeria combines over 65 years of culinary knowledge to bring our local community the food we love to eat. Spawned out of crazy and strange times in 2020, we share with you the food that makes us smile and we hope it makes you smile also. Filante Woodfire Pizzeria has finally come to fruition in April 2020, after a small group of food-lovers embarked on a journey to create the best tasting pizza outside of Italy. At Filante, Italian for ‘stringy melted cheese’, we are determined in delivering the best pizza to your door. We favour the Romana-style of pizza making but with a modern twist. All our pizza bases and mozzarella cheese are made fresh in-house and cooked in our woodfire ovens. We use the highest quality produce and ingredients from a combination of imported and local goods. We accept orders online, in-store or by phone, for pickup and delivery. Our headquarters are located in Botany, NSW.

    Open air eating needs more gas heaters around the tables. Also aluminium chairs are freezing on a cold evening so chairs need cushions and or rugs for diners comfort.

    I requested many increases to the number of guests and they were able to accommodate our large seating, modifications, and were prompt to respond, which was immensely appreciated given these were last minute requests. The food, service, price, seating are always excellent. They even modified a pasta dish especially for my fussy son. My only comment to improve (if possible!) is perhaps some background ambience music, however it was a packed house that evening so perhaps the 'party' simply overpowered it. :)
