We’ve been to Fig’s many times now and this was our first time for brunch. We were expecting more than three brunch items (eggs Benedict, frittata, and French toast were the only brunch-y items on the menu). The service is still ironing out the wrinkles. On this trip, our meal arrived before our appetizer. Apparently the Expo is ‘new’ and didn’t know that the tenderloin skewers were an appetizer. They charge Dallas prices but aren’t delivering Dallas service. It’s still one of the best options around the lake for elevated food and drinks. We hope they get the service up to par soon.

Horrible. My third visit to this restaurant was, unfortunately, just as disappointing as the previous two. Every time I’ve dined here, there has been an issue with the food, but this visit was by far the worst. We waited two hours for our food, only to be told by our server that they had lost our ticket. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the manager wouldn’t even come out to apologize or address the situation. A sincere apology and some effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way, but instead, we felt ignored and undervalued as customers. This pattern of poor service and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially after giving the restaurant multiple chances to improve. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable dining experience.

Great restaurant for the lake area. Feel like you are dining in Dallas. Chef Avner is great. The food is top notch including the wonderful warm bread. Servers need a little more coaching on the order pad. Missed some details of our oder this time, but previous visits were 100%

Got the Wagyu Chicken fried steak which was the best I’ve had. The service was horrible there were 3 tables total and a handful of waiters and it still took us 30 mins to get bread even after we asked our waiter for bread once. After we got our food we asked the lady that brought us our food for bread. The waiter argued over dark meat or white meat on the chicken wings for the Chicken and waffles. Over priced on the menu. Won’t be back.

Good food, excellent service, a place to experience fine dining on a special occasion. Yes, it’s expensive, but Kraft doesn’t make lobster Mac and cheese. We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations at Figs and the haven’t disappointed us yet.

We ordered the filet and it was cooked perfectly. Our friends ordered the chicken fried steak and it was bland. Had no seasoning. The mashed potatoes were a little too soupy and had lumps. The broccolini was very good. The drinks from the bar were very good too. Thought maybe I would have been offered a dessert since it was my birthday but no one did. Overall, it was a nice dinner. Not a Bobs or Del Frisco’s nice, but very good.

Food is excellent. Best restaurant in Henderson County, prices are too high for the experience, and wine is 3 to 4 times cost (overpriced). Substitute with great cocktails instead. Service is the best at the lake, but not to level of an upscale restaurant elsewhere. Worth the trip for the occasional dinner due to excellent food. Compliments to the chef…and bartender.

The service was unbelievably SLOW. It took 20 minutes just to get a drink order in. We rarely seen our server throughout the entire meal. Refills were just as slow. For the $600.00 bill it was definitely NOT worth it. It’s hard to give this place a second trying. I don’t care to throw my money away like that. The food overall was okay but the service really made the experience one I can’t say that I would spring for again. Very disappointing.
