Figs Pizza is most likely like no other pizza you’ve ever had. Don’t be surprised by the large freeform shape—its specifically part of what will go into your overall experience in enjoying this unique meal.

The crust will be so crisp and thin it will be close to brittle. That finely crisped quality is achieved by the special technique used in making the dough and a short cooking time at a very high temperature. The toppings are the finest freshest available and are, as often as possible local produce and other ingredients.

A distinctive quality of a Figs Pizza is that it will cool down quickly. If you take a pizza with you please follow the directions provided by the restaurant when heating it again at home.

Our lunch was skimpy. The sliders were tiny. The salads very small. We couldn’t order 1/2 pizza because a whole pizza was too big. The quality of the food was poor. Won’t be coming back.

This used to be our favorite restaurant in Boston… between the waters in paper cups, language barrier with our server, and having to approach the server to order food, Devin’s Abe’s pay for dinner, we won’t be going back.

We ate outside and a bird flew in, landed on our pizza and started eating it. We told the server who said that his coworker has been feeding the birds. We then received a bill for the entire meal despite the fact that we were only half done when the bird landed and ruined the meal.

This restaurant has seen much better days. The salad we ordered was not available, and no explanation was given. The only beverages available were Diet Coke and Ginger ale. The premises were grimy. The air conditioning was set to 99 on a very hot day. As long-time fans of Figs, it was a sad experience.

Lunch here was extremely disappointing. Short menu looked fine but several items were unavailable. The bread brought to our outdoor table (and the weather) was the best part of the meal. Calamari not crispy. Caesar salad very basic. The worst part was the pizza we shared. There was so much corn meal (flour?) under the crust that it got all over us and made the pizza taste gluey and dry. Completely unappetizing. I remember dining at Figs in Charlestown many years ago and expected something similar from this restaurant. Nope.

We love Todd English and miss him in NYC ,English is Italian was our favorite place. The pizzas were fabulous. We need to go back to try other flavors. Salads look great too.

Soooo yummy! The pizzas are huge so be careful when ordering, we got the eggplant and a white pizza. The red sauce pizzas are delicious. The meatballs were great too. Will definitely be back!

I really missed the calamari pizza. It was good but a little bit salty. Actually, fig and prosciutto pizza was better :) Still recommend the calamari pizza, though!!!

Our water glasses weren’t filled for 20 minutes when we arrived. No one really ever checked on us to see if we needed anything. Pizza was burnt along one edge. Completely black along one side. Had to call the restaurant 10 times before someone answered the phone to make a reservation alteration. The menu was interesting and had unique items. Probably would not eat there again.

The pizza is huge and so so good. Get a pizza and a beet salad and it’s dinner for two days. Very casual. Not a fancy place, more like a higher end pizzeria. But it’s fun and lively, and Charles Street is lovely for strolling.

If based only on memories of Olive's Charlestown, I really wanted to like this place. Had dinner there 2/12/23, 1st time at Fig's. At 6:00 one of two restrooms was in serious need of cleaning, looked like something you would expect to encounter at a public train station. This place really likes its parmesan, covering almost every dish in a thick layer, whether or not described on menu. Great if you love parmesan but so much is used that it completely obliterates the taste of anything else on the plate. The warm spinach and bacon salad was smothered under a half inch of grated parmesan. We ordered a side of the Rosemary Garlic Fries, again coated top to bottom in parmesan. In fairness to Fig's , the calamari was fresh and well prepared. One of our group had the Eggplant Parm and wisely asked that they hold the parmesan. She liked the eggplant but the pasta was overcooked and the marinara was not very tasty. I had the Oliver's Pizza. Crust was very good, but the sauce was bland to the point of being almost tasteless. Table service was adequate. All in all, Bertucci's or Olive Garden serve comparable fare at far less cost.

It has been over 15 years passed since my last visit to Figs. My memory of Figs has not changed as they have not invested on the restaurant at all. The kitchen is filthy, service is terrible. And I did not like the pizza also. Overall I do not recommend.

The waitress was superb! Front of house, serving drinks, handled an entire restaurant on her own. And did it brilliantly. Really enjoyed the Fig & Prosciutto pizza, a real highlight.

The pizza was not good. I have been coming to Figs for years and this pizza did not taste like a Figs pizza. The place was empty and the waitress was no where to be found. Bad experience. Also, there phone is broken and they don't care.

This is one of my favorite spots. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Angela was running the show and did an incredible job. She was attentive on a very busy day. Our wait time for food and service was minimal.

Incredibly disappointing- having eaten here in Charles St and in Figs Charlestown restaurant over the years we were looking forward to this. Unfortunately it was the worst dining experience I have had in years and sent the food back largely uneaten. Got charged the full bill plus tip without any apology or gesture from the restaurant. The service was slow. They were clearly understaffed. It felt like a bit of a rip off TBH. Pity we always had enjoyed Figs in the past.
