   My friends and I were very disappointed with our experience at Figo. Our waiter was very slow, rude and unresponsive. I received my entree 30 minutes after my friends received there and the waiter added in a tip to the bill. There was no manager on site even though the restaurant was very busy. Will not be going back!

   We tried several of the tapas-style dishes and all were excellent. The bartender was our server, but she still was very attentive to our table. We went here before a show at the Vic Theatre, and made an excellent choice to do so.

   I am immune compromised and they were so nice to set up an outside table for us. Service was great and really fast. Enjoyed food and wine as well. Loved it.

    The place is OKAY. Food is OKAY. Just an average place with no taste in food and wine. If everything else is book it okay to go here. Note: they include 20% services charges for their mediocre service

    To begin with this place has a really cozy design you walk in and you feel immediately comfortable, great interior design choices, good lighting not too bright. The table set up - from glasses to the bottle of water to the basket of bread is also very well coordinated and even before ordering you feel like you are in for a quality meal. The menu selection is great just enough of really unique choices but not too ibenearing. We had the prosciutto and formaggio platter some salads a few pastas and a meat main course, paired with a sparkling Pinot rose then a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo red wine, nicely presented and poured in the decanter, and everything was simply delicious. We topped it with a tiramisu. We had a wonderful experience and we will be back for more!

    One person was the greeter, bartender and server. He was spot on, kept the entire room flowing. He was friendly, chatty and there was no pauses in service.

    Super cute place, love the décor, great atmosphere! Our server was knowledgeable and attentive and the food was delicious. We were a little surprised that they appeared to be closing up shop at 10:00pm on a Saturday night, we felt a little rushed to leave and they were cleaning up around us.

    They were way understaffed. The bartender was our server for the night and she frequently forgot about us, include for the initial 30 min wait for a glass of wine. It really ruined the night.

    Fantastic little gem of a place! Went there with my niece for a pre-comedy club light meal. Outstanding Italian tapas. So good we could not stop ordering! Great libations as well. You won't go wrong with this one.

    The food was lovely but the service was really upsetting. We told our waiter upfront that we were in a hurry to get to a show at the Vic and it seemed like he took that to mean go as slowly as possible. We ordered cocktails, they never came. We ordered food, it never came and then came all at once. We asked for the check, and watched him slowly take the order of every table around us before saying, oh I forgot your check. The restaurant was very cute and the food was good. But I’d be hesitant to return due to the service.

    Outstanding, creative, delicious food! Loved the ambiance. Bartender handled my fussy drink order so well. Would definitely go back. The only constructive comment I would make is that shortly after being told our time limit for the table, the waiter disappeared for 20 minutes! We had to chase him down twice to put in drink and food orders. I’m sure it is the common problem currently of understaffing, but I offer it for the management to consider.

    Kitchen closed 30 minutes early and we were not told by our server. My date and I were left hungry and a bottle of wine to complete with nothing but bread.

    The appetizers and drinks to start were excellent, though service was running a bit slow. The portions for dinner (especially the steak) were extremely tiny. You’re also asked to order the whole meal at once so a little hard to order more / less once you see portions etc. Great atmosphere and our server was very kind, but would only recommend this for appetizers and drinks.

    Cute place, have to order the arancini! Pasta was good not great. Bread served couple be fresher. Waitress was stretched thin & could barely hear her over the music, bad acoustics. I would try again for wine & some apps. Tip, cut your tomatoes smaller, ordered burrata & came with very large pieces of tomato 🤷🏼‍♀️

    We had a reservation At 730 for a patio seat. 30 minutes went by and we were still not even greeted by a server or given water. I then walked inside and asked if we could move our seats to the bar in order to receive some sort of service. Once we sat at the bar the service was a little bit better but we were not able to sit down and enjoy our time since we were rushed to order our 3 course meal all at the same time “for convenience”. Once our food orders were put in the food took about a whole hour to get out to us. The food was mostly bland and the peas in my tortellini were clearly freezer burnt since they were hard and grainy. The only saving grace were the meatballs. This should also not be called a wine bar with how poor their wine selection is. I think this place has a lot of potential but from what we saw from the manager on the floor it will not ever have that chance to be what it could be. He’s very immature and was very unprofessional for the scale of restaurant they try to be. Always on his phone and we heard him making fun of customers behind their backs. Overall very disappointing. I had hoped this place could have been a great go-to date night spot, but I’ll probably never go back.

    Came across this gem of a place during my morning walk in the neighborhood and decided to meet friends there for drinks and noshings. Great choice of a place and I would return again when back in town. Wine selection is plenty and food as well. All great and good! Supporting local establishments with excellent quality of service, food and ambience is key!
