   We had a wonderful meal tonight. The service was excellent,the food amazing and the prices reasonable. Plus a nice surprise meeting Paul as we finished. ☺️

   Fantastic meal, the food was delicious, friendly attentive staff in a lovely environment. Would highly recommend and we will be back soon. Thank you for the most enjoyable evening.

   As my daughter has coeliac disease and I’m GF I phoned to check that the burgers were actually GF and was assured they were. I booked a table also noting on the booking the GF requirements. When we ordered 2 burgers we were told that they had no GF buns. As we had a theatre booking later that night we went ahead with the order having bun-less burgers. What arrived can only be described as pathetic. No effort had been made to elevate this offering rather hide it between two small little gem leaves of lettuce. Honestly worst plate of food I’ve had in a restaurant. We spoke to the manager who was unaware they had no GF bread and offered a dessert of vegan icecream, having just ordered burgers we are not vegan ! A bit if education required for chef and management on what coeliac disease actually is. I fear the chips were cooked in the normal frier as my daughter later had mild symptoms of having eaten gluten. We were offered 10% off our meal and free drinks but that still worked out at £15 each for an awful meal.

   We had a wonderful tasty meal. The service was great and they gave us two complimentary glasses of Prosecco for our anniversary.

   The food was fantastic 😋 we had the Haggis bon bons for stater. Stilton beef burger & mushroom tagliatelle for mains. Everything was well cooked and presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place itselfs is comfortable and inviting.

   My partner and I enjoyed the crispy calamari starter, which was very good. He chose the risotto and was very pleased with his choice. I chose the Asian chili chicken, was was good, but the chicken could have been more chunky and juicer. Both of the dishes were served in generous portions. We were seated at a window table, but next right up against 4 businessmen carrying on a variety of conversations we could not help but overhear. I would not consider this restaurant for a first date place, as the tables are so close together. Having said that, it ranks near the top of our Inverness meals.
