Food was very bland and overpriced!
I had a late lunch with a friend for restaurant week. The lunch was great. It was 3 courses. Each course was a sufficient portion. And it tasted great
People here were very friendly, as soon as we walked in, they introduced themselves to us. While we were eating, the waiter came and advised us that the manager bought us a round of drinks. Food was excellent, have to have the carrot ginger soup, the services was excellent, people were friendly and it was moderately priced. What ore could you want.
We love Fig & Olive. It's a special place for a special family dinner... and it does not have to be a special occasion. It can be just because we need some family time together! This time, Victor was our server and he was great. We also love Leo. From the receptionist to the servers to the manager, everyone is kind to the kids which makes us feel comfortable.
We couldn't be more pleased with everything about this place. 1) Manager was super accommodating to our big party of 14. The can do attitude is so nice to see.
2) Excellent drinks.
3) Excellent Restaurant week menu at regular big portion. I can barely finish my meal!
4) Excellent service.
Overall a great experience! Big thanks to Ray (Manager).
We dined during restaurant week so the menu was limited. We were with a group of six and everyone enjoyed their meal. I ordered the chicken and it was not what I expected . The beets and burrata appetizer was amazing and so was the mushroom croquette.
Great overall experience. Can’t wait to go back.
The Branzino I received was dry and burnt. I received another. That one still was not very tasteful. It was over cooked as well. However, the 3 crostini and squash soup were amazing! As was my cocktail.
It was my first time dining here and I had a great experience. The food was very good and the I have no complaints about the service. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the entrees and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend this place in the future and visit again.
Enjoyed our meal for Restaurant week. Will return again for a special occasion. The ambiance was vert nice. We asked for a sear where we could spend a while,as we hadn't seen our friends for some time. The staff was very friendly and accomadating.
Fig & Olive is a great place to go to! Was the first time for me and definitely not the last, especially knowing now that there's Ladies' Night on Thursdays.
Food was delicious and looked mouth-watering. Very attentive staff with perfect service!
Great Time hanging at the bar
Great food and wonderful atmosphere.
The portions were so small. We all left hungry
All around good
We have dined at Fig&Olive on a number of occasions, but never on a busy Saturday evening. It was hectic. The service was not attentive. The food other than the crostini's, which were delicious as always, was fair. No one checked to see how our meals were until we were done. The salmon I ordered was OK, but the "roasted" cauliflower that was with it was barely cooked and cold. I would return on a weeknight or for lunch, but never again on a Saturday. They just weren't up to the task. It appears there is no manager on site..at least that is how it felt.
Service was not great and the food tasted as if it was pre-prepared. Certainly not worth the price.
Nicest thing I could say is the restaurant is beautiful.
Sat us at the smallest table, when all the tables around us were empty. Bit ridiculous. Also the steak was once again quite fatty, so needless to say- I didn’t think it was worth the $30.
Great Happy Hour. Great selection of crostini with shrimp or prosciutto or fig or ........
Terrible service, did not give us what was supposed to be given to us, management was her Renda’s, staff was lazy, food was cold, staff was creepy because they kept staring at us from the bar, they never gave us a braid or oil even when asked at the table, food is not worth the money. Stay away go to any other place in Westchester but this place
Excellent, had not been in a while but would go back sooner than later. Beet salad a must!!
We had a fabulous lunch today. The chef even made us a cheese board as a starter even though it wan’t on the regular menu. We ordered the salmon burger, a chicken sandwich and chicken salad. The food was delicious and the portions generous. The staff was very attentive. I highly recommend Fig & Olive Westchester.
Food was so delicious. We both ate everything and even ordered desserts. Unfortunately, it was a bit loud and my friend and I had to do a bit of yelling across the table to keep up with our conversation. We’ve gone there before and it wasn’t as loud which is why we went back. However, the food was especially good so we will definitely return. Our server was very attentive when we arrived, but as the evening went on he sort of forgot about us, and we needed to keep asking for him. But still good!!
Creative menu with excellent salads and appetizers. The branzino, however, was overcooked and dry.
We normally go with friends but decided to treat ourselves this past holiday weekend while in the neighborhood. What’s really fine about this restaurant are the high standards and consistent excellence of the menu items. I can honestly say it’s always a pleasure to dine here and we’ve even found that it’s wonderful to bring guests and family on special occasions. The physical space is always pleasant- high ceilings and modern decor, plenty of light, and ample room between tables. Staff are always well versed in the menu and can help the uninitiated find the perfect choices of the day.
Time and experience have apparently trimmed the menu a bit - but there were still so many fine options.
This is certainly not your local trusted tavern or a place with simple day to day meals, but there’s no guilt in having a special cuisine prepared well - and to know it will be just as special the next time.
Always dependable appetizers and desserts. Main can be hit and miss. My pasta was overcooked, but my husband's chicken tanzine was excellent. Both were good portions.
The atmosphere was perfect. The food was amazing and the service was great with timely service
My wife and I enjoyed our dining experience very much for a Birthday Brunch. The food was excellent, service great and ambiance very nice. I would highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return in the near future with friends.
Great food, great service, and awesome vibe. The restaurant was very accommodating to our celebration.
My ex-wife told me to try Fig & Olive. It was a wonderful surprise. We went for Brunch and had the Prix Fixe 3-course meal. Plus I had to have a flatbread appy. My woman friend had the crouton mushroom thingys, while I had a salad. We both had the French Omelette. Then the 2 separate desserts. Everything was excellent. Waite staff is extremely friendly. I will be back soon.
Food was A1 & love the Fig & Olive Signature Cocktail~
Ambiance is excellent with food and and service very good though not inexpensive if all course dinner with wine . Active bar scene with interesting tapas and appetizers .
This was a revisit for some tasty items on the menu, that did not disappoint ! The Bronzino and Salmon are both out standing as are the small plates, with a wide variety to suit most taste buds.
The food is consistently very good and the restaurant has a lovely ambience.
Manager and staff are very attentive and friendly.
Only suggestion: Dessert menu should include lactose- free options!!!!!
Always great food and service
This restaurant is lovely. The food was really good. The service, a bit slow, but it was a crowded Saturday night. The food was good and different. Prices are high but it is a fancy restaurant. Salmon was a very small portion, and a bit dry. The tagine was excellent for a cold night--spicy and delicious. The crostini are what they are famous for and they are good. Pumpkin dessert left a film on our mouths. Not a great idea to put squash chunks under slimy pumpkin ice cream and call it good.
This spot is an excellent choice for a special occasion , the staff are always welcoming and smiling (that is a big plus for me ) . they are super friendly and they care about your dining experience. I have a food allergy and I usually take longer then the average diner searching over menu to be sure their isn't something In dish I can't have . I Placed my order with the very patience waiter and WHEN HE BROUGHT MY FOOD I apologized for taking so long WITH MY ORDER and said IM ALLERGIC TO APRICOTS so I was reading everything he quickly scooped up my food he just put on table and said oh no you can't have this then it has apricots in the sauce .. I was so grateful that he knew there were apricots in it ..I didn't see it on menu and that could have been one scary dinner date .SO THAT SAYS TO ME THEY ARE A GREAT PLACE WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DINE THERE.. YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE THANK YOU
Dinner for 5 took nearly 2 1/2 hours. One of the worst service performances ever and marred a very special dining occasion. Had been there once prior and thought it would be the perfect place for that dinner. Not only was the service horrible but the wait staff was not even apologetic. Did not even offer coffee or a dessert for the table. Completely oblivious. Perhaps it was an off night but we'll never know.
Nice family dinner. Great food
