We shared tasty crostini, and ordered salmon and chicken dishes for lunch. Everything was very tasty. The stairs to the restroom were exceptionally steep, so be careful on the way down!
We will definitely visit again.
I really like it here. However, we showed up a little before noon. The restaurant was as cold as a meat locker. We waited a good 5 minutes before anyone even noticed us. We asked them to lower the air, which they did but 10 minutes later it was back on. So outside of freezing through out entire meal, I can say the food was great. I was just so disappointed at the lack of concern the staff showed for everyone in the restaurant for the temperature.
sat at the bar with my cousin to catch up and enjoy a meal on a Sunday afternoon.
Good wine selection and we were both happy with our meals
Great dinning experience.
Brunch menu is a delight. Crostini choices many, the three I had absolutely delicious. It does get a bit noisy as customers come in but that's because Fig and Olive is such a popular place. Worth the trip[. Worththe cost.
We had a nice table for two toward the back and were able to catch up a bit before ordering and lingering a bit after we'd finished. The food is always fresh and tasty.
I always enjoy a meal at Fig & Olive. Stopped in for a light dinner. Had the quinoa salad with shrimp. It was really tasty and the Pinot noir was very good too!
Third time in 2 months I've been to a Fig and Olive. Consistently good food and really nice choices!
Soooo crowded and soooo loud!
Always good, however, for brunch to have no bartender to make drinks is ridiculous.
We love it for tapas and a nice bottle of cava!!
Rey, the Manager, extremely nice!
Had a wonderful pre-show dinner. The food and service were both excellent. I will definitely return.
My friend and I had lunch special. Carried soup was delicious. Salmon was good. Chocolate dessert was amazing.
First time here. We definitely will return.
Fig&Olive it is a nice Place . The food it is good and the price it is reasonable. I recommend it
We dine at Fig & Olive EVERY visit to NYC once a quarter. We love the location, menu, service, atmosphere, everything about this place is amazing. We highly recommend it. It is great for a casual dinner or special events. Check it out!
Food and service here is always excellent
Nice atmosphere and great food - great place to meet with friends!
The starter was frozen in the middle when first served, it was then replaced but obviously not fresh.
The waiter was not particularly attentive to us.
Every time I come, the service is great and the food is equally great. The quality of the food is consistent to the point that I assume it’s great even if I haven’t tried it yet.
Always an excellent choice!
Fig and Olive has an eclectic menu. I highly recommend the Riviera Salmon, which was perfectly cooked, or the Fettuccine Mascarpone. The Chocolate Fondant was an excellent finishing touch. A plate of bread was brought to the table with three different olive oils, which was an interesting start to the meal. The prices are reasonable considering the location. Thank you, Johanna for patiently answering questions about the menu and for your attentive service!
Great service and the food was not only good but had great presentation. Would definitely go back to try other items on the menu. I appreciated the breadth of healthy options.
Place needs serious renovations
It's a decent restaurant but not very good value for money. The crostini were ok but we didn't like the bread they came on, the lamb chops were not great, the chilean sea bass was nice but we didn't like the sides it came with. Everything was a little pricey, the place was crowded and they didn't have coat check. Overall it wasn't bad but we will not be returning here.
Always a great choice.
Lovely, nice music
The food was very good. However the service sucked. We had to ask for bread several times before it was brought over. Coffee was never refilled and at $4 a cup it should have been offered
When the bill arrived we asked for it to be split amongst 2 cards which they did BUT the suggested tip amounts remained the same as if it were the whole amount for each of us. I feel that is very confusing especially if you are a foreigner.
At first our waitress wasn’t so great. Forgetting to bring things we asked for and making us pour our own wine. The manager stepped in after that and we had excellent service the rest of the night!
Great time - Dinner was very good - My sister in law have the quinoa salad and I had the fig & olive salad with salmon - perfect dinner!
Great food, ambiance but SLOW service! I've been twice to this restaurant and both times the service is less than par!
The food is always great and the atmosphere is perfect for night out.
Excellent food, risotto and rack of lamb full of flavour. Despite being Valentine's day the value for money was fair.
Great service. Excellent wine. Food was good if a little expensive
The price fixed menu was terrific....Very good service..
Great service. Great wine. The Malbec was our choice. I recommend getting a bottle if you're having a couple glasses each. Went for Restaurant Week. The truffle croquettes were delicious, as were our entrees; salmon cooked perfectly and the filet mignon. Both desserts; pot de creme and olive oil cake were great. Although restaurant week advertises $42 per person, expect to leave paying significantly more with drinks, and several items on the menu that require an upcharge. (But this is common for most of Restaurant Week's participating establishments).
Great food and service but the seating arrangement is extremely tight
Delicious fresh food! Great service. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back!
We went for restaurant week. The food was incredible aw always. I always leave happy. The freshness and flavones are consistently incredible.
Same great food and service as you find in the F&O Meatpackers, but without the space and without a cocktail menu (beer and wine only).
