The food was not upto par as to what I’m used to from the other location. The food taste, presentation and preparation was very poor. Food was cold and we got a dirty wine glass with lipstick on it as well. Very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again not would i recommend this location.

We have dined previously inFig and Olive in Washington DC and Meatpacking District in NY. These were both excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant on Lexington Ave was much poorer standard. Food was very average. Service was poor and ambience lacking. We were disappointed especially as we had travelled from UK for a special event

Great, fresh food - the ambiente was also nice; please ask for a table which is not directly next to the front door :-)

As always, lunch was delicious and fun. Impeccable service, particularly from Hailey and manager Lawrence. We were never rushed and suggestions from Staff were exactly what we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was outstanding. Loved the crostini. The only down side was there was not a full bar. Didn't think to check that before we went. Decent wine and sangria to make up for it.

We have visited this restaurant at all three locations in Manhattan many times and it never disappoints. Light, delicious, healthy food, excellent service, and a small but very good wine selection.

A reliable, particularly mid-afternoon, East Side choice at a moderate price, convenient to Museum Mile. Small plate appetizers hit the spot, and the octopus carpaccio was surprisingly tasty. The salmon needs to be ordered rare to be medium. Wine and beer selection is limited but varied. A good choice when elaborate and lengthy dining is not the primary goal of the day.

So impressed about everything at this restaurant. Management (Ray) was incredibly helpful and informative about menu as well as being accommodating and generous with us. Delicious meal. Will be highly recommended by all of us. So happy to have decided to dine at this restaurant!

The menu has some of the items from the past but has changed a lot. Traditional things like steak were added along with the old favorite lamb chops. The crostini were the same and delicious as usual. The service was excellent. The wine list had reat choices. This place is a winner.

Three friends who hadn't seen each other for awhile where able to have lunch at Fig and Olive. It took us some time to order because we were talking , but there was no rush from the wait staff. Our food was very good.
The ambiance is lively and busy. After 2:00 when we left more people we're still coming in. It's a popular spot.

I love this restaurant! Unfortunately, this time, the risotto was way overcooked. But I will be back. Love the atmosphere and, generally, the food is amazing.

Though the food is solidly good here, it is so cramped and busy that there’s virtually nothing relaxing about a meal here. Sitting with my back to the aisle meant getting constantly bumped and asked to move in. So - good food, awful environment.

The food is excellent—especially the salads. However, the tables are much too close together which means it’s noisy and I don’t particularly enjoy having to speak over the next table’s conversation!

Between the terrific burger and the well-priced three course lunch, this location gets remarkably busy at lunch. Consequently it was a bit too noisy and cramped at our table. At least the food was delicious and our server did a great job. But I do wish they'd shake up the menu options more often. I feel like it's been pretty much the same for three years now. Still, $29 for warming carrot soup, fresh salmon and the best chocolate pot de creme, I won't complain.

I've eaten at the Rock Center location many times. This was our first venture uptown. The food was the same which is a GOOD thing. The tagine, the Fig&Olive salad, the burrata tomato salad; all delicious. My only negative is that we sat in the back after requesting a quiet table. We loved the view into the open kitchen but not so much the chatter of the bus/kitchen/wait staff that tend to congregate right there and clearly enjoy each other's company. It meant for a noisy table. Now we know! There isn't really a "quiet" corner of this restaurant as there is in midtown. Overall, though, would recommend to friends.

Whenever my husband and I have visitors in the city we enjoy taking them to your restaurant. We once brought our children and their spouses and one year old twin grandchildren with their high chairs and they fit us in for a fun family night.
