Great restaurant with fantastic food and a wonderful atmosphere
Beautiful restaurant with a great vibe. Food and drinks were AMAZING. Licked every plate we had! Service was just ok. Server asked everything he needed to, but only what was necessary and felt as though there was a desire to turn the table
My husband and I were in NYC for my 45th birthday weekend, we went to Fig & Olive for my birthday dinner, the food was AWESOME!! I had the Paella and my husband had the Shrimp Fettuccine, both were off the charts DELICIOUS!!! We started with a trio of crustinnis that we pretty good also. Now for the not so good parts.....cocktails weren't that great at all!! Nothing to mention except my husband drinks Grand Marnier and his drinks were good but you can't mess that up!! The desserts were complete DUDS!! I ordered the olive oil cake....cake was good but not great.....again nothing to mention, unremarkable! My husband had the pumkin ice cream....BLAND! If you stick to the entrees you are safe, otherwise hit or miss with cocktails and desserts. I still recommend this place, ambiance is nice and waitstaff friendly and responsive.
Delicious meal with friends, perfect.
We had a wonderful dinner. The manager Yoly was extremely nice and made us feel super special. I highly recommend it for everyday as well as for a special occasions. The food was excellent.
Amazing as always. The food is always delicious and the service is above and beyond. Don’t change a thing.
Food was outstanding! Service was great!
Never disappoints. Great food in a casual but tasteful setting. Service is excellent without being intrusive and the staff is always welcoming. Only complaint is the noise level. Once the place was full at lunch it became harder to converse. But still very enjoyable overall.
Always a great place to get together. Attentive staff, innovative menu items and lively atmosphere. Be sure to make a reservation for evening dining.
Always have to stop here on my NYC visits. Never disappointed
Good service and excellent food in a delightful surrounding albeit a busy lunch hour dining spot. Our pre-theater matinee meal was delicious and beautifully presented!
Food and service was great, didn’t love the table location
Never disappointed with this place. On this last visit, it was exceptional.
Excessively pricy ;much m,uch more than expected
The food was nothing Special
Food very good, wine very good, but very noisy. Waitor a bit abrupt. Didn’t thank me politely for being at the restaurant and when I paid he threw my credit card on my table and said “all good” and walked off. Being so noisy I thought he said “no good “ about my card, which I felt embarrassed.
Great meal, service, location and atmosphere.
Food was good but everything else was meh. Waiter was indifferent, tables too close together, and we were seated right by the kitchen so I kept getting bumped by waiters coming and going! Very disappointed.
Our food never arrived. Had to get the manager involved. Terrible waiter. No attention paid
Superb food, service and professionalism of staff. Had a grand time on my first visit.
Horrible service. So loud that we couldn’t talk to our waiter when he would stop to grace us with his presence. Had to ask for table to be cleared, left in middle of meal after waiting 50 minutes to order entrees but weren’t given the opportunity. Tiny tables did not help the situation, either!
Great Valentine’s Day menu, excellent wines, a bit expensive bit it’s worth it...
Food was fine. Nothing to write home about. Prices are too high for what you receive. The ambiance was nice however the noise level was a little too high for my liking.
We had such a terrific time! The ambiance was great and our waiter was suburb and treated us so well, and we had a wonderful table for our date! Thank you! :)
Food was good, filet mignon had no seasoning but the Sea bass was great. The waiter was rushing tables to order and even dropped our check before we even asked for.
Cool V day spot
Poor quality food and very overpriced
While the food is really good, the service was only OK. They were extremely busy and the restaurant was incredibly loud. It was difficult to have a conversation without yelling. I've been here for Happy Hour and would go back in the evening, but would not recommend for lunch or any sort of serious conversation. If you don't have anything to say to the person you're eating with, this might be the place for you.
I was in New York on business, and sat at the bar to have my dinner. Ivan, my waiter and bartender was fantastic!
The food was delicious, and Ivan was very accommodating and polite.
LOVE this restaurant!!!! The grilled octopus carpaccio is OUTRAGEOUS!!! All the bruschetta is fantastic as well!! I had the shrimp fettuccini and my husband had the filet. Both were delicious! Our server was very nice and didn’t hover over us! As always....Fig and Olive never disappoints!!!!
