We had a delightful brunch. From the hostess to our waitress to the bus staff - everyone was delightful. Even better, the food was beautifully presented and delicious. I can't wait to bring my partner back for dinner one evening soon.

We were very happy with the ambiance and quality of the staff. The practices of the restaurant were somewhat offensive. When we ordered a happy hour cocktail expecting to pay $10 each, the bill came and it was $50 before gratuity. The restaurant was mostly empty when it was time to be seated and we were given a table in the middle of the restaurant when several window tables sat empty. I believe the staff were following guidelines, but the result was a negative impression by our guests and us.

Vibes and service were great!! We really enjoyed the terrace overlooking the city. The food on the other hand could of been better. The risotto was decent but the paella was bad really bad. The rice was hard and just overall not a good dish for its price point.

This is definitely not the quality it used to be. Food is not as good as it was and service was bad. Thankfully the manager was checking around because once our order was taken we did not see our waiter again for a long time.

It took about 45 minutes to get our main order placed. We had children and weren’t offered the kids menu until I asked (because I saw it ahead of time). The server placed the food order for those who walked in after us

I hosted a birthday brunch and we were seated out on the balcony. It was a beautiful meal and everyone was impressed with the delicious food and lovely outdoor breeze. I will go back soon!

Appetizers and main entrees came at the same time, and .... already cold... salomon half cooked :-(..... cofee came in the random cup set (different color) z standards are far far away from the one we remember when we were there before

I love the atmosphere at Fig & Olive. I have not visited post COVID and was impressed by the renovations and the new menu. The servers were fantastic, made us feel important guests. Service was well-timed and the food was delicious and affordable! We came for Happy Hour and was definitely worth it.

We have loved Fig & Olive and have great experiences there many times. However, on this last visit, our group of four were seated in between two large tables, and our experience suffered immensely. Our server seemed completely overwhelmed and was unable to provide our sparkling water for 20 minutes. Then, every course was a bit delayed, as the server merely attempted quick “fly-bys” our table in between visits to the other tables. Although our server apologized a couple times, the service never improved and no token gesture was made to our table.

Outstanding service from the manager down. Small kitchen issue honestly and speedily rectified. Appetizers were excellent, fish was very good. Sides were delicious but portions small. Complimentary desserts were wonderful!

Food is different from earlier years. There were more vegetarian options and now only 1 or 2 entrees to pick from on the menu. Prices are noticeably higher too. Ambiance is still great. Just wish they would revive their previous menus.

Our server was greatly pained to serve--so after waiting over 20 minutes in a quiet restaurant for a drink I went to the bar to get a drink and when I returned the server immediatley told me she was charging for it--not trying to get a free drink but since she was not able to get a drink from an empty bar I did it myself. She failed to bring my husbands drink and put his dressing on the side or have his salmon cooked correctly and it was coated in grease. I asked for shrimp cooked without oil--the shrimp had oil on the plate as well burned into the shrimp--did not eat. The menu is much more limited than it used to be and very ungluten friendly,

I’ve been to fig & Olive a couple times and every time I go the menu is different. The first time I went, I had an amazing pasta dish but now they don’t serve pasta anymore :(

This is our go to event. Yet on June 9, 2023 we hit the wall on service and attitude. Our opportunity abound after the dining adventure. Our server Tori had an awful night, and we experienced. We ordered 3 Crostini; and olive, goat cheese, artichokes, and red bell pepper was the best. We had on each. 2 Atlantic Salmons were served to each of us. We had 3 Sides(vegetables). Spinach with figs and garlic, carrots we would make you jump for more. These carrots were roasted and dressed with tahini sauce Truffle oil anyone? The French fries with Parmesan cheese drizzled with truffle oil The Lemon Poundcake was more the delicious. The lemon favor was just the right amount. Peach & Pistachio Fran Tart (we were told of puff pastry that never came) should be replaced by the apple tart of old. Yesssssssss the apple tart. truffle. We eat on the 2nd floor, and next time we eat under the stars. When the dessert was served, we ask for a bag. The server shocked. Yes, he was shocked that we didn’t have a bag, they should have brought bag with the containers. He said, of course you can have a bag. A few minutes passed and he came with bag. We will return again….
