Such a beautiful ambiance ... perfect outdoor dining experience.
This was our first visit. I'm not sure how we've never been here before. The food was outstanding (including the lamb chops, shrimp casserole, hummus, zucchini cakes and much more). Our waitress was lovely. Our only beef (and we know its covid times) was that they add a gratuity on the itemized bill and then they also have a "suggested gratuity" chart on the copy that you sign. If you didn't look at the itemization, you might not know you've already tipped. I understand that restaurants are having hardships. We were prepared to give a 30-40 percent tip. Our problem is that the way it is done is very shady. They need to make it clear that there is gratuity included and then give you a space to add if preferred. Trickery leaves a bad taste.
We loved the igloo and the food was excellent!! We hadn’t been out in so long, it felt like magic.
We were so happy to dine in a safe environment! Food was delicious, service was excellent and having our private igloo was “icing on the cake”! Outdoors, yet not! Just a perfect evening. Fig & Lily Garden has the best outdoor dining anywhere! Thank you!
Our server Kate was very personable and pleasant to be around. The food could have used more flavor but overall we enjoyed our visit.
Cute outdoor spot. It was too hot to sit in the domes outside, so we opted for the open tables outside. The server wouldn’t open their umbrella for us to sit under. The food was great especially the prefix lunch. The service was not good at all. The lady was rude and didn’t pour our wine (it’s BYOB) or serve us water or anything. She acted like she didn’t want to be doing her job. It ruined the experience for us. Also after sitting in the sun for 2 hours, we opened the umbrella ourselves to get the shade. We don’t understand why she said she couldn’t do it and that it’s too hard to open or move?
Food was absolutely delicious! Had the ceviche and the branzino. Service was fantastic and the outdoor garden and music was delightful. Will definitely be going back!!!
Our waitress Selma was great! She checked in on us at the right times and was kind and professional.
Best of all we told her about my gf’s birthday and wanted to reserve a table for 8 there, and normally you would call them to make that reservation, but she took care of it for us.
They also clean thoroughly and the plates and utensils come wrapped in a bag, assuring it’s cleanliness.
Great ambiance, great food, and Selma is a great waitress, I hope she’s our waitress for my gf’s birthday.
Food was excellent and I understand the fixed price brunch but would be nice to offer dessert options as an add-on also. The food choices were quite good.
Very COVID friendly with sealed place setting, paperless menu, buzzer for service etc but service was fair inattentive while there
The brunch pre fixe menu was perfect. Food was yummy and you got a good amount. I loved the ambiance of the igloos outside.
Food was great and it was fun eating in a pod outside.
Selma our server was amazing!
Such a great night with great food in an amazing warm igloo.
Will be back!
Food was cold and bland. Ambiance was nice had the right idea but the heater kept turning off.
We love the food at Fig & Lily’s. And especially enjoy the igloos with heaters for a safe and private dining experience. Our food was served hot and accurately. We felt very safe and look forward to outside dining in the warm weather as well.
The service was great, very attentive. We ordered the fish and the presentation was lovely but the branzino was dry and tasted fishy. The chicken shish kebab had good taste, but was dry as well. Try mezze was ok, could have used a little more flavor. The smoked eggplant on the branzino plate was fantastic!
Appetizers and entree showed up all at once. We asked for an ice bucket for the wine and didn’t receive one.
Portion of lamb in the entree was exceedingly small for the price.
Our first night out -- I highly recommend. Felt safe, loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer!
They’ve done a great job at providing excellent dining service that feels safe and the food was delicious. We will be back!
The food, amazing! The covid-precautions, great! Ambiance, wonderful! We sat in the igloos outside and they had heaters in there as well as blankets in case it got too cold (it didn't). We loved it!
We loved celebrating my birthday in one of your outdoor igloos. As it was one of the hotter days of the spring, it was a little extra warm in the igloo, but that did not ruin the ambience of being in your own "bubble". A suggestion would be to have a fan to give the diners a breeze if you are going to keep the igloos up for the summer. The food was delicious, we loved how the plates/silverware came in a sterilized package, we loved the button to push for service. It was a delightful experience! Thank you!
The food never disappoints, the starters are somewhat eclectic but very interesting and all were seasoned very well. The entrees were well presented and very tasty, especially the pistachio beef and lamb shish. The desert selection made it very hard for us to make a decision to order one of each or just go with our first choice, we were not disappointed!
All and all a great experience once again.
Great octopus and polenta dish. Wonderful service and a nice vibe. Some of the classic Greek dishes (grape leaves, babaganoush and red pepper dip) lacked the full flavor punch I was expecting, but still very good, just subdued.
I reserved the outdoor igloo for brunch. It was a very nice alternative than to dinning indoors. The service and food were both excellent. They have a button to call for service at your table which was very convenient when your party need anything.
I found Fig and Iilly a few months back while looking for a restaurant to go to with my husband and boy am I ecstatic that I did! The food is absolutely amazing, the service is great, and the ambience is so cozy/elegant.
Great birthday dinner in one of the igloos. 45 degrees outside but nice and warm inside the heated igloo. The food and service were great and definitely recommend overall. A bit pricey, but worth it for special occasions. And BYOB helps.
Service & Food was top-notch. I Will def be coming back!!
Sat in an igloo. Apps were great, as was dessert. Meat entrees left a little to be desired. Definitely crush it on the veggie dishes though. We’ll be back.
Was a great night out, food is delicious as always
The igloos at Fig & Lilly Garden are a real treat! They are clean, warm, beautifully appointed and a great way to be able to eat out firing the food weather months. The food is delicious and the service is warm and friendly. The only downside is the obnoxiously high dinner minimum speed. Lunch is a much better way to experience the restaurant, with a totally do-able $35 pre-fixe that Durant leave you over stuffed!
Start to finish.. everything was absolutely perfect!
Had dinner in the igloo with 5 others and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the ambience.
The service was great, the food was awesome. A small problem with the propane heater but it was taken care of by the staff in no time.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience dining in the adorable igloo. What a Great idea for those of us who are not comfortable eating indoors and since it’s winter I haven’t been out in months. The igloo was kept warm with a little heater so no jacket is needed while eating. I love it’s BYO. There is a $150 min per couple so come hungry! And there is only a 2 hour min which flies by. The food was amazing. The service was great. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed an early pre- birthday dinner! Great food and great service. Only reason not a 5 overall is because our igloo needed a little repair. Attention to detail means a lot!
Small Mediterranean spot with a very narrow layout. Some dishes were very tasty (octopus over polenta, mixed dip platter with fresh baked pita, and lamb chops). Other dishes were just lacking any flavor (lentil soup with no flavor, greek salad with no dressing, and dry branzino with steamed veggies). At this price point, I would not recommend.
Worth the long wait to dine in their lovely igloos. The courtyard where the igloos are was lit with warm shades of purple lighting. Food was very good with a nice grilled taste to our fish and lamb chops. Service was very attentive. The only nit was there's a $200 per table minimum and with no alcohol since it's BYOB, we had to order an entree to take home since there were 3 of us. I understand the igloos predated the pandemic; will be back for more.
Went with a group of friends. We are a bunch and stayed a while . We were not rushed out. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating.
Food and service was excellent. Would recommend and go back again!
