Fig + Farro
We are open every day of the week for lunch and dinner with brunch on the weekends. We have a special $4 Wine Wednesday, $40 Date Night Tuesday and a great Happy Hour from 4pm-6pm weekdays. Our weekend brunch is served from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and features yummy fare like benedicts on homemade english muffins and bottomless mimosas!
We are great for families and large groups - bring your kids and check out our play area, and think of us for your next group event.
I’ve ordered before but this was my first time dining at the restaurant. The staff were all very kind, accommodating and welcoming. They were supportive of both plant based & non-plant based guests within our group. As a matter of fact, there are many hearty meals on the menu designed for the meat eaters (burgers etc.). All of the food was enticingly good! I look forward to getting back again soon!! ~kk
Really nice setting, friendly service, wonderful coffee, and a menu that the vegans and non-vegans both enjoyed.
Beautiful Thanksgiving Buffet! What a treat to enjoy a buffet where I know I can confidently eat and enjoy everything. Beautiful space, attentive service for drinks, etc. Will be back!
I am a carnivore so was suspicious of going to Fig + Farro at the request of my vegetarian family members. But wow! The Beyond Meat burger was delicious and honestly tasted like the "real" thing. The buffalo cauliflower was delicious. My husband (also a big meat eater) liked his lasagna. And the smoking drinks are fabulous! Our server Maddy was delightful and the ambience is really lovely. I would definitely recommend this even to a non-vegan!
They were sold out of a bunch of items which was confusing to me because I thought things were made from scratch. The service was slow and the food was not great
Extremely Poor service. Asian waiter took forever to come to out table. Had to ask the hostess to get one help. He was unable to grasp how to deal with the bill. Food was good, but will not be returning since service was sub par.
The service was awful we had a reservation, were not ready for us while seated at the bar we were told the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes and we weren’t going to be able to eat, them got seated, my phone rang while ordering wondering if we were going to be able to make it to the restaurant for our 8:30 reservation....are server was rude and treated us like we were an inconvenience to him. The food and drinks were good but 2x with absolutely ridiculous service I will not go back and have had other friends echo my same experience when they had gone.
Went for trivia night. A delightful idea that brought us into conversation with the others outside of our party. The emcee, Zach, was a hit! More of him next time and more trivia nights!!
My husband and I were seated at a cozy table in the corner. The staff was very nice. They then promptly forgot about us. We didn’t get water for about 10 minutes. Then they came back after another 10 minutes or so and said they would find our server. We were totally cool and relaxed about this because it was nice to be out without a child present. Our server finally came and she was super nice. Not incredibly attentive but nice. At the end of the meal we got our check and they had comped our drinks and appetizer. They apologized for our lack of service. We were ok with it because it was a leisurely dinner.
Awesome restaurant! Great food, great service and great ambiance. It’s a perfect date night spot. This was our first date night out since having our son and it was such a lovely experience. We also really enjoyed their unique cocktails. I can’t wait to get back and try something else.
The taste of the food was delicious. Nice combination of flavors. Their portion size, from the drinks to the main courses, left a lot to be desired. Especially when you consider the price. For dessert, go elsewhere (We went to Lunds/Byerlys).
Also..."Where were the leeks?"
The restaurant is inviting and food was inventive. Buffalo cauliflower was a great starter, the vegan ranch dressing was amazing. I had the lasagna which was very good. Bar had a nice selection of craft beers as well as mixed drinks. Would like to try other items from the menu in the future. The moussaka looked inviting.
I recommend the restaurant with some caveats. It's a vegan restaurant with a multi-cultural menu that might be a bit too adventurous for many folks hoping for a "safe bet". From eggplant Moussaka to spicy Jambalaya, there is some pretty amazing food to pick from but I worry going with a larger party might result in some folks being disappointed and not finding something they can enjoy. Wine was served in glasses that were almost water goblets, which really ruined the enjoyment of the wine. The food was wonderful, but my advice is that you examine the menu closely before going. Ambience is pretty and the people are open-minded and accepting.
I was pleasantly surprised. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is we were there in the middle of the week and had reservations and were seated in a small corner (party of 4) in an already crowded section of the restaurant. The other side of the restaurant was wide open with only a few people sitting. It’s like they had one server so they crammed everyone in her section. She was great though and we had an enjoyable time.
We loved our experience there overall. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. The ambiance could be improved as we were sitting very close to other patrons and it would be nice to have been a little more intimate. Other than that, fantastic.
Went here for a birthday dinner. Food was good and the place has a nice ambiance.
I have now deleted my first review and I’m replacing it with this… I think the first time we just caught them on a bad night, but they made things right. Good food, great ambience, friendly staff and the ability to set things right. Initially we had a very bad experience! We came back again and they made things right! They really care about their customers and want to make sure that any bad experience is forgotten. They are plant based, care about our planet and have great food to boot! We will be back again👍🏻😁
We did not like the food despite being vegetarians, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
Patty melt was delicious. Dates coffee was flavorful but could tell it was burnt. Lasagna wasn't too impressive in flavor or portion. Lots of milk alternative options available, service was friendly and environment was enjoyable.
fantastic meal and atmosphere on our wedding anniversary ❤️
Every bite burst with delicious flavor. Cannot wait to return.
Brilliant, food was vibrant and flavorful. Can highly recommend the seared squash appetizer and stroganoff dish.
Delicious food and great service.
Had an overall good experience here. We went with a large group for brunch and were able to get a reservation no problem. They serve bottomless mimosas for only 15$ and unlike some other restaurants they do not require you to purchase an entree for the deal. Also they offer a variety of mimosas! They had orange, grapefruit, and different kombucha flavors. You were allowed to switch flavors in between drinks as well. So this was a nice pace from just orange juice the entire time for mimosas. They do have a completely plant based diet which was nice for some of the people in the group with food allergies. Despite some people wanting meat options everyone was still satisfied with their meals as they offer plant based meat as a substitute. The best part of the visit was the service. Our server was amazing- answered any question we had as none of us have eaten here before and aren’t used to this kind of menu. Definitely would consider coming here again just for mimosas and chill atmosphere.
It was greaT! it was amazing thanksz
wonderful to spend birth
For sure the best vegetarian / vegan restaurant I have had the pleasure to try. So basically in a nut shell the food was outstanding and the service was very good, the drinks also stayed on par with the rest of the meal.
Service was horrible. Food was ok, but not great. We waited about an hour for our food to be served and it was not hot when it arrived. The bisquits and gravy should be a side to something, maybe a salad, but alone they were not a meal. The impossible burger had no flavor. The drink menu looked good but service was so bad we were never able to order anything.
While I didn't realize the restaurant was Vegan when I made the reservation, the menu seemed fine for my party of 5. No one was unable to find anything to enjoy. However, service was SLOW and that was sad because it wasn't that busy. Our "appetizers" came out with our main courses and we waited probably a half hour for our food (no explanation was offered). When it came time to leave, we asked about parking validation and were told that they had used all their validations the previous day...not sure exactly how that works, but we won't likely be back.
Great, imaginative vegan food. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend. Great place to entertain clients who want plant-based options, fantastic date night or brunch. Go!
We were very excited to try this place. Great ambiance and bar, but we ended up getting seated at a table by the window. The service was slow. It felt like it was the end of our waitress' shift and she was preparing to close out for the night so we felt a little like an after thought when she remembered we were there. It seemed our waitress didn't know the menu that well because she wasn't familiar with some staple vegan ingredients. However, her recommendation for appetizers was excellent as those were our favorite dishes, the roasted squash with hazelnuts and kale and the artichoke dip. She was also very nice. For the entrees, the mushroom stroganoff needed salt and the pasta was very gummy. The lasagna tasted like chili powder which was a little off putting. However, we loved the kale salad that came with it. We were disappointed with the mushroom pizza as we found it to be bland and stingy on the actual mushrooms. Having said all that, I would give this place another chance. They have a large and diverse menu and excellent cocktails and wine selections and the dessert looked fabulous.
Drinks and food were good; however, service was extremely slow
The food overall was amazing - almost everyone at the table got different entrees and they were all amazing! The drinks were also great and moderately priced. The restaurant itself is adorable inside. Our service was a bit slow, this may just be the vibe of the place but it left us waiting to order for a bit too long.
My girlfriend has a number of food restrictions and she was very happy when she realized she could eat just about everything on the menu
Great choices on the menu and they we're very helpful and accommodating with one of our parties food allergy concerns. Good service and fun space. We appreciated the parking validation at the adjacent ramp too.
The food is fantastic, and we love that it is a mission-based restaurant, actively promoting the impact of food consumption on the environment. Each time we've come, they've been out of something on the menu. Once, on a busy weekend, they brought our food in waves, about 15 minutes apart, though they apologized profusely, and it was great once it arrived. The wait staff is very friendly and diverse. Disappointed that they were out of the mushroom stroganoff, which is a fantastic dish. I think they're still figuring out how to balance creating enough of everything without having too many leftovers since it is all made fresh & to order. Looking forward to checking out their climate talk series.
Love the concept. Love the mission. Very slow service the few times we’ve gone. Overpriced for what you are getting and how long it takes to get it.
We went for Sunday Brunch. The buffet was amazing and so full of incredible dishes.
Drinks were tastefully balanced. Enjoyed the Big Jerf. It was a hearty dish with some spiciness.
Delicious food. Huge portions. Nice ambiance.
Great food, slow to under serviced. We were seated and after 10 minutes the host still didn’t have a high chair for us but was walking around doing nothing really. We went and found them ourselves. After 15 minutes we finally had a server greet us. Food was very backed up and seemed to take longer than an average wait at other restaurants.
Huge bonus for families - a kids’ play area. Saved us when our kid was done with sitting at the table.
Menu has changed since my first visit and we had some really delicious options. Highly recommend the buffalo cauliflower. Mushrooms were kind of gross.
