   Awesome little cajun spot in wicker park. Great offering of cajun/creole favorites such as etoufee, gumbo, shrimp and grits, and beignets. Their fried gator and crawfish etoufee is off the charts! Great cocktails as well. It's a wonderful atmosphere and it's cozy and romantic while being fun at the same time. Awesome spot for dates or groups of friends!

   Relaxing decor. The food was tasty and flavorful. The drinks were strong delicious. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and pleasant to talk to.

   Food. Amazing. We had a great experience until it started to get a little busier. Food and price were great once again but service got really slow and took 30 mins to just pay our check. Definitely recommend going at a less busy time. Once again food and price was great.

   Myself and several friends visited Fifolet Cajun during restaurant week. The food and drinks were incredible--the frozen Hurricane had me tipsy and that is impressive because I can down my fair share of alcohol. I really enjoyed the Fifolet seafood gumbo and wish I had ordered more than a bowl. The custard cornbread was moist and incredible. The shrimp and grits were yummy, and I did not expect to like them since they did not have any cheese in the grits. Overall, the food was very good. I also tried a friends jambalaya and it was very spicy and flavorful. The only thing that kept this review from being perfect was a bit of confusion where one of my friends did not receive her entree, and that sucked as she was the guest of honor. The restaurant made it right by taking her meal off of the final bill.

   Tables are too small to give them a higher rating. Plus, the napkins, water glasses, etc were right behind us so the staff kept squeezing by us to get stuff. Did not care for that.

   Our waiter was excellent! We were never left without anything on the table because he knew when our food would be ready. The drinks were amazing! All my date could handle was the frozen hurricane! Would definitely come back!

   Service was terrible. Our waitress barely ever came to our table and it took 40 mins just to get waters. They were out of 2 of the items that we tried to order and didn’t make up for it. The service was so bad our food kept coming out at different times and we felt very ignored. We had to get up and go to the bar to ask for the check because it felt like they were never coming back to our table. Definitely will not go back or recommend it to anyone

    Food was amazing and I can’t wait to return to try more things! It was restaurant week, so I’m sure it was more crowded than normal. The tables are really close together, so it’s easy to hear your neighbors conversation. Aside from that, it was a great experience!
