Fiesta Mexico is a beautiful Mexican restaurant that is great for everything from dates to celebrations. The interior has stunning archways and fantastic décor. There is a full bar so that patrons can sip on fruity margaritas to go with their meals. Fiesta Mexico is open every day of the week for lunch and dinner. The Fiesta Mexico menu is quite extensive and has great options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The queso fundido and cheese quesadilla are mouthwatering and addicting. Nacho lovers can order options like bean nachos and beef nachos, or chorizo nachos and chicken nachos. Other favorites are the carne asada with tender steak and guacamole salad. Dinner combinations are very popular as well so that diners can try a variety of items like enchiladas and tacos when ordering just one meal.

I’m not local to the area but typically make a point to stop in when I’m visiting. The food and drinks are always fresh and delicious! Service is always speedy and friendly. Our server, Mason, was on top of it and took great care of us!

I love this restaurant 😁 With a family of 6 and the night we went was packed but we got in and out server was still attentive in the very fast pace. The food quality was excellent, and even the manager periodically checked in on us to make sure we were being well taken care of and not forgotten.

Another excellent visit! There were huge parties the day we were there. 3 tables of 50. With a table of 30 in waiting area when we got there. I was so happy we had reservations. We were taken back immediately. With how busy it was, the staff handled everything wonderfully! Food was as good as always. The manager even took our drink order to start after seating us. That's a great manager! Helping his staff when in need, you don't see that too often these days. Our waitress was great as well! You could see the whole staff hustling. Thank you for the great service!

Our server was outstanding. I believe his name was Adam. Very friendly and accommodating. Very timely with requests as well as accurate. He’s a keeper!! Big improvement since the last time we were here!!

I was excited to eat at Fiesta Mexico. The photos online displayed a colorful, inviting place to dine. I used OpenTable to make a reservation for six people because we didn't want to wait. But the restaurant didn't acknowledge our reservation. I was given the choice of waiting, with many others, or sit at an outside table. I did ask why the reservation wasn't accepted and was told they were very busy. The food was fine, the prices are good, the wait staff were polite. The view of cars and trains wasn't the dining atmosphere I wanted. I don't recommend making a reservation, because it won't be honored.

Went on Valentine’s Day had a reservation which our hostess sat us on schedule, they were very busy with many people waiting to get a table , at times the staff was overwhelmed but stayed on track , food , drinks were on par with previous visits . Overall great meal for a value price
