Local sourcing with Metropolitan blending. We use the best possible ingredients and do with them as little as possible.
Our more casual side. Inventive cocktails, inspired wine list, and craft beers to pair with small plates in a relaxed setting.
Food was exceptional, but...
We were seated in a direct line with the front door on a cold night. Every time someone entered we were treated to a blast of cold air. Before leaving I checked the lower portion of the restaurant and noticed several empty tables.
Waiter was not accommodating and obviously wanted us to eat and leave as soon as possible.
Nothing special to note. Average service and food. Expect more for the price. Ambiance was casual.
This place is great. Food is fantastic and our waiter Terrell was the best. I highly recommend.
Staff was very friendly and informative food was amazing prices were a little high but would definitely go back
While the food was quality and the service was excellent, I'm afraid this was just really overpriced. My nearly $30 shrimp and gnocchi entree had 3 shrimp in it. Our $18 grilled octopus appetizer had 2 pieces of octopus and was mostly potatoes. Atmosphere left something to be desired as well. The main dining room is just not that exciting, mostly white walls and a few pieces of artwork. Service was however excellent. I'm glad we tried it, but I doubt we'd go back at these prices. Just nothing special to write home to mom about with this place.
Went recently on a week night where the restaurant was fairly empty. We had a good size group with us and were impressed by the menu. There's a nice selection of items that range from steaks to pasta to seafood. However, it took quite a long time to get our orders - probably 45 minutes to 1 hour after placing the order. Eventually the food came out hot and flavorful.
I had a hard time justifying the price for the food. There are a number of other places on the square that have comparable items that are very similar in both taste and quality but are much more affordable.
Great experience as always
Had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Absolutely fabulous!! The food was great and the wine pairing was spot on. Best meal we had in Bentonville. Service was terrific. Highly recommend this restaurant!,
Service and food both impeccable. We will be back!! Ask about "The Vault" for a special occasion.
Birthday for wife, amazing experience first time we will be back
We had a lovely anniversary dinner. The food and service were great. They even put a personal message in the menu for us.
We like Fiamma. We have eaten there a few times and will go back again. The ambiance and space are both very pleasant and the noise level is just right. The menu is interesting and creative with something for everyone. We have always had excellent, attentive-without-being-overbearing, service. On the most recent visit when the fish was overcooked, the kitchen acknowledged the problem and resolved it. All that said, it is also expensive and I think that for the price point that they are at the food should be perfect. And it is not or at least wasn't on our most recent visit. Taking the long view, the dining experience there has steadily improved since it opened and I am optimistic that they will continue to move in the direction of perfection.
Knowledgeable staff, very friendly!
Food was perfect!
Food quality was excellent, but I must admit that the prices are way too high for what you get.
A small simple Caesar salad should not cost $7. Neither should a roasted chicken and mashed potato dish cost $26.
For two people, our ticket was $84 and no alcohol was included.
Despite the food being very good, this is not my cup of tea.
Brought my wife there for her birthday- fabulous restraunt!
Food & wine absolutely delicious but a little pricey.
Wait staff excellent, professional, & very personable (thanks Terrell)!
Definitely going back!!
Wonderful place for Christmas Eve! The server didn't skip a beat and was not interrupting. Vegan and vegetarian options were great!
Celebrated Christmas Eve there with family. It was nice all around. It did become a joke when our waiter had to keep coming back to tell us several things we ordered they were out of. The chef was, however, accommodating to a gluten free, dairy free meal for a family member. I will go back to eat there but without such a high expectation.
Quiet table for two, romantic, great sevice, good food. A bit pricey on some of the items. We'll be back.
Just a nice Christmas dinner for my wife and me. The food was just okay, and very overpriced for the quality and portion size. The service was good.
Had a great time with my family! The service was superb! Thank you.
Seven women went out tiling to celebrate birthdays. Only one server for the entire restaurant . Slow service . One person added scallops ( note the s) and got one scallop for which she was charged $9 . This was corrected but we had to catch it . Bar was out of stock on a number of things so couldn’t have drinks we wanted . Two people were charge $14 for the Pinot noir and not told that the $10 was not available. Not up to what I think must be your standards . Joan Mulvanny
2nd visit with our friends- like before, food and service were top notch! This time we brought wine picked up in Italy, our waiter was so knowledgeable and a class act serving our decanter.
We had a lovely time at Fiamma. It was a celebratory dinner and it hit the spot. Everything came out just as expected and the food was stellar. This was our second time there and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.
Great evening at Fiamma. Food and service was top notch. I consider myself a good cook. I truly enjoy dining at a restaurant that takes their food to the next level. My wife had the shrimp and gnocchi and I had smoked duck.
Outstanding service. We came here for our annaversiry we will be back again. Food was to die for.
It was a super nice date with my gf. They treated us very special. I asked them for a flower and a canddle on our table when I made the reservation and they did it. I also let then know before arriving at the restaurant that I was celebraring 2 years of dating and the took us to a spacial table in the wine room only for us.
Fantastic dinner! The filet was outstanding! Will recommend and return.
Overall good dining experience!! Had no issues what so ever!!! Will look forward to next time
Not a good night. One waiter waiting on tons tables. Long wait felt bad for him and no help for him. Food below average as they probably hammered in kitchen.
Live out of town and won’t be back to this location.
Our first visit was shortly after they first opened, and the service was, well, not fantastic. But we wanted to give them another chance. Tonight was outstanding. The service was over-the-top great the food was wonderful we will be back
Always a great time. Service is the best in town.
Fantastic service and delightful food! The warm focaccia bread is a great starter. We tried the Caesar salad, filet with Brussels sprouts and lobster linguine dishes. All wonderful! We were celebrating a birthday and the server let us choose the dessert. The chocolate molten cake and house hazelnut gelato were perfect!
This was our first time eating here. We thought that the menu was somewhat limited but enjoyed the meals we selected. Portions were good but a bit overpriced. Our server was Thomas and he did an awesome job!
The vegetarian special was fantastic...pesto cream sauce over linguine and veggies. Also, the hummus we ordered as an appetizer was very fresh and tasty. I’ll be back for sure!
Overall, the food is very good, but not exceptional. The menu is very limited. I had a pasta with lobster that was recommended by the server. The pasta itself was fresh and obviously made in-house, but the dish was rather flavorless. My wife had the catch of the day, which was quite good, and my daughter had a traditional tagliatelle bolognese that was good, but not exceptional. For the price, one should expect more. There are many better restaurant choices in Bentonville than this.
Outstanding food and service
A chance visit but such a nice surprise!
We were in Bentonville for the weekend and saw through the windows tablecloths on the tables!!
So we were going!
We had seafood entrees (in Arkansas) that were beautifully prepared and presented
Angelique was a lovely server
Will probably never return to Bentonville but will remember this restaurant fondly
5 Stars for creating Vegan/Vegetarian friendly fare. Wait staff was very polite and made every effort to make our visit pleasurable.
We went to Fiamma and did the Chefs Tasting menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes, especially the scallops and pork belly, as well as the risotto. The wine cellar room was also very beautiful, and the service was timely and very attentive. The only thing we were hoping was that their famous handmade pasta was going to be included in the tasting, so it was a little disappointing that an Italian restaurant that has homemade pasta didn’t include one in a 5 course tasting.
