Great evening at Fiamma. Food and service was top notch. I consider myself a good cook. I truly enjoy dining at a restaurant that takes their food to the next level. My wife had the shrimp and gnocchi and I had smoked duck.
Outstanding service. We came here for our annaversiry we will be back again. Food was to die for.
It was a super nice date with my gf. They treated us very special. I asked them for a flower and a canddle on our table when I made the reservation and they did it. I also let then know before arriving at the restaurant that I was celebraring 2 years of dating and the took us to a spacial table in the wine room only for us.
Fantastic dinner! The filet was outstanding! Will recommend and return.
Overall good dining experience!! Had no issues what so ever!!! Will look forward to next time
Not a good night. One waiter waiting on tons tables. Long wait felt bad for him and no help for him. Food below average as they probably hammered in kitchen.
Live out of town and won’t be back to this location.
Our first visit was shortly after they first opened, and the service was, well, not fantastic. But we wanted to give them another chance. Tonight was outstanding. The service was over-the-top great the food was wonderful we will be back
Always a great time. Service is the best in town.
Fantastic service and delightful food! The warm focaccia bread is a great starter. We tried the Caesar salad, filet with Brussels sprouts and lobster linguine dishes. All wonderful! We were celebrating a birthday and the server let us choose the dessert. The chocolate molten cake and house hazelnut gelato were perfect!
This was our first time eating here. We thought that the menu was somewhat limited but enjoyed the meals we selected. Portions were good but a bit overpriced. Our server was Thomas and he did an awesome job!
The vegetarian special was fantastic...pesto cream sauce over linguine and veggies. Also, the hummus we ordered as an appetizer was very fresh and tasty. I’ll be back for sure!
Overall, the food is very good, but not exceptional. The menu is very limited. I had a pasta with lobster that was recommended by the server. The pasta itself was fresh and obviously made in-house, but the dish was rather flavorless. My wife had the catch of the day, which was quite good, and my daughter had a traditional tagliatelle bolognese that was good, but not exceptional. For the price, one should expect more. There are many better restaurant choices in Bentonville than this.
Outstanding food and service
A chance visit but such a nice surprise!
We were in Bentonville for the weekend and saw through the windows tablecloths on the tables!!
So we were going!
We had seafood entrees (in Arkansas) that were beautifully prepared and presented
Angelique was a lovely server
Will probably never return to Bentonville but will remember this restaurant fondly
5 Stars for creating Vegan/Vegetarian friendly fare. Wait staff was very polite and made every effort to make our visit pleasurable.
We went to Fiamma and did the Chefs Tasting menu. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes, especially the scallops and pork belly, as well as the risotto. The wine cellar room was also very beautiful, and the service was timely and very attentive. The only thing we were hoping was that their famous handmade pasta was going to be included in the tasting, so it was a little disappointing that an Italian restaurant that has homemade pasta didn’t include one in a 5 course tasting.
Overall outstanding food and service. Vegetables and pasta is very fresh.
The server was fantastic. The food was incredible. The gnocchi is the best I’ve ever had.
This was our first visit and it was excellent. The food was so good and the service was great and fast. James was a great waiter and payed attention to detail. We had read some bad reviews in the past but decided to give them a chance and we are glad we did. We will definitely be back!
Locally sourced food, and all home-made dishes, including pastas. Great diverse menu, serving pastas, meat, and fish. All of us loved our meals.
Service was great and so was the food! Everyone in our party was extremely pleased with Fiamma.
Cool venue centrally located near the square in the heart of Bentonville
High priced and small portions. My $14 Entree Salad was slightly larger than a side salad. Ingredients included 1 thin slice or prosciutto, 1 square inch of bacon, small amount of ricotta salata cheese, 7 olives ( that had puts in them) 1 small boiled egg and lettuce arugula mix
Very disappointed/Had reservations /Arrived on time
Ordered immediately and food entree took 1hr 45 minutes to come out. Had finished salads at 6:45p
Waiter mumbled something about call ins as excuse for slow service.
Absolutely worst service ever and and mgr was very smug and could care less if we were happy with service or meal.
More concerned he had been called in at 7 pm on day off.
Eaten here previously, but will not repeat.
Too many other nice restaurants on square to choose from!
Outstanding and innovative dishes. As a woman traveling alone I felt welcomed and appreciated.
Food is always excellent. Previous management was more visible and engaged. Wait staff seems to change frequently. Our waiter this time was just okay. Love the location and the food. The bar is also good although the wine is over priced.
Great meal, good service. Would recommend and return!
The waiter was very entertaining and lighthearted. I loved the food and the building it was beautiful. Thank you for helping me have a great time.
We enjoyed Fiamma. My wife had the grilled chicken with spaghettini and it was very good; I had papardelle Bolognese that was also good. The pasta was perfectly cooked. I could have used just a touch more salt in the Bolognese, but otherwise the flavor was very rich. I had a Caesar salad that was just run of the mill, but my wife picked one of the contorni, a beet dish with creme fraiche, as an appetizer and it was exceptional. It's a great location. Not the best restaurant in Bentonville, but maybe the best Italian.
We enjoyed the meal and would probably come back again. Two things hurt my rating. Even though we arrived on time and there were plenty of open tables, we got parked by the kitchen. I hope open table customers are not being penalized. We ordered drinks early but our waiter became busy and only retuned toward the end of the meal. He removed our empty drink glasses without asking if we wanted another refill. Price was reasonable and my linguine with lobster in a cream sauce was really good..
Underwhelming. Entree was OK. Bread was best part of meal.
Excellent service, James I believe that was his name, took great care of us. Answered all the questions we had and suggested a great variety of wine.
Anniversary dinner. The hostess seated us next to the cash register and we moved to the main dining area. The bread was dry. The appetizer had the same dry bread for the meat & cheese tray. They were out of tea. The roasted Brussel sprouts were hard. The main dinner was the best part of the dining experience.
Go for the Chefs Special...it always is fresh, creative and filling!
The reports have been "best in the area" and I agree!
Experience was underwhelming. Set up reservation for my wife's birthday, which I communicated. The restaurant was dead minus about 5 tables. They sat everyone in one corner. It was loud with chatter, no music and overall not what you would expect in terms of comfort or ambiance. Felt much like a cafeteria. Food was Ok, but we could've ordered better. Server was great. Overall, just sit in the bar.
Very good food but overall experience over priced; service below expectations for the price.
We had a great dinner at Fiamma after visiting Crystal Bridges Museum. We found excellent cocktails and a great menu. The duck pasta and the clams and past were excellent. Our server did an excellent job. He was personable and he managed to be attentive without being intrusive. We would definitely recommend Fiamma to anyone visiting Bentonville.
If you brand yourself as an Italian restaurant, and you have only three pasta dishes on your menu,
they need to be outstanding dishes. My wife and I had two of those three dishes and they were average fare
at best. Fiamma has an outstanding location, the restaurant is lovely and has a great feel inside, but lacked
the Italian flavor experience we were expecting.
Celebrated a birthday. Always a great experience
Waiter was a pro - very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was superb. Drinks were wonderful. The hostess was nice but she forgot to give half of our table water. She ran out after two glasses and said she’d be back with more, but she forgot and walked by several more times. The waiter was kind enough to notice and brought water. We understand this happens, and it was nothing that will stop us from coming back, but I did want to let you know that there is room for improvement.
