Local sourcing with Metropolitan blending. We use the best possible ingredients and do with them as little as possible.
Our more casual side. Inventive cocktails, inspired wine list, and craft beers to pair with small plates in a relaxed setting.
It was fantastic. Had the pappardelle bolognese and the scallops but the octopus was the show stopper as an appetizer .... highly recommend !!!!!!
Great Brunch! Food was amazing
Not as good this time. Entrees took 45 minutes to come out. If our server, Jose, hadn’t kept going to the kitchen and checking, it would have taken much longer.
Fish special was too salty, and the gnocchi was too big. More like dumplings.
Even though they were very busy, the owner was there, and could have helped the servers more.
My wife took me to dinner for my birthday, perfect evening, we were seated in the private wine cellar room, service and food were outstanding! Thank you for a wonderful time!
It was a Sunday night so everything was a bit...old it seemed. I would try it again on a fri night.
1st visit at Fiamma and absolutely loved it. Might have been the best filet I’ve had in NWA! Thank you!!!
The lunch menu was awesome. The selection and freshness of the food were great. The lunch prices are reasonable.
All was well
Unfortunately, my wife and had a terrible dining experience. They rushed us through dinner and when we asked them to slow down they served me a cold entre. In addition, they served us cold focaccia which they attempted to rectify by warming, but only the top of the bread was warm. The restaurant was understaffed on this Saturday evening and my wife and I were the table to pay the price. As far as a romantic experience, they split the bill and gave us
separate checks at the end of the meal! We are not even sure why! We have had great meals and experiences from the restaurants on Open Table, but this was surprisingly awful.
We generally enjoy Fiamma but last night was disappointing. The Calamari was good and so was the pasta dish but the short rib was tough probably due to being over cooked. Our server was okay at best. I did seem like the waiter at the next table was much more thorough. I was also disappointed in the wine menu but was assured by Jose, the bartender, who is awesome, that it’s temporary. We will go back hoping last night was an aberration.
Excellent experience! Food and service were both on point!
Hi Darren thank you so much for the review! We appreciate you taking the time!
Great place, we’ll definitely come again. It’s clean, beautifully decorated and the menu was simple and refined. The food was presented well and tasted as great as it looked.
The food was excellent, the drinks perfect, and the atmosphere very relaxing for a mid-week date night!
Very enjoyable experience!!
Food was overpriced for the quality received. Was expecting something much nicer but it appears they use cheap ingredients and bolster up everything else to make it seem like the food is good. I don't know why so many people rave about this place.
Was amazing! The fish special was so delicious!
We met the new Chef, going to love the Wine Dinner that’s coming up soon. Can’t wait to enjoy Fiamma’s new recipes!
Although it is a bit pricey, the service and food were very good. It was worth it. We had pasta dishes, which had a nice meld if flavors.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Bentonville/Rogers area. Their food is consistently delicious and the service is great. We always order the charcuterie board because it has the most delicious variety of cheeses and all their pastas are wonderful...especially the lobster pasta. Highly recommended this restaurant.
The best Spaghetti & Meatballs ever! Great ambiance as well.
We celebrated a birthday with family in the wine cellar/vault...it was a cozy table for 4 and we were the only ones in there. There was a birthday message inside the menu which is always a special touch. The food was absolutely delicious and the wine was fantastic. Creme brûlée for dessert was spectacular. Highly recommend and we will be back again and again! Love the Chef! ❤️
Others have said they enjoyed the food which is why we went. Perhaps we were there on an off night, however, its fairly high ticket so I would think "off nights" should be few and far between. Wife's dish was good - mine was below average at best. Service was friendly but also VERY, VERY slow. Considering overall experience and value, Fiamma is not on my list of favorite Bentonville restaurants.
Food was good, not excellent and the waitress very kind. She visibly had very little knowledge of the dishes on the menu, maybe it would be worth it to have the waiters know and try the dishes, just a suggestion. Also, it took 43 minutes to get our dishes from the time we ordered. A printed dessert menu would be great as well as I think we were not told of all the desserts available that night as we could see different desserts on other tables.
Other tables were offered bread and dipping sauce....we had to ask. Our wine came well after the appetizer...we had to ask twice. Scallops were on the menu, but none were available that day. I was assured their gnocchi had no egg, but after I asked that the waitress check with the chef, it did. I then had to order from memory of what was on the menu. I ordered three sides as my entree...they came on three separate plates and were warm at best.
A little pricey but nice. The new brownie we tried was hard and too dry. Some extra sauce or ice cream would have helped. Service was excellent!!!
Ordered two gin and tonics. Came in a funny low juice type glass without ice and without a slice of lime. Asked for lime and ice and they delivered a glass with ice and a slice of lime on a plate. Should have removed the deficient drinks and replaced them with proper drinks. Also should apologized and comped the drinks. Meal was ok.
Staff was excellent and the food was amazing. It was pretty loud which made it difficult to hear my wife on our date. I might try reserving the vault room next time for a more romantic evening.
Wonderful food. Friendly and courteous service. Had to wait awhile for main course to arrive.
They were out of two main menu items on a Friday night at 5:30...not a good sign! The server did an amazing job though. Food was just okay we had short rib and gnocchi.
We celebrated Mother's Day and my son's birthday at Fiama. There was a special menu for Mother's Day. Our waiter, Terrell, was outstanding. All 3 of us found our dinners absolutely delicious. My husband and I had octopus with roasted potatoes. What a surprise! The octopus was tender, no rubbery texture, and the fingering potatoes were perfect. Fiama made our special day truly enjoyable. We will certainly be going back and have already recommended the restaurant to friends.
I gave three stars because the garlic was burned in pasta dish my daughter ordered. Otherwise meal was good but not stellar.
The food was okay but nothing worth the price. I got the steak and there was no flavor and was not tender like a filet should be. Also, the service was just too long. Waiter was great but took too long between checking on us. Bar area was nice but I expected a lot more for the price.
Fiamma is a fine dining Italian restaurant that is as good or better than what you’d find in a major city. The staff is well educated on the menu, very attentive. They have a great downstairs for private parties. Their menu has unique dishes that are well proportioned. A must visit!
Food was great. It was very busy due to Film Festival which made the service a little off. Still a favorite place on the square
The staff was super attentive for our small birthday celebration.
This was my 2nd time bringing business colleagues to Fiamma - the 1st time was a good experience, this time was very disappointing. The restaurant was pretty empty for a weeknight dinner, yet our food took an extremely long time to come out. When we mentioned to the runner that we were still waiting on a vegetable side we had ordered, he literally "sighed" like we were annoying him! I ordered the steak that was on special that night - ordered medium rare - received medium well - but since it took so long for the food to come out originally, I just dealt with it. Other elements of my colleagues dinners were ill-prepared as well. Not sure if ownership or management has changed since my first experience a year ago, but based on this experience, not somewhere that I'll rush back to.
On earlier visits this has been a great restaurant and to our liking.
During the last the fish, meat and appetizers was very average at best. The shark as well as the filet of beef was over cooked. The waiter explained that they had a new chef. The value for money was very poor. We will not visit again unless convinced that considerable improvements are made.
Wonderful! Terrific service, lovely setting, & fantastic food!
We were pleasantly surprised with the new ownership as the last time we were in was with previous owner. Food and service were wonderful. I had the Grilled Octopus, she had the Shrimp Pasta special. Ordered the beets as our vegetable side which were delicious , our server told us they were marinated in white wine to draw out the flavor , must try these, and we shared the Charcuterie board for appetizer. We will will be back. Yes it is pricey but value is there!
Nikki was our server and she was VERY attentive to our needs and what we liked. Offered suggestions that were very helpful. Would love to have her serve us again when we return.
Great dinner tonight at Fiamma. Team was informed and attentive. We enjoyed it.
