We strive to use local sourcing with Metropolitan blending. We use the best possible ingredients and do with them as little as possible.
Best happy hour in NWA!!! 1/2 Price apps M-W-T. Our more casual side. Inventive cocktails, inspired wine list, and craft beers to pair with small plates in a relaxed setting.
Crispy fingerling, braised shallot, shaved radish
Three cheese agnolotti, arugula and duck natural sauce
Herb crme fraiche, crispy shallots, local honey
Restaurant closed and unexpectedly and left a lot of people unhappy for Valentine’s Day reservations!!
I made the reservation weeks in advance because it was for Valentines Day, but I received an email the day before stating that the reservation would not be held. The restaurant had closed. It was very unprofessional to list a Valentine menu, lead everyone to believe the restaurant would be open, and then at the last minute cancel.
Owner cancelling reservations and didn’t notify until the 12th. My Valentines was ruined.
It’s interesting that we’re asked for a review when our reservation was cancelled. What’s the worst though, is that it was cancelled by OpenTable, telling us the restaurant was closed suddenly...one business day before Valentine’s Day.
Even if this restaurant opens back up, I have no intention of trying it out. Communication from the restaurant is completely non-existent.
Brunch was very nice- the food was good, as were the mimosas. We ordered the bottomless mimosas and at no point felt rushed by our server to wrap up our visit. I regularly recommend brunch at Fiamma to all of my friends.
Our dining experience was superb! My scallops were so tender and flavorful, the asparagus risotto was outstanding. The salmon was excellent. I tried the beets, wonderful! Definitely a place to go for upscale dining.
Great food and service. However, even though informed before seating, we were disappointed they ran out of champagne for there bottomless mimosas.
Birthday brunch and it was fantastic. Enjoyed the food, the bottomless mimosas and the company. We sat by the window so it seemed cold but the server put a space heater on us and that helped a lot
Server was super inexperienced and had to wait for most things. Food portions were small and just ok. Prob wouldn’t recommend.
Restaurant was a little chilly and with the open bar during a football game was a little noisy.
Food overall was good. Spaghetti meatballs were a little tough.
Service was outstanding.
We’ve been three times and this last was the last I’m afraid. Shame, because we really like the place. We’ve had minor issues each time but this last visit (my birthday) was the last straw. Waited a very long time and waiter then informed us we were behind a party of 50; we had to ask for bread while we continued to wait for salads. He left, and a different waiter appeared with the salads; however, our room temperature entrees were brought about 10 seconds after that. Food wasn’t hot, nor was the bread. I figure the hot side and cold side aren’t communicating and/or the hot side just wanted our ticket out of the way. The waiter was kind enough to comp a couple glasses of wine without our asking or complaining, so he did what he could but again, third time is a charm.
I’ve worked in the business for over 40 years and for the price, there are more solid options in Bentonville who will see more of my money. Prices aren’t worth the risk in my opinion.
Calamari was very good. Pasta good. Great service and awesome Fork and Crust pie for dessert!
We were promptly seated, took server 15 minutes to come to table and couldn’t keep glasses refilled, took an hour and half for meal to come out and never brought the appetizer, it was flavorless, server apologetic and comped food. Never saw a manager.
Where do I begin?! The most amazing experience for our family. We dined with you on Christmas Eve 2019.
Seated at our precise reservation time.
Our table was perfect - even allowed for ‘no step’ entrance and exit for our aging parents.
Cocktail and appetizer order taken promptly.
Wine was divine. Calamari and charcuterie were delicious.
Dinner was so tasty. Fresh. Hot. We had pasta, scallops, salmon and beets. Fantastic and worth every penny!
Thank you to your restaurant, our server Cassidy and all who helped make our Christmas Eve dinner memorable.
Extremely limited menu.. but Jeff at the bar is a wizard!!
Spaghetti was dried out when it came to my table. It should have been Re-hydrated for a few seconds before saucing. The presentation appeared that there were no meatball on the plate but upon digging around I resurrected them from the puddle of sauce that was slopped on top of the pasta!
Hamburgers that were ordered medium and medium rare both came out well done.
Apparently Sunday evening dining here is covered by untrained line cooks. The food overall was not what I expected having eaten here many times before. Seeing the results that were sent to our table, I deemed it to be a fruitless gesture to say anything about the situation. My fear was retaliation in the kitchen!
Never again on a Sunday!!!
Overcooked pasta. Small portions. Way overpriced. Only bright spot was our server. She was very nice.
Anniversary. Everything was on point. Knowledgeable attentive waitress. Delicious food. Best duck we have ever had. I don’t say that lightly. House made pasta. Highly recommended
Love the lobster linguine....
It was fantastic. Had the pappardelle bolognese and the scallops but the octopus was the show stopper as an appetizer .... highly recommend !!!!!!
Great Brunch! Food was amazing
Not as good this time. Entrees took 45 minutes to come out. If our server, Jose, hadn’t kept going to the kitchen and checking, it would have taken much longer.
Fish special was too salty, and the gnocchi was too big. More like dumplings.
Even though they were very busy, the owner was there, and could have helped the servers more.
My wife took me to dinner for my birthday, perfect evening, we were seated in the private wine cellar room, service and food were outstanding! Thank you for a wonderful time!
It was a Sunday night so everything was a bit...old it seemed. I would try it again on a fri night.
1st visit at Fiamma and absolutely loved it. Might have been the best filet I’ve had in NWA! Thank you!!!
The lunch menu was awesome. The selection and freshness of the food were great. The lunch prices are reasonable.
All was well
Unfortunately, my wife and had a terrible dining experience. They rushed us through dinner and when we asked them to slow down they served me a cold entre. In addition, they served us cold focaccia which they attempted to rectify by warming, but only the top of the bread was warm. The restaurant was understaffed on this Saturday evening and my wife and I were the table to pay the price. As far as a romantic experience, they split the bill and gave us
separate checks at the end of the meal! We are not even sure why! We have had great meals and experiences from the restaurants on Open Table, but this was surprisingly awful.
We generally enjoy Fiamma but last night was disappointing. The Calamari was good and so was the pasta dish but the short rib was tough probably due to being over cooked. Our server was okay at best. I did seem like the waiter at the next table was much more thorough. I was also disappointed in the wine menu but was assured by Jose, the bartender, who is awesome, that it’s temporary. We will go back hoping last night was an aberration.
Excellent experience! Food and service were both on point!
Hi Darren thank you so much for the review! We appreciate you taking the time!
Great place, we’ll definitely come again. It’s clean, beautifully decorated and the menu was simple and refined. The food was presented well and tasted as great as it looked.
The food was excellent, the drinks perfect, and the atmosphere very relaxing for a mid-week date night!
Very enjoyable experience!!
Food was overpriced for the quality received. Was expecting something much nicer but it appears they use cheap ingredients and bolster up everything else to make it seem like the food is good. I don't know why so many people rave about this place.
Was amazing! The fish special was so delicious!
We met the new Chef, going to love the Wine Dinner that’s coming up soon. Can’t wait to enjoy Fiamma’s new recipes!
Although it is a bit pricey, the service and food were very good. It was worth it. We had pasta dishes, which had a nice meld if flavors.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Bentonville/Rogers area. Their food is consistently delicious and the service is great. We always order the charcuterie board because it has the most delicious variety of cheeses and all their pastas are wonderful...especially the lobster pasta. Highly recommended this restaurant.
The best Spaghetti & Meatballs ever! Great ambiance as well.
We celebrated a birthday with family in the wine cellar/vault...it was a cozy table for 4 and we were the only ones in there. There was a birthday message inside the menu which is always a special touch. The food was absolutely delicious and the wine was fantastic. Creme brûlée for dessert was spectacular. Highly recommend and we will be back again and again! Love the Chef! ❤️
Others have said they enjoyed the food which is why we went. Perhaps we were there on an off night, however, its fairly high ticket so I would think "off nights" should be few and far between. Wife's dish was good - mine was below average at best. Service was friendly but also VERY, VERY slow. Considering overall experience and value, Fiamma is not on my list of favorite Bentonville restaurants.
