Outstanding and professional service. Overpriced but a wonderful experience.
Very expensive steak that came out over cooked and cold...not okay when you are charging $400 for a steak.
Amazing food and great cocktails. Very cool space. Loved our experience!!!
Amazing! Our server, Ben, and the chef were absolutely delightful — and the food was out of this world. Will be back soon!
Need to come back and try more. It was very loud in the dining room. Will sit at booth in bar next time.
Excellent service and great food. Wonderful experience.
Amazing food and service was great
Had a holiday dinner here. The vibe was immaculate and the service exceptional. They even offered a kitchen tour! Best steak on the westside hands down.
Everything was great from start to finish. Menu had a wide variety of items, and they were all delicious. Will definitely be going back.
Great food, drinks, service and room. Ask about the photography on the walls.
The food was good. Service could be better.
Despite being 30% full, half of our food arrived cold. Our waiter was nonchalant about it. We ended up having our steak without our sides. Then we're expected to eat our sides on their own once they arrived 20 minutes after the initial cold sides arrived. Our waiter probably interrupted our conversation a minimum of 10 times during dinner and had zero self awareness of the fact he was ruining our date. He interrupted us 3 times after we told him we needed to read the menu. He literally recited the entire menu to us and probably talked at us for 5 minutes. Clearly they need to train their staff. It seemed like this guy had never been a waiter before, definitely not at a restaurant where a bill for 2 people is $400. Don't go. Maybe try back in a year.
Great food. Great ambiance. Great music.
Very very good.
Excellent service and amazing food.
Superb and intimate dining experience. Quite unique having the dining room and part of the kitchen and grill in one space to see all the beautiful steak magic happen live
What an experience. Personal attention, food, and atmosphere that make the extremely high prices worthwhile. The decor is warm and comfortable. The privacy of the fully enclosed intimate dining room is unique in Los Angeles. Food on the menu is imaginatively presented, and expertly prepared and served. The staff is knowledgable of the menu and tableside food preparation. We had Kyle as our server, and he was excellent. Their Maitre D went out of her way to make us feel both at home and special at the same time. The over all experience was over the top terrific. The menu prices are a little confusing at first, as a ultra expensive establishment they are doing their best to not mention prices when they can get crazy. Two of their steak options are represented on the menu with a price per ounce (12 / oz) for a steak that can be anything from 16 to 24 ounces depending upon which you choose from available cuts on that night. They also have lovely fish options, appetizers and sides, but let's face it, the point of this place is the steak so save up your $100 bills and come for the good stuff. A couple on a date night, especially if wine or cocktails were involved could easily go north of $500 total, and frankly if you both just fail to look at prices and order whatever you want I'd be surprised if the bill for 2 people didn't top $1000 for the night. So, save up, but definitely go to Fia Steak and enjoy yourself.
The prices are off the charts expensive! Made CUT look like it was priced like a sizzler. The food is good, but not so good that dinner for 2 without any alcohol costs $650. Just crazy. The ambiance real elegant and nice leather benches and the table side steak tartare and Cesar salad were good but not great, picking my own $180 steak that was just aged ribeye, also good, not great, so many better places to get a steak for a reasonable price like maestros and CUT and that is what I use to think was expensive but worth it, this place is just obnoxious charging these ridiculous prices.
Hi Neil, From the visit date, I can see you came on opening week last October. We have very different pricing and it compares well to Cut & Maestro’s>> Our A5 Wagyu is $25oz and they are $37.50 & $60 respectively. Our Lobster Mac & Cheese is $29 and it’s $39 at Masestro’s. Our Shrimp Cocktail is $27 and it’s $36 at CUT. Our Prime Wagyu Ribeye & Filet, dry aged to 20% shrinkage, are less per ounce than either. Glad to hear you liked the food for our test opening week. Please see present pricing.
