   This is our 3rd time to dine at Fia and the food is outstanding. Always fresh ingredients and presentation is beautiful. Would highly recommend the Pan Seared Potato Gnocchi with Grilled Ciabatta. The best I have eaten. The Tomahawk Pork Chop was delicious! All recommendations from our server John who was excellent! I highly recommend Fia for a truly fine dining experience!

   I have been to Fia several times for "date nights" and it never ceases to impress. Our initial order was cocktails and we let our server know we were in no hurry. We were left to our conversation until we signal our readiness to order. Salads came out quickly, then our entrees arrived with good spacing thereafter. The entrees were absolutely delicious! My guest, whose birthday it was, ordered the whole Branzino with some reservation. She had ordered this before elsewhere and it was dry. Not so at Fia. The Branzino was moist and perfectly cooked as was my lamb shank. Our server was attentive, not overly so, and refilled our wine glasses without us having to ask. Our meal culminated with sharing the vanilla creme brulee which was delectable. I highly recommend Fia, both for a date or couples night, dinner with friends, or a business dinner.

   Ceasar salad was a big disappointment—-flavorless and no anchovies (who does that). And Branzino looked great but also under seasoned. Brussel sprouts were full of flavor. Salmon worked (thanks yo the capers. FIA need a little more cooking courage.

   This is the second time we’ve been to this restaurant and love the surrounding area near the bar. Our servers Mark were wonderful although they were a little busy so it was slower than normal. Everyone really enjoyed their food. My husband enjoyed the short rib again. I ordered the prawn for dinner as an appetizer and it was delicious, except for it was a little overcooked. We will go back again for sure
