Great new restaurant in Buckhead. Great service and delicious food. For dinner tonight we had for appetizers octopus and tuna tartare and for main course duck and Bronzino with mushrooms on the side.
Will go back for a dinner again soon.
NO NO NO . Do not waste your time. Asian decore with American dishes but claim Mediterranean menu . ( pasta and hamburger )
Very unorganized. Completely understaffed. All the employees were running around doing 10 different jobs , busy chaos. They made us wait 45 minutes past our reservation time then we waited another 65 minutes for food.
I’m a very fair person but this restaurant is not worth the time. Food was very salty and greasy. The owner does not want to pay for more staff and professional training. Go to Houston’s or chops.
Great meal and fantastic service. We had the rice balls, field greens salad, salmon, mussels and mushrooms. Everything was delicious with the exception of the mushrooms, which were a over seasoned. Will definitely go back!
We had a lovely dinner at Fia on Saturday night. The minute we arrived we felt welcome. From the valet, hostess, manager to Burgess and his wife we were wowed. The decor is amazing. Everywhere you look there are personal touches. The lovely chandelier in the entryway was designed by the owners daughter. There are fabulous photos of the family grandfather on Mt Everest. The service was perfect. Burgess himself checks each dish before it is served. Our meals were delicious. The roasted octopus and roasted humus were wonderful. We each ordered different entree’s and none disappointed. This will be a go to place for us.
I don’t normally eat in hotel restaurants but made an exception to try Fia. It turned out to be an excellent decision. First, the new Burgess Hotel is beautiful, a very unique boutique hotel! The restaurant was amazing, loved the open kitchen concept and decor. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The food is fantastic, perhaps the best octopus preparation I have ever had, the pork belly was a true gastronomic experience as well. Terrific mixologist and nice wine list. The experience was made even better by how nice everyone was from the car hop to the chef to the General Manager Mr. Gerson Valasquez who greeted us at the door, checked on us during the meal and showed us around this beautiful hotel. What a wonderful evening! This is a definite keeper and I highly recommend Fia Restaurant.
This place was great! Very nice for a date or family night we brought our too kids (6&3) and they were VERY accommodating and friendly. Food was awesome we will be back

Nothing compares to the creations at Fia. You can taste the time and perfection in every bite.
This is a new player. The Burgess rooms have been gutted, renovated and the Via restaurant seems to have been created to give some additional class to this new boutique venue. We arrived at 6:30 and were impressed with the energy and name recognition from everyone in service as we arrived. The dining room is attractive and there are intimate places for quiet conversations. Strangely, we noticed the noise level increased after 7:30 even though the number of diners hadn't increased significantly. Dinner service was average and there were longer than needed waits between courses. Pros - Dirty Martini+, Grilled octopus++, Fennel Sausage Fettuccine++. Cons - Hummus (pasty, bland), Cauliflower Steak with Saffron Risotto (both items were slightly undercooked and the cauliflower was over seasoned). The Brussel Sprouts were good but on the edge of too charred. We enjoyed most of the experience and will recommend it to our friends.
Great addition to Chastain neighborhood serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations recommended for dinner.

Great restaurant, attentive staff and food was delicious. I had the mussels with grilled mushroom side. Was very flavorful and was a unique experience.
We spent New Year's Eve here and the meal was FABULOUS. The chef used to be with Bacchanalia, and the food is just as good, if not better, here. But one thing that is definitely better - they are not pretentious. The restaurant has been open less than one month, but you should book as soon as you can, as once everyone learns about it, you are not going to be able to get a table very easily. Simply an outstanding evening. Wonderful ambiance, great-tasting food, beautiful presentation, attentive wait-staff, and a personal visit to our table from the charming owner of the hotel.
When the general manager saw us admiring the lobby and bar, he graciously offered a tour. The rooms and event space are unique and very well-done. Overall, a wonderful addition to Atlanta.

Our first time at Fia. We went with high hopes, since we have always loved the culinary magic Chef Daniel Porubiansky. The astounding kitchen is open to the restaurant, and a table up front is well worth reserving for the show, the smells, and the interaction. Every dish we shared was a mouth-watering treat. Our waiter and guide to the best on the menu suggested we try the crispy brussels sprouts, which paired beautifully with the wood-grilled whole Branzino. The owner was up front, assisting with final prep and service. They often say too many cooks can spoil the broth, but Daniel and Mr. Burgess work seamlessly together and the outcome has produced the best dining experience in Buckhead. Go soon. Go often.
The meat was just great...the service perfect..we really recommend this new restaurant and hope to come back next year.

You will find lot of Restaurants with good food but when you combine it with great service it feels like an amazing experience. Very personalized experience starting from the host to our servers and most importantly the owner of Burgess hotel who was all the time personally involved in the kitchen and making sure it’s done right. It was my daughter’s birthday and I found Fia through Open table, based on few reviews (as the Restaurent is just 2 weeks old) took a Chance and boy it paid off..thanks for the amazing and experience.
Must try charred whole fish, Gnocchis, charred octopus, hummus, coffee trifles (dessert)
We had a girls night out and the whole experience was lovely. The food was amazing, the ambience was perfect. The hotel was beautiful. The Chef even came over to the table to check on us. We all talked about how we would return.
