The interior starts with a river of purple marble, leading you to Feya’s sunny sky, with a stop by the leafy rainforest. This enchanted forest in the heart of London has mesmerised many customers and is now London's most instagrammable restaurant cafe.

Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Very cute decoration of the food.
We had a table outside. Service was excellent, food very beautifully presented and tasty and filling.
We would definitely come back again.
Really friendly and helpful staff, i always enjoy coming here
Delicious food and decoration !!!
Perfect place!Delicious food! Great Customer service, cute drinks!!
It wasn’t as good as expected and it’s so overly priced.
lovely food and a great instagram spot to take cute pics, staffs were very friendly♥️
Usually all the Instagram places they are not worth the price that you pay..But in this situation Feya Café it’s highly recommended not just for beautiful decoration pictures etc but as well and for very friendly and professional stuff! Drinks and food was not only beautiful Presented but also very tasty,Definitely you can Say that they are using high-quality products! Yes it’s a bit expensive but definitely worth the price! Thank you very much for this experience!See you soon !
Service wasn’t great and it wasn’t that busy. Most things on the menu wasn’t available no smoothies,
No juices and certain foods. The food wasn’t as good as it looks,
Portions are so small. Very expensive for what you get ! Looks lovely in there but not worth it, it’s basically nice for photos but nothing else
It’s good place if you are obsessed with Instagram.
Didn’t have the atmosphere I was expecting, all male workforce unlike what it advertised by the Freya brand. Other than 3 pretty tables, the rest were pretty basic. Decided to leave as we wanted to lunch somewhere really special.
The service was lovely! The staff were so nice but the food and drinks were not amazing. Most of the coolers weren’t actually available but we were offered a few new ones to ordered. We ordered a tropical drink which was absolutely disgusting but the staff did let us change it to a milkshake. However, it is extremely overpriced and the cakes weren’t amazing. The drinks are regular drinks which costs 7-9 pounds. The regular Oreo milkshake cost £9. We order two milkshakes, a frappe and a red velvet and chocolate cake. The slices are really small. Altogether it cost around £40 which is basically daylight robbery. It is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Again the service is really good however, the food and drink part not so much. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. I mean if you have money to waste then why not!
I had a pleasant afternoon at Feya, the ambient is beautiful and clean, the food was delicious and super fresh, friendly customer service.
Great food and cutest photo ops. The staff was super friendly and generally a great place.
Great !!!! Excellent service !!
The place is ideal Instagram place hehe! Super cute and they put a lot effort to make your food look amazing! Some products are a bit pricy but I guess that's what it is in Knightsbridge :)
Overall I am happy!
I loved it so much! The personnel is really nice I recommend it 00%
Absolutely one of my favourite now. Loved the food.
This place is absolutely fabulous ! Good food, good service and amazing energy..
Incredible service from staff, they were able to accommodate all of our requests, baby friendly and food came quickly and all beautifully presented! Would definitely recommend and will come again 😊😊
The place is nice and the stuff was friendly. Beautiful atmosphere. The only thing I didn’t like was the overpriced menu.
Everything was amazing, ambiance is love, food was delicious.
Plus birthday surprise by Feya was love,
The staff was really lovely & the place was beautiful
Hello. My whole experience at Feya was an absolute joke. When seated, I received the wrong order twice and the milk cake was below satisfactory. To add to that, one of the customers near us has decided to take off their shoes which left a bad odor in the place and we had to leave. There was no creamer given with the milk cake as advertised. Additionally, the lady serving us brought us the bill with additional items on it which we did not order. We did not pay the service charge which was added after the whole experience. Never will I come or recommend this cafe. It would be a good opportunity during this lockdown to revise your marketing so to ensure the food matches the standard.
Perfect venue for my daughters Birthday breakfast as she turned 20, the ambience, decor, food and service were fabulous!
We’ll be back
Arrived for my reservation and the waiter seated us. Waited 10 mins for him to come back over to take our order and only when we ordered did he tell us there was a 45min wait for the food. It would have saved time letting us know this information before we had been seated. We ordered drinking thinking they’d be quicker but they took too long so we ended up cancelling and finding somewhere else to eat.
Disgusting, horrendous, vile, I will never darken their door again. I ordered what was described as avocado and egg brunch, I was presented with a boiled egg stuck between two pieces of avocado that they had the audacity to charge £14.50 for. I sent it back and ordered something else which was a larger portion but tasted like mashed up baby food. They don't have an alcohol license so I couldn't even dull my sense with prosecco. Overall hideous, the decor tacky, the food vile and overpriced.
Great setting, gorgeous decor and nostalgic background music. However much more effort should be placed on the taste of the food, as opposed to its appearance alone.
Creative menu options nonetheless :)
The food is not tasty at all and not worth my money. Only a pretty cafe but no real value. Bad experience
I picked this place because its cute af! We took loads of pictures but also enjoyed the food, it would be nice if the mint tea was made with fresh mint and not teabags but aside from that affordable and beautiful
The place it's really nice but the pancakes are not worthy of the price.
The waiter took more than 20 minutes before coming to get the order.
The hot chocolate with alfazema was quite tasty.
The place is was fantastic. Everything is very cured, there is a lot of attention towards the detail when it comes to both the presentation of the food and of the cafe’s setting. When entering Feya you are immediately greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere is magical
Lovely setting and great food for a quick stop off
Food wasn’t up to standards, also the customer service is a lot better in st James street
Poor food and long wait...extremely disappointed ☹️
Absolutely amazing. Loved the food and service. 100/100
Service was pretty slow, but staff was super friendly. Atmosphere was really good & aesthetically pleasing. However there wasn’t much of an option for food! But defo will be returning for desserts.
Came with my toddler who loved it. Visited this place 2 times in a space of a week. Would recommend
Beautiful cafe 🤩 . Exquisite decor. Outstanding food ❤️ will visit again soon🤩
Food/drinks were alittle expensive. But overall amazing place to see and take Afew photos! 🥰
