Waiter wasn’t great! Disappeared for long periods of time. Good took a very long time to come out and restaurant was not busy. Food was very good once it came out but I thought it was a bit overpriced for the tiny 2 tacos and a tiny bowl of beans that I got. I’m a petite woman 120 pounds so if I was still hungry after the lunch probably many other people are too. Also no bread was served which I though was a bit odd god the prices charged.

We love coming for the ambience, but only when we can sit outside. Apparently the designers of the very inviting indoor space knew absolutely nothing about acoustics. Even 20 somethings what to be able to hear what the person next to them is saying. It only takes one inconsiderate loud mouth in the room, to set the volume soaring. You had an opportunity to design a great venue and to ignore the acoustic issue wasn't a very smart decision. It truly ruins ones dining experience if you're seated inside. More small plates would be nice too. The personnel are usually very lovely and accommodating. We still come in spite of the noise, but doing something to mitigate it would be nice.

First time there and were very pleased. Dana was our waitress and she did a splendid job. The bacon appetizer was delicious. I had the Chicken Osso Buco and it was a real treat. Only suggestion was the side veggies were not seasoned well (and no S&P on the tables?). My wife had the Steak Frites and enjoyed it. Only issue we had...besides the lighting flickering periodically...was the noise level is quite high so we had to talk loud to hear ourselves with an inside table. Also on the focaccia we could have used sone olive oil besides the butter that was given. Overall we recommend this for a nice meal out.

We ate at Ferry & Main (our third time) for our anniversary. I had indicated on the reservation that it was our anniversary and they very kindly brought us two complimentary glasses of champagne! Our server, Doug, was very attentive and friendly. I ordered my steak "medium" and it came out pretty raw so I sent it back. The kitchen apparently forgot it was under the broiler and burnt it so Doug brought me a whole new entree - kind of a "do over" - so I ate my meal a little later than my husband ate his. There was no salt and pepper on the table, but we didn't need it and in fact, the food was a bit too salty, but maybe that's just us. Overall, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun - the open kitchen is a nice touch. Lively bar scene.

My husband and I went to ferry and main fire our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing the service was great and we had a great time. The only thing I can say is that it was a little loud in the restaurant but it was still a very good time.

From the valet, to the hostess, and especially due to our server, Channel, our brunch experience was outstanding. Channel was very attentive and enjoyable. She was extremely knowledgable about the menu and helped us to select the perfect brunch items. The eggs benedict with the cappicola ham was perfection! We were entertaining friends in from Miami and they absolutely loved the chic decor and raved about the food.

There was an issue with the reservation. We eventually got the table. The servicer was forgetful. No bread basket on the table. Took the appetizer order. Came back 2o min later to say she could not put in the order without the entrée order-(note this now 8:30pm.) The order was incomplete-we ordered 1 dozen bluepoint oysters reviewed 1/2 dozen when we finally got the next half dozen the bluepoint oysters were mixed with another type of oyster. The salmon was overcooked(they credited this item) The experience was completely spoiled and the food is expensive. Overall go there for a drink and the ambiance -go somewhere else for dinner.

This was our first visit since the renovations. While we expected the food and surroundings to be “good”, we never anticipated things to be as good as they were. The physical space was very impressive and well beyond our imagination. Our meals were on point and our server, Grace, was terrific - helpful, personable and Uber attentive. Guaranteed we’ll be back.

Reserved for 6:15 on a beautiful end-of-summer friday, and were really looking forward to an outside table; alas, the couple just before us snagged the last one. Rats! The hostess Maggie gave us options; have a drink at the bar and wait an estimated 30 minutes, sit inside right next to the window with the wide open doors about 10" away ... we took the indoor option, because it really did look like most people on the terrace were closer to the beginning of their meal than the end, and who would hurry on such a gorgeous night? But I was really bumming out as we sat and were given menus and waters, so hubs went back to the host stand to see if anything could possibly be done. And Maggie totally hooked us up! We moved to an available high-top on the other side of the bar, right between indoors and outdoors at the edge of the bar patio. Sometimes they do dinner service there, and sometimes not (all the way out onto the patio it's a "go to the bar and get your drinks, then bring them to an outdoor high top" situation. So she said they'd include our new table in service. Food as ever was excellent, baked oysters, the "low on the hog" slab bacon, and then steak frites and duck confit for mains, both of which were cooked perfectly. And the vesper martini was delicious. Thank you Maggie for making it a fantastic night! As locals we've been here before, and we will continue to come back.an

This is a fantastically well managed magnificent venue, In spite of the fact that it is very large and energetic, the food and presentation are consistently top notch. Have always had an excellent meal. The service is close to perfection with a very friendly service oriented staff.

The food was excellent. Not the issue. 2 1/2 hrs for dinner, even on a beautiful night, is a bit much. First, we ordered an appetizer to share....no serving spoon. Coffee was served but finished before dessert, as it took 15 minutes after coffee service to get it. Asked for coffee refill, took 15 minutes, you guessed it, dessert gone. Finally, since valet parking is only free for 2 hours, had to pay $7 for the extra 1/2 hr. Get the picture.

The venue is gorgeous. Love the open kitchen. It is loud, but not distracting. You can have a conversation at your table. I think energetic is the perfect description. We went on a beautiful night for a birthday celebration. They provide a “Happy Birthday” menu and a card. Nice touch. The food was very good. Service was good. As the night wore on, we had to get our server’s attention. He also took 1/2 a bottle of wine away without asking if we wanted it. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely go back. Pricey.

We are fans of the Logan, our waitress was excellent and the food was terrific as always. One minor observation, both times we have dined it takes a long time for our meals to come out. From the time we put in our order till its delivered, is too long. Otherwise, great job.

Always chic and charming, we love coming to this classy spot. The food fell short a little this time - the shrimp cocktail was a little overcooked. And I was shocked to find out my French toast was deep fried in stead of pan fried (isn’t that how people make French toast?). I had asked the server for recommendations and she said she loved the French toast, but she didn’t say that it was deep fried. I feel like deep fried food should be described as such…
