    My cousin and I sat at the bar and ordered crispy octopus, PEI oysters and filet mignon. Everything was amazing! The bartender was great, she helped me choose what to pair with our meals and was very attentive. Will go back if I'm back in town.

    Great night Only disappointment; when we arrived home my wife noted the waiter charged for an extra glass of wine that I never had ! But besides that is was very good

    Excellent place to have dinner with friends or family maybe even alone. They have a nice bar set up for those who just want to chill have a drink and eat some good food. The cod fish was the best I've ever had, and I have definitely tried my fair share of cod fish being Portuguese. It's almost criminal that I had to travel from Toronto to Montreal to experience this. 10/10 I would definitely go back, it was a very memorable experience.

    My first visit to Ferreira in Montreal was a delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant's ambiance, with its spacious layout and art reminiscent of Portugal, set the stage for a memorable evening. The waitstaff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, making us feel welcomed. The menu offered a good variety of seafood options, and our choices, including the octopus appetizer, cod, and seafood casserole, were delicious. The cream puff dessert, elevated with ice cream and caramel, was a delightful taste of Portugal. We were so absorbed in our meal that we were almost the last patrons in the restaurant. I would strongly recommend Ferreira and look forward to returning. It stands out as a top dining choice in Montreal.

    Une valeur sûre! Nous y allons pour toutes nos occasions spéciales. Mention spéciale pour le filet de sardines qu’on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs. Le service est un peu lent par contre. Et les tables en face de la cuisine n’était pas vraiment à notre goût. À la prochaine réservation on s’assurera de mentionner nos préférences. Overall je recommande à 100%.

    Used to be a regular since the start but not been back since over 10 years I had high hopes as in the past. Wine/port/beverage menu has a wide great selection but some stuff on the high side on price. Also limited entry Portos. We selected two nice bottles of wines recommended by the sommelier - great choice Food menu has be reduced dramatically which is usually a common trend in quality restaurants. We had great cocktails (old fashion, cosmos and gin tonic) We had oysters, octopus and calamari as started all was perfectly served except the calamari was cold and not flavourful. For main dish red snapper for two while me and my friend had the seafood rice with additional lobster. A bit disappointed with luck warm seafood rice and not much on pot/plat for the price valued paid. Ended with nice Portos and perfect mixed desserts Overall had a great night with friends which cost us 1026$ for 4 people

    Une chance qu'on a réussi à avoir une table en bas car celle qui nous a été donné au début tout a u fond de la salle en haut ne mérite aucune note. C'est un super resto mais le haut est peu intéressant. Pas d'ambiance du tout. Sinon super expérience!

    My wife and myself was not impressed with the food at all.... it was just okay (the calamari was great). The service was not what I was expecting from a high end restaurant. The server seemed to be overly busy and I don't blame him..... I don't mind spending just under $700.00 for date night with my wife but I would want better food and service. We still had a amazing evening!!!

    Fresh, fresh fresh! We had octopus and it was soooo tender, I literally did not need a knife. Ambiance fantasic. Cozy and welcoming. Hostess was lovely. We felt really welcome. My favorite place that I always return to when in Montreal!

    Great initial service however was disappointed while waiting for our food. I asked to see the sommelier to help decide on a wine. By the time he came around we would have drank 2 bottles.... Our initial server was busy with other tables so we had several other people coming around now and then to serve us. Wasn't as personalized as I would have appreciated. Overall good food but very pricey IMO. Worth going at least once.

    Food and service are allways at the top chez Ferreira. Last night music was particularly loud . I pretended to be a bit drunk because I couldn’t hear a word that my guest was saying.
