Food tasted like it was from a fast food joint. There were three other people in the restaurant and service was very slow.

VERY quiet night. Food was OK. "Jumbo Lump" crabcake appetizer was claw meat at the best. French Fries were undercooked, limp and cool. Medium hamburger came well done. Steak and Cheese Spring Roll appetizer was freezer burnt on the inside. Wine by the glass was good. Service, due to the lack of customers, could have been more attentive.

I have never walked out of a place in 55 years until I went here. If Rod Serling from the Twiglight Zone came out from the shadows, that would have explained it, problem was that he didn't. Stay Away

Perhaps appropriate to its location a block from Fenway Park and in the hotel where the infamous "Black Sox" scandal was hatched, this is a sports-theme restaurant. But unlike so many other sports bars in the neighborhood, the Fenmore Grill is brightly lit, relatively quiet (no blaring music or rowdy patrons), and with comfortable furnishings. The menu is limited, just a step above bar food. But there's something for everyone. All in all, a pleasant place for lunch or dinner, even on crowded game nights.

Booked a reservation for four at 6:30 PM for the Tom Petty concert a full three months in advanced and confirmed. Upon arrival a sign "Please seat yourself." NO SEATS!

I was looking for a place to grab dinner before a concert at Fenway and this is a great location, made reservations online at Open Table, when we arrived we were surprised to see it was, "seat yourself" luckily we grabbed the last available table, but within a few minutes, it was full and folks were just having to hover and hope something opened up, not even a hostess on duty to assist and take names, if you go here and there is something at Fenway, go early or just expect to get a drink and hang out.

This place is great for good food before an event at Fenway Park. The walk to Fenway is short. The food is casual (appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, etc.). Even though the restaurant fills up, there are usually one or two tables available for last-minute walk-ins on game days.

We came before a RedSox game a couple times now. We'll head back soon (even without a game going on)!

My reservation for Sunday July 27 ,2014 at 12:#0PM was not honored because the restaurant did not contact me to let me know the kitchen would be closed until 3:30PM for cleaning of the kitchen exhaust hood.

My boyfriend and I had a nice summer dinner here. The beer selection was extensive and food reasonably priced.
